The military services and other agencies who use large amounts of energy--have been focused on conservation and alternative plans for decades--despite the fact they have received little guidance from the executive branch since Al left as VP, and both the DEM and GOP controlled congresses have been absolutely incapable of creating compromise. At least now--enough Americans are angry enough to make our elected leadership--all of them--aware that action must be taken from all branches of government. Thanks T. Boone, and Al Gore--for holding their feet to the fire. Our government has been asleep at the switch.

So McCain should not totally buy into T Boone plan as it is going to be difficult to sell to the folks who will live near the wind farms.
