That fact is, Governor Ventura did a great job in Minnesota. As one of the only true talking politicians to actually get elected in the modern era, he did exactly what he said he would. He told the citizens when he thought they were wrong, and he usually ended up being right. The only reason he didn't stick it out was because the media was hounding his every move and sticking it to him every time he made a mistake or gave his opinion (playboy interview anyone? He is entitled to his opinion)

I think he would well represent the state of Minnesota as a true voice of the people. And no, we're not crazy for electing him, we just like a breath of fresh air once in a while. You should get out of your little 2 party shells, it gets kind of stuffy.

And if the Latest Zogby poll means anything, Bob Barr is strong here too with 8% (Ross Perot did not have such high numbers and was included in debates.
Barr needs 10% nationwide (and has 6%) in 3 polls to be included in debates.
