Seriously, I think Rudy really put his foot in it this time for anybody who's really paying attention.
Obama is inexperienced because this is the "first time" he's traveled the world? Are you kidding? As many, many right-wing e-mails point out, Obama lived for several of his formative years overseas – in a majority Muslim nation. Who better to understand our neighbors overseas than somebody who played alongside them as an innocent child, who did not know or care that they were the "enemy" because of their geography and beliefs?
As the piece indicates, Obama has also traveled abroad to many nations as an adult, including visits to many of our European allies and to Iraq. The very thing Rudy, McCain and Co. are using their right-wing smear artists to paint false pictures of Obama is one of the things that shows this entire statement to be false. All aboard the Double-Talk Express, indeed!

McCain may have travelled more than Obama, and it's what we expect. McCain has been a Senator for umpteen years, duh!

But McCain is confusing Sunnis and Shiites, and calling two countries by what they went by when they were ONE country.

They've been two countries, Czech Republic and Slovakia, for over 11 years.

He would not answer this. So powell was ok as a gop but no answer if a dem. Maybe this country has to elect a minority to get back to a country as we knew it . Giuliani's comments are symbolic of why America will decidedly elect the 'so-called' inexperienced senator; Barack Obama. You do not talk down on a person with the intelligence that senator Obama posesses without yourself looking stupid. Giuliani is the one that expected Americans to crawl on their feet and elect him because you guys called him the American Mayor. However, Florida had a different name for him a moron. Obama did not need to support the troop surge in Iraq because he was right from day one that George Bush was conducting a war that should never haven waged or authorized. For people like myself it was an illegal war and Americans have been paying dearly for it. So it is refreshing to see a candidate for the presidency of United States who gives the rest of the world a real hope that America will not be running wild overthrowing regimes that it disaggrees with.
