You're missing the point. The biggest criticism that you and your leftist friends on here can level at McCain is that his volunteers, rather than paid staff, are hanging the banners outside his town hall??? Seriously?

And last time I checked volunteers are supposed to do what they're asked to do and not complain that paid staff aren't helping sufficiently. If you want to volunteer to do work, that's great. If you don't, shut up and leave.

I was reading a Newsweek article about McCains fight with Boeing and the tanker contract. Eventually a number of people got into trouble both at Boeing and the Air Force.

The contract was awarded to the Airbus people. Come to find out five of McCain's staffers are paid lobbyist for Airbus.

Because of public uproar the contract will be rebid. Which is fair. Why hasn't more attention been paid with McCain's meddling and the and the obvious conflict of interest with his staffers..?

On the other hand, to all you liberal and lefty hosts: watch it with the "we told you so's". Obama's got a lot to learn.

There's a huge disclaimer there pointing out the its only in this volunteer's mind and only in her view that there's something to be fixed. It insinuates that there may be something wrong with your point of view. This has been prevalent in this current administration, that nothing is wrong and nothing is their fault and that its people's perceptions that are at fault.

This comment came directly from a volunteer who saw the way McCain's campaign works. You can't get a more candid and honest look than this.

Let's hope that people can see the culture and the way this campaign (and future government) is being run and will be run. Its clear that accountability and competence will not be in their program.

it came to intervening with the investigation of the infamous S&L debacle. Recon the fact that Ms Mac had 400,000G's invested with Cheatin' Keatin'? It's not lost in my mind that Mac recently pressured the boys at the Pentagon to let EADS keep the contract for Air Force tankers because practically his entire top staff are lobbists for EADS and they stand to lose bigtime if the contract goes to Boing. Maybe Mac can get his oldest children to volunteer; but, maybe they remember their officer and gentleman ole man began his adultrous relationship with the new Ms Mac when their Mom was seriouslly ill.

Then again, with Cunningham from San Diego in jail, and the former Rep. congressman from Ohio in jail, maybe Senator McCain was just letting us know what his plans are once he gets into office? If so, that is very charitable. But more likely than not, it's just a reality that his campaign is not up to snuff.

His advisors and his surrogates are completely out of touch also.

Look at what Obama put together and was able to take down the Clintons. That is true ability in getting people to work together for a cause. McCains experience certainly does not seem to work for him against the "inexperienced" senator from Illinois.

I voters to look at how well these two candidates have been able to run their campaigns, pick the people around them to help run the campaigns, and then decide who would be best to run the great country of ours.
