The only change that I believe that Obama is saying is that the troops may have to brought home slower than he originally planned to do. You can not just bring troops out that is irresponsible because you could get them killed. If you bring them out too quickly and the situation in Iraq becomes total chaos, then many U.S. soldier would get killed. A good leader will their plan when situations change. I believe Obama is adjusting to the situation now .
