This must be a result of his proven record of winning wars....what? no proof? But that's what he keeps telling us. What exactly gives McCain more experience in foreign affairs? knowing about the split of Checkoslovakia? Knowing the difference between Sunni and Shiia? Knowing the border to Pakistan is Afghanistan and not Iraq? Knowing that the Anbar region was not settled due to the surge? This guy is a joke and way too many believe what he says. I believe that is because we all respect him for what he sacrificed during the Vietnam War. However, that does not make him qualified to run a country. I want our respect to regain worldwide what it used to be. There is no way that McCain can do that for us if he cannot even get it right what country Putin was president of.

What war did he win? Was he in WW1 or WW2? Why does he keep saying that he knows how to win wars? The only thing that turned things around in Iraq was the paying of over 100,000 militiamen to fight for our side instead of against us. Miss one paycheck and they'll turn against the US again.
