(CNN) – Hillary Clinton will campaign for Barack Obama on two dates in August, the Obama campaign announced Tuesday.
She will hold rallies and voter registration drives in the swing states of Nevada and Florida on August 8 and 21, respectively. Obama won’t attend Friday’s event since he is taking a planned vacation with his family - and it’s not yet clear whether he’ll be at the latter date, which falls just days before the Democratic convention in Denver.
The last time Obama and Clinton were seen together was at a New York fundraiser on July 10, when she told donors, “I’m going to do everything I can and everything I’m asked to make sure he takes the oath of office on January 20th, 2009.”
That fundraiser was one of three the pair have held since Clinton suspended her campaign in early June, and just their second public appearance together.
Obama has said on several occasions that he hopes for both Bill and Hillary Clinton’s help campaigning to win in November.
“I am proud to call [Hillary] my friend, and I know that I desperately need her and Bill Clinton involved in this campaign,” Obama said in New York.

We welcome HIllary's participation in presenting the case for Barack Obama. While the McCain side is issuing little else but distortion, distraction and dishonesty, "it takes a village" to respond with truth, focus and clarity. I believe Hillary's remarkable talent will make a huge difference for Obama in Nevada and Florida.

I've been wondering where the Clintons were. I'm glad to hear that they are going to help the Democratic Party secure the White House in November. It's time to put the petty bickering away and concentrate on November. Do you people really want John McCain to be our next President? Or is it bitterness talking. Please rally around Sen. Obama and help us win the White House. It's so important for all of us if we want this country and our government to change. We need unity.

I can only hope that this will eventually calm down the movement by Clinton supporters to vote for McCain out of spite of their woman losing. It's sad and it establishes the tone for democratic fragmentation. This sense of super-attachment to a candidate is what is creating rifts within both parties and will eventually undo parties, for better or worse.
Now if only these PUMA people would be as Smart as their Leader!!
Come on Hillary, start your campaign back up again as soon as the DNC decides they will give Michigan and Florida full delegate counts. Then make sure your name is placed in nomination! You can pull this off yet.

Hillary's fans don't listen to anybody–even her. They want what they want and they will accept nothing else. Perhaps some of that is because they don't really believe Hillary, as I don't believe her either. For someone saying they will do anything to help Obama get elected, she's sure quiet.

I'm betting she will really work to undermine Obama. Her only chance to ever be President is if Obama looses and she can run again in 2012 and say I told you so. I should have been the 08 choice, not Obama.
If Obama wins he runs again in 2012. By 2016 Hilliary will be too old. She knows she will be too old because she can see that her own party believes McCain is too old. She will be too old and her party will cast her aside. Her only hope to ever be President is if Obama does not win in 08.
