I pose this question only out of curiosity: is there nobody in the world, who reads cnn, who has one nice thing to say about this man, Karl Rove? Not that I do but there are folks out there who are somehow still convinced Bush is great, and who can help them but with some medication, but really, nobody, not one person (somebody in his family, maybe?) who thinks Mr. Rove is a nice guy at heart, that he's misunderstood, that this evil liberal media distorts him unfairly, nothing? Baffles me.

Another news headline, but highly doubtful if Dem can and will do anything meaningful about it. Dem has been trying to get at Rove for god-knows how long, and where is Rove now? Safe and sound.

To be sure, if the Dem has anyone has effective as Rove, Dem would not be in such shambles. But you know what, Obama looks pretty close to Bush in sticking-to-his-scripts, not-answering-questions, and Obama is one-up Bush in shifting positions. How brilliant – and we still have this whole herd chanting Change for this same-old-same-old Obama.

If you say Rove is sick to the bone, I'd say Obama is not that far off.

Rove is what got GW elected TWICE...With all the odds in Obamas' favor, McCain is still making it a close race. All of those states that voted before the Rev. Wright, Rezko incidents are seeing the side of him they did not see before they voted. The more we see of the real Obama the less we like him. If they knew then what they know now Hillary would be the nominee. I will write her name on my ballot in November, and let the chips fall where they may.

I say let it ride. All these extensions of power of the executive branch that were installed by HRH and court, should be used and abused just as HRH has done. Then we will see how the Republicans like to be railroaded, oh say, for 16 years!

Republican, remember, HRH set the precendent, so when you challange it in court, judges will be able to point back to HRH and say if he could do it then we can do it.

Rove is a product of the Washington system. If federal money can't be used to pay his salary, corporate money is readily available. The voters who could not discern that Bush was and is an intellectual lightweight, unworthy of the office, and clueless are the source of the problem.

Being from Texas, I was able to vote against the guy 4 times, and each time he won. He defeated Ann Richards, Texas' finest governor of recent memory, he defeated Gore, and he defeated Kerry. The foolishness of my fellow voters was a real eye-opener to me. As Mr. Barnum used to say, one is born every minute.

Check your facts. Did you know (probably not) that the republicants in Congress have used the filibuster more times in one session than any other Congressional session in history? If the Dems managed to get something by them, the Prez. vetoed it. He didn't start using his veto power until the Dems took over Congress.
