Why is Senator McCain putting out all the negative ads? Is it because he really doesn't have a clue about helping America out of the mess the Republicans helped to make?

It's pretty sad when you have to tear someone else down to make yourself look good.

By the way, Senator McCain needs to stop with the so-called jokes regarding women, war and religion. It will eventually backfire because he's not funny and doesn't seem to know or care when he crosses the line.

Americans are fools. We all know that. Voting for Bush instead of Gore and again for Bush instead of Kerry. With America in recession they are about to vote Bush's mirror image into the whitehouse. Next thing? Iran bombed and bombed, Iran attacked Israel, Middle East in crisis, oil price, food price over the roof...

Being fooled in the last two presidential elections isn't enough for some people, I suppose. The fact is, McCain is NOT proposing much of any substance that would be different from the president that everyone agrees was a complete disaster (even the republicans). Taxes, energy, education, defense, what's different. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on you, Fool me a third time, shame on me.

I like Mccain. But what I don't like with him is because He can't say anything without Obama's name. I think he stops to think for himself.
It's just too bad and too sad.

What McCain knows about "The One” when he doesn't believe in anything. What is McCain faith anyway?

Enough of this bull what about this economy, the high gas prices, the unemployment rate, the lead in toys, the food poisoning, the unjust I have endure for many years. What does McCain bring to the table, nothing but a lot of outrages ads? Enough of this bull, let’s talk about the important things that matter in this election. Every other word that comes out of McCain mouth is Obama. Does McCain knows anything about politic? Or is he the empty headed one.

What about these town hall meetings that McCain conduct. The people that attend just sit there like they are under a spell; what’s up with that?

The republican have been on top far too long and that is why we are in this mess. It’s time to break the barrels and tear down these walls.

To all of you still scared that Obama is inexperienced and not ready to lead - this is simply not true.

Roosevelt, Herbert Hoover, Woodrow Wilson, William Taft, Theodore Roosevelt, Grover Cleveland, Chester A. Arthur, Rutherford B. Hayes, Ulysses S.
Still For Hill what's McCain going to do for you? Nothing. If it helps you feel good about voting for McCain out of hate for Obama, go ahead - be our guest. Who cares? McCain is going to lose and Hillary will not be President nor Vice President either. Get over it. And MainStream forget about Colin Powell as a VP for McCain. Colin Powell wants nothing to do with John McCain. Colin Powell is a man of great courgage and dignity. He would never want to be part of the low road, baselessness and personal attacks John McCain is using against Obama. He has already strongly hinted that he will endorse Obama anyway.

Today is another day for McCain filled with pathetic demagogy. I noticed that McCain is stealing other people’s ideas and accomplishments and presents them as his own. By the way, has he undergone mental and psychological evaluation recently? It appears he has serious mental and psychological issues. I believe that he does not remember what he was saying yesterday, much less some time ago. He is confusing and twisting facts and lying constantly. Telling lies can also be an indication of a mental condition. He is “chewing” on “surge” issue to the point that it turns one’s stomach. And his explosive temper and infamous “Bomb, bomb, bomb…Iran”? He sounds like a blood-thirsty monster. By prepared for more wars, people, if McCain is elected.

Still for Hill....apparently you don't know much about your own candidate because on all the issues you mentioned, she and Barack were on the same page. And if you want to talk women's issues, why don't you take a look at McCain's stance against birth control being covered by insurance but allowing Viagra. That's not very pro-woman. And he's keeping awfully quiet about whether birth control should be defined as "abortion" as the Bush administration is proposing. PLUS, you do realize that he started seeing his current (much younger) wife while still married to and living with his last wife. Those examples alone speak volumes about his character and his respect for women.

NO WAY MCCAIN!

I think Bobby Jindal would make a great PRESIDENT...once he's obtained some more experience under his belt. But I like Jindal, I think he's a good guy. He would be a great choice for VP. All the Republican/Bush haters are blind, biased, under-researched, and will vote for whoever their party picks, even though McCain is a much more moderate candidate than Obama.

Hope, I have hope just not the audacity to blindly hope. We need more than words; we need someone who knows how to do the work. What work has Sen. Obama done? Sen. Clinton has 30 plus years of real civil rights leadership, actual gains that has allowed the disadvantaged to have a voice and that has allowed for this very discussion of Sen. Obama’s candidacy. What has Sen. Obama done for America? Local community outreach and state senatorial voting record of present are not enough to say he is experienced. And as the chairman of the Subcommittee on European Affairs with jurisdiction over NATO’s operations, he didn’t call a meeting in two years, two years! Is this how we can expect him to execute his office? It is the Executive branch not the legislative branch I’m concerned with- as the President is the top executor of the country.

Change, what change and by whom? I want change, truly I do, but how will that change come and by which path? Since Sen. Obama was instilled as the DNC’s puppet over the people’s choice, can anyone tell me what the change will be? (Say what you must but Tammany Hall is live and well in Chicago and in the DNC; it’s been lurking, waiting to raise it’s ugly head since FDR.) Is this an example of the type of administration we could expect from Sen. Obama? Strong arm tactics. What a glorious way to capture the nomination. It's not about the journey but about the end results.... RIGHT? Will this be our legacy to the future?

How exactly will Sen. Obama approach the issues facing our great nation? Let’s face the fact that his experience - community outreach and a state senatorial voting record of "Present," does not qualify him for the office of the President of the United States of America – one in which the new President will face the effects of global warming, war, commodities shortages- everything from fresh water and oil to wheat, economic "downturn" and health issues ranging from rogue viruses to tainted food/products. Many of these issues span an international spectrum. Where exactly does Sen. Obama exhibit the experience to effectively deal with these issues? (Who do you want performing your open heart surgery, the professor or the surgeon?) It takes more than being able to talk about how something is supposed to act, (anyone who has just come out of college to start a new job can attest to that;) it takes the experience of actually doing the work. We need change and we need proven leadership - on day one. In my opinion the only person who has the qualifications to effectively handle all the issues facing our nation is Hillary Clinton. This is the reason so many of her campaign advisors are now working with Obama, because he knows Hillary was the true candidate of change. In my opinion the only person who has the qualifications to effectively handle all the issues facing our nation is Hillary Clinton. Barack as Chief Executive?… never. This 30 year democrat will write in Hillary for president and not Obama, no matter who his running mate. I found him lacking and still do.

Does McCain ever have anything positive to say? He will probably end up closing the department of Education which means the end of public schools.. The more McCain trashes Obama, the less I respect him.
He sounds like an envious, hostile old man who is losing it completely!!

To Rudy NYC

McCain doesnt make speeches. He goes to town hall events where real people can ask him real question. So if answering question about issues from real americans is considered a bad speech, then i guess your right, McCain makes bad speeches.

Obama makes the same speech after speech and finally people are starting to realize all he is is talk.

Still for Hill
Uh, my 401k has taken major hits for the last 2 days while Exxon and Mobile have made major profits. Explain that to me please. You Ditz.
Go play with your toys. Children should be seen and not heard.
Hillary does not love you. She doesn't know you. She doesn't care about you. She never did and never will.

Barack is right. McSmallMan has nothing good to say about himself, he's allowed America to see his true colors and man are they ugly. So instead of McBash talking about his policies and ideas for the future of America, he bashes Barack-- day after day.

I get it; this is really what the American people want. They want someone that doesn't focus on their needs, their struggles, their economic pressures, their concerns, yes, we want more bashing.

McCain, this has truly been a disgraceful week for you ‘my friend’ or should I say McLowBlows.

McCain has only SAID that Jindal is in consideration to make voters think that he would add a person of color to his ticket. This fairly screams simplicity, though, on McCain's part: "I've got to have someone of a different color on my ticket in order to have fighting chance against an African American candidate". What he is failing to realize is that Barack Obama is so much more than just an African American candidate. Jindal is a token for McCain. No way he is going to be the VP choice.
OBAMA/BIDEN '08 & '12--YES WE CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not surprised none of you responded to my question. You are so smart until some one points out the holes in Obama's plans.

I love all the talk about lobbyists contributing to McCain. I will do you a favor and say you are right. You may be I don't know or care. I would like to point out that Obama has gotten Allot of credit for his online campaign. Do any of you Know who his largest online supporter is, Moveon.org .

So the next time you complain about lobbyists remember they are among Obama's biggest supporters.
