Keep up the good work McCain. And please dont denounce Gramm. Nobody here (they do on the other sites) can handle the truth. All they do is whine and blame the bush admin for everything, when in fact they are still living a cushy life, just maybe on a bit more of a budget.

If you read it properly, what Gramm said anyway was about leaders complaining that America isnt competitive when in fact the economy is growing. He never mentioned the american people.

We are ALL God's children! We are not ALL American citizens. If a Hispanic or Latino who is a citizen of another country serves honorably in our military, he/she should be given the fast track to citizenship. However, since McCain helped author the last try at "amnesty" for all ILLEGALS, it will be interesting to see if he gets a large part of the Hispanic (citizen) vote. If so and he wins the election, it will be even more necessary for those of us who opposed that bill to band together once again to let Washington know who they represent. If Obama wins, the result will be exactly the same. So, where's our choice??

I don't know what makes Senator Mccain think that we will fall for this. Every Latino I have spoken to here in TX is supporting Obama with the exception of 2 who were always Republican voters. Latinos know what Republicans have done to this country and our communities and are ready to make a change. Even though Mccain wants to tout his support of comprehensive immigration reform (which isn't the number one issue to Latinos), he turned his back on it, he doesn't support the Dream Act, he doesn't believe in dual language education. I mean, how is this Latino friendly legislation. He wants to have this thing both ways and it isn't going to work. Maybe the 2000 Mccain, but not this one.
