There's no doubt that Al Gore has contributed more than any other public figure to "saving the planet." It's not about inventing the internet, as foes like to claim. It's about inventing our new consciousness if we are to survive. Putting people like him back in government service is the way forward. Denial of climate change must end.

The whole Idea of drill now drill here is narrow minded. Alternative energy is needed and the implementation of the infrastructure will create jobs.
