I get it that people don't think McCain is the right candidate for many reasons (I happen to think he is) but I am really really dissappointed that most of these comments aren't well thought out criticisms – just locker room trash talk. If you have a point to make please try to use thoughtful dialog that may persuade people rather than basically being on line version of 'taggers'. Seriously....whoever wins this election and the one after and the one after – we all are Americans and have to get along and live in the same country – so can't we give each other something worth thinking about rather than cheap pointless personal hits?

Let's see McCain thinks giving people the right to due process to either prove their innocense or their guilt is one of the worst things the courts could rule!!!!!!!!

Think about it how would anyone like to be arrested and locked up for years without the benefit of being charged with any crime or the need to need any proof a crime was committed???????

The bottom line is there are plenty of idiots making decisions or determinations on who they think might be responsible for doing something or other. Without due process everyone risks being victimized by these anti social tactics. Remember it wasn't that long ago these same ideolists burnt women at the stake for being witches.

I am an Obama supporter ! However, there are alot of us that will be sorely disappointed if McCain becomes this nation's 44th president.

Has anyone noticed that the polls show the candidates in a dead heat? I think Obama supporters do not realize how many americans would rather suffer no jobs, $5.00 a gallon gas, and foreclosures as opposed to supporting Barack for president.
