I happen to agree that we should all be smarter consumers (not drive the extra block, keep our tires properly inflated, etc. etc.) – However, I don't for a minute believe that will solve the problem... Nor, replace drilling as a part of the solution....

You can't blast one candidate one day and the other candidate the next and expect us to believe you're an objective news source. That isn't "objective" or "balanced" – it's just sensationalism.

Republicans believe in the free market and they should be able to understand hat if cars are more fuel efficient then it will consume less gas thus reducing demand thus the prices should drop. So how is encouraging Americans to regularly check to see if their tires are inflated a bad thing?
