As far as I can tell, he hasn't really done much himself during his "part-time job", especially during his last position. He's spent most of it planning and running for the office of President.

Just recently he said he would discuss the possibility of a systematic withdrawl from Iraq with the President. Quite a shift from his earlier rhetoric of pulling out immediately. But these things are not a surprise to those of us who think independently.

If you're looking for a candidate who isn't a career politician, who has accomplished a lot in their public life and one who is clearly against the war and the current Middle East policy – Sen. Obama is not your candidate. Ralph Nader is.
