Well, this is interesting on two points. One, McCain does not use technology such as email, blackberry, etc, and using this method of notification accentuates that fact. Two, it is going to get a lot more people to sign up for his listserve emails, which means they will be getting a lot of other relevant information about Obama (as well as solicitations for contributions). Very interesting choice. This is another one of many reasons I am excited about Obama's presidential campaign – always one step ahead of everyone else.

i agree with all of you who have the wisdom and common sence to see that obama is playing to the youth of the nation and to no one else. it shows that he is still too young and too inexperienced to take this job seriously. he knows that he can fool the children but he cant fool the adults. life is agme to many of our youth today. im betting that the more experienced citizens takje the youth to task by voting for mccain. we need to remind the youth that they dont have what it takes to survive in this world, that knowledge comes with age and eventual experience.
