Maybe that's why he gives no credit to Gen. Wes Clark for winning in Kosovo. Mc Out of Touch probably doesn't realize there is no yugoslavia either. Has any one informed him about the former USSR? Did he ever know these facts, or did he forget them? Which is worse?

One day McCain is going to wake-up and be a totally different person. If you think he's showing signs of old age now, wait a couple of more years – maybe not even that long considering how this guy expresses himself now. He doesn't have the mental capacity to make crucial decisions.

For us non-Americans that are watching your elections from outside, this is not a suprise for us. Your leaders are typical ignorants when it comes to knowledge of other countries. Bush also didn't know where India was when he became president. He didn't even know the different between Iraq and Iran he wants to attack today. But it's not American problem when McCain comes here to Europe to meet unporpular leaders that will never be elected again he and goes back to you to boast his foreign policy by meeting "allies" When you say he's wrong on issues when he's wrong, you look decent. Well, McCain has made a mistake. It shows that he is kind of not a details guy. That's fine for telling stories on the front porch - you can wing it. But in the oval office I want a sharp pencil. I think I'll vote for Obama. he doesn't miss too many details, and when he does you know it's a slip up, not a fundamental misunderstanding. With McCain I wonder if he really believes what he is saying sometimes. Obama gets it. You can just tell when he speaks on a topic that he has a deep understanding of what he's saying. He doesn't rely on talking points from some policy aide. He reads and he knows what is going on. McCain always looks fidgety, like he is scared someone is about to throw a punch at him. must be the POW thing... I won't smack him down for not remembering the velvet revolution - most Americans geo-political knowledge is pretty poor. How many of you can name every country that borders Iraq? - hint: there are 6 of them. How many of you can name the countries that border afghanistan without looking at google earth? I can't even do that and I'm a map nerd...... I bet most of our soldiers can't even find Iraq or Afghanistan on a map of the world. We need to invest those billions in textbooks instead of bombs.
