So Canadians with any money now pay on their own to be able to actually go to a Dr. when they really need to (which is not covered by ANY insurance - it's totally out of pocket). So, yeah, this all seems like a good approach. There's a reason why America is doing much better economically than the socialist free world countries (and way better than former and current communist ones: that economic philosophy doesn't work).
