Gov. Tim Kaine shoots back against criticism from Karl Rove.
Gov. Tim Kaine shoots back against criticism from Karl Rove.

(CNN) – It was a tough retort from Gov. Tim Kaine, a Democrat from Virginia.

Kaine responded Sunday to comments made by Republican strategist Karl Rove earlier this month criticizing Kaine's potential vice presidential credentials.

On CBS' "Face the Nation," Rove jabbed at the governor, saying "again no disrespect to Gov. Kaine. He's been a governor for three years. He's been able but undistinguished. I don't think people could really name a big, important thing that he's done."

The Democratic governor - who is rumored to be on Barack Obama's potential VP list - pointed out that his state was voted best for business three years in a row by Forbes.com and said "maybe Karl Roves and the Republicans don't care about business climate, that would explain why we're in the situation that we're in".

"Governing Magazine was also named Virginia as the top governed state in America," Kaine told reporters, "maybe to Karl Rove that isn't an achievement that would explain a federal government that couldn't respond to a hurricane a Katrina and couldn't figure out how to start and manage a war."

Kaine spoke to reporters in Washington after shooting a televised interview Sunday morning.

By the way, in the 2008 Governing Magazine ranking, Virginia shares its top A- rating with two other states: Washington and Utah.

Wow. Great response....that was absolutely aggressive, but WITH ACCURATE, and TRUTHFUL SUPPORT...unlike the republicans.

Carl from MI   August 17th, 2008 9:28 pm ET

Cry me a river, Rove!! He's such a cry-baby, and can't take criticism.

He can dish it out, but then he runs and hides. He IS the GOP root of evil in their party.

The republican party needs to shed itself from divisive personal attacks. Many folks already have the impression that the republicans are the party of dirty tricks incorporated. This needs to stop.

Michele   August 17th, 2008 9:17 pm ET

Karl Rove just throws out any pile of crap to see what sticks!

Cynthia   August 17th, 2008 9:16 pm ET

It always amazes me that Karl Rove can take the time to be a political analyst but won't take the time to go before Congress to testify. Testifying is way more important to the public than his political analyzing.

No Socialist, NY   August 17th, 2008 9:14 pm ET

Kaine said,"maybe to Karl Rove that isn't an achievement that would explain a federal government that couldn't respond to a hurricane a Katrina and couldn't figure out how to start and manage a war."

but, in fact, it was the governor of Louisiana who didn't respond and tried to shift the blame to Wahington. And it was with an overwhelming majority of congress who voted to go to war in response to THE TERRORISTS WHO FIGURED OUT HOW TO START A WAR. Fortunately, the surge has been a phenomenal success but democrats know if they admit it, or do anything to help us come out ahead in Iraq, it will just prove, once again, their ineptness when it comes to foreign policy. (not to mention domestic policy)

bluesky   August 17th, 2008 9:13 pm ET

Ha! Funny. Rove deserved those comments. But I imagine Kaine was not entirely surprised to hear Rove's remarks. Nobody has ever known Karl Rove to tell the truth.

Evette   August 17th, 2008 9:13 pm ET

I can tell you what Rove has done that is important...he is a terrorist

Maggie Muggins From Selwyn   August 17th, 2008 9:10 pm ET

Why would anyone bother answering one of the most hideous criminals in modern history along with Bush and Cheney. All three have made the U.S. into a barbaric nation with illegal invasions, violations of the Geneva Convention, Torture and Human Rights Violations. If America had any sense at all they would make sure all these murderous criminals were tried for war crimes.

Greg from Big Island   August 17th, 2008 9:10 pm ET

does anyone still listen to karl rove

Chipster   August 17th, 2008 9:08 pm ET

You go, Tim! It's about time Democrats pointed out the incompetence of the current administration and the Republican Party overall. They've placed political cronies in every agency and damaged the careers of a dozen or so outstanding judges because they wanted to replace them with loyal Republican appointments. It's criminal or should be. Every agency has been operating under a policy of "voluntary compliance." In case you don't know what that really means, it's just a clever way of saying "don't enforce regulations." That's why we have pets dying from tainted pet food. No one is inspecting the products coming into this country. That's why we're having a rash of recalls of products from China – because children are testing with high levels of lead poison from uninspected toys being imported. "Voluntary Compliance!"

It's just another clever phrase, like "Time Horizons" designed to make bad policy sound like a new or innovative idea. It's just a variety of ways to manipulate public opinion while they transfer the U.S. Treasury to their corporate buddies.

A state doesn't become best for business overnight. Kaine is riding the coat-tails of the former governor of Virginia. He's done nothing to help that state progress except ride the increased expenditures in the defense area due to President Bush.

Gimme a break. These guys are simply bold-faced liars.

druid   August 17th, 2008 9:00 pm ET

Good for you Kaine, show them that they are nothing but out of touch. They don't even know what is going on the country, sorry the republicans know because they brought us all these hardship and make the world hate us. All the republicans belong inn thier homes let them suffer like the rest of us. Vote them out of power.

Well, at least we know that Kaine can stand up to Karl Rove...

That's something.

But does he really think that we're going to have an Obama-Kaine ticket?

Yep, Karl, Bush sure did what he does best, make a fortune while screwing everyone else.

Greg Greenman   August 17th, 2008 8:05 pm ET

Right on point Mr. Kaine. Everyone is quick to forget Hurricane Katrina. We can send billions of dollars overseas for a war, send aide to Georgia but mismanage aid going to our own fellow country men. People also tend to forget Laura Bush's insensitive statement that some of the Katrina victims were now "better off". This current administration has done such a poor job it's hard to believe that Americans are willing to risk any more of this by electing McCain.

Scott   August 17th, 2008 8:04 pm ET

Chris from NY   August 17th, 2008 8:03 pm ET

I watched him on meet the press Sunday morning. He sure did give it to Karl Rove who actually asked for it. Gov. Kaine didn't have to critcize Karl Rove he just pointed to how out of touch Karl Rove and the Republicans are. They talk so much about experience as if his candidate had any before the neocons pushed him to the national arena to carry out their pre arranged agenda. If any one has Link TV they once ran a documentary on how the neocons planned to carry out their agenda through George Bush. And they succeeded in putting their agenda through George Bush.

Steve - Wyoming   August 17th, 2008 8:03 pm ET

He used GW Bush as a tool to degrade the office of the President of the United States and to destroy the reputation of the USA in the world arena. He needs to tarred and feathered, and then confined behind bars for life with Bush, Cheney, and a few others.

I can't believe that LARRY CRAIG look alike[ KARL ROVE] is still trying to influence any part of government. He contributed to every decietful and crooked aspect of the Bush administration knowing that Bush was to confused with logic to keep up with this bag of garbage that Rove spewed out. Hopefully he will still be brought to justice or at least caught in illict activities while at the minneapolis airport visiting one of his kind.He needs to be in a jail in an opencell and shower.

The fact that he is cricizing Kaine shows what a great candidate he must be and how scared he must be making our dear GOP friends.

Karl Rove is scum of the lowest order. You have to hold your nose just to meet him on the street going in the opposite direction and hope the wind is blowing in side ways to you.
He is right, this intellectual challenged administration could not and still cannot think how to get out of paper bag with the top open.
I do not see how in the world there ever could be another administration as inept as this one.
They have no knowledge of history, economics and apparently do not have the ability to ask some one who is knowledgeable about them.
This administration thinks their opinion is better than science

LLMTruth   August 17th, 2008 7:27 pm ET

Karl Rove???? That guy has no place saying anything about anybody. Until he respects the legislative branch of this government, he has no right speaking on any subject.

Besides, what makes him distinguised when he feels he's above the rule of law. Laws that any American citizen would feel compelled to obey. Testify before a Senate committe that servved him with a subpoena, then maybe I'll give credence to what comes out of his mouth. Until he distinguises himself in that manner then we would be better served if he keeps his mouth shut.

As I think on it maybe Rove is distinguised alright, distinguised as a mudslinger. A distinguishment he should try to rid himself of. Agreed????

I like this guy. I think he would be a good VP for Obama regadless of only being a Governer for 3 years. We need something new and the republicans keep trying to tie in the same old politics that got us in the situation this nation is already in. Think about it...How much experience did Bush have???Then again Let look at MCcain he was right there in the Senate look how much experience he had and things still didn't go in the right direction.

Raymond Duke   August 17th, 2008 7:21 pm ET

If you took the federal workers for the goverment and goverment contracts away from virginia they would be in a hurt. Yes Look america we need to inexperienced liberals to run America

Andrew Broering   August 17th, 2008 7:19 pm ET

Yet at no point does he actually offer one "big thing" that he has done as Governor . How much does he influence the business viability of the state? I honestly think Kaine would be a weak choice for Obama. Virginia is probably up for grabs this election with or without him on the ticket.

It's true that Rove is the Brain Behind the Incompetent-in-Chief. So, maybe he should button his lip. But three years as governor of a mid-sized state like Virginia is certainly not much high-level experience for Kaine to point to... unless, of course, he compares his experience with the pitifully short resume of Barack Obama himself.

Things the ROVE machine won't tell you all

This was posted in July – CNN – I have freedom of speech the same as everyone else !!!!! You haven't posted anything of mine, not matter how nice or how informative.

President George W. Bush strikes again and he strikes big (and we’re not talking about oil, people). It’s becoming more and more apparent that he wants to go down as the most disliked president in history. Since the beginning of time, it has been clear that mixing religion with politics is not what this country was founded on, however, Bush tries to interweave his religious beliefs with governing the United States, very subtly following a third world country’s footsteps. As posted in Reuters.com, the Bush administration plan is set to define several widely used contraception methods as abortion. And according to Sen. Hillary Clinton, this is a “gratuitous, unnecessary insult” to women. Joining family planning groups to block this proposal, if they are unable to stop Bush’s team, “federal funds to hospitals and states where medical providers are obligated to offer legal abortion and contraception to women would be cut off.”

“We will not put up with this radical, ideological agenda to turn the clock back on women’s rights,” the New York senator told a joint news conference with New York Rep. Nita Lowey, also a Democrat, at Bellevue Hospital.

When will the insanity end?   August 17th, 2008 5:55 pm ET

Way to go Gov Kaine. Virginia is a wonderful state and hopefully will be instrumental in changing the electoral map this Nov. I would be very comfortable with Gov Kaine as Obama's VP pick.

Karl Rove drops his mindless bombs and the FOX Commentary, Rush Limbaugh and their bobbing head followers take the words as gospel. Good for Governor Kaine setting this record straight. Hopefully, this will be the first of many factual rebuttals. Rove's smear machine strategy has done immeasurable damage to the U.S. The man (Rove) belongs in an orange jump suit as a resident in a public housing faciltiy.

It would be hard to find words to adequately describe the revulsion I have for Rove and Cheney. If there is any single cause for the contempt in which we are now held by millions of people around the world....friends who, all their lives, looked at the United States as the ultimate example of what a nation should be like, these man have tragically provided it. Their svengali-like control over the president has turned our government into a cabal of self-serving hypocrites, and made a mockery of what was once the ideal that made us a magnet for the immigrants who built the strongest and most ethical country on earth. November can't come soon enough.

Troy, Iowa   August 17th, 2008 5:46 pm ET

Why is Karl Rove even relevant today? He was behind the strategy that elected the worst President in the US.

Is it the deficit which is larger than all the previous administration combined, War in Iraq that has left over 1million Iraqi and 4000 American soldiers dead, the housing crisis, climate and energy worries and the fact that the US has lost the leadership positioning that made us respected across the globe.

So why do people like Karl Rove, Rush Limbaugh etc still relevant?

Ovitshio Branco   August 17th, 2008 5:46 pm ET

Did McCain just Declare victory in Iraq?

Is there a transcript yet?

Why is he declaring Victory in Iraq before Bush?Or did Bush already declare victory with that little Cod Piece Carrier Landing Stunt.(it's so confusing when you've been lied to so many times)

Like what McCain said in Colorado yesterday, that recent Russian aggression in Georgia is the "first…serious crisis internationally since the end of the Cold War."

McCain seemingly ignored the Gulf War, 9/11, and the Iraq War, just to name a few.

When is SOMEONE going to call out that crazy old coot on these obvious discrepancies?

Rove tells it like it is and Kaine cries. What blubber mouths he and obama are. Cry cry cry. It's always ego, ego et ego with obama.

If you like abortions, you will love Obama. He would even have his daughter have one, I've heard. Under his leadership, you probably could go to the five and dime and pick up one.

He is certainly risky and it would be a gamble for him to be in charge.

Obama also likes the taxes. The more the merrier. He will tax you and spend your money. Probably on a vacation to Hawaii where he can body surf.

McCain will protect your wallet, your values and your country. With Obama it would be a gamble. I don't want to gamble with my life and my country.

Karl Rove earlier this month criticizing Kaine's potential vice presidential credentials. ....We all know your Credentials Rove...Mr Pillsbury Fat head Dough Boy ...You ae in no position to critize Mr Kaine ..Experience and Scumnbag Dirty Politics is why this Country is in a CRISS..You should be in PRISON !!!

JoeBloe   August 17th, 2008 5:37 pm ET

How do businesses improve their companies and make money? They invest in infrastructure and the future. Why don't Republicans want to invest in this country's future? Don't they believe in our great nation?
Obama is willing to raise his own taxes!
John McCain wants to lower his!

Denise   August 17th, 2008 5:37 pm ET

Why is Rove not in jail? Hurry up and get rid of this man! He will speak to everybody except the House Judiciary Committee. Motormouth!

1   August 17th, 2008 5:37 pm ET

America again/OBAMA

Larry Buchas   August 17th, 2008 5:32 pm ET

His reply was a great one!

Americans need to wake up from this Wormtongue spell put on them the past 8 years.

A.J.   August 17th, 2008 5:30 pm ET

Oh, aren't we all just so tired of Rove, Bush, Cheney, Rice and the rest these nasty little Republicans?

Good-bye and good riddance!

A.J.

Marc, Toronto   August 17th, 2008 5:30 pm ET

Didn't John McCain sound exactly like Karl Rove last night? Seemed his answers were well rehearsed. The man has to be an Athiest. He's bitter and the world will be a very scary place to survive if my American friends are foolish enough to elect him. The man will have the USA at WAR and will need to re-implement the DRAFT.

Ron Democrat turned independent   August 17th, 2008 5:29 pm ET

isn't it ironic that whoever sen. obama picks for a vp they will probably have more experience and have accomplished more than him

Lyle Schiele   August 17th, 2008 5:28 pm ET

Hooray for Gov. Kaine. Tell it like it is. It seems the only way Rove, the Republicans and the Bush administration have of making themselves look good is to try to make everyone else look bad. Well you can fool all the people some of the time, some of the people all the time, but as we can all see by Mr. Bushes unfavorable ratings you can't fool all the people all the time.

Listen Up...   August 17th, 2008 5:24 pm ET

In your FACE Karl Rove!

Gabriel   August 17th, 2008 5:21 pm ET

zing!

tim-atlanta   August 17th, 2008 5:18 pm ET

Good for Kaine. Get the real record out there.

ALBERT GEASON SR.   August 17th, 2008 5:18 pm ET

MR.ROVE AND BUSH AND CHENNY AND MCANN HAVE MESSED THIS COUNTYRY,UP SO MR. ROVE SHOULD KEEP HIS MOUTH SHUT,MY OPINION.

Joe Reg   August 17th, 2008 5:17 pm ET

This is refreshing to see the republicans lies being exposed finally by great members of the Democratic party. We need more people like Kaine and Biden who will not mince words or try to be cute and stick it to the repubs for once.

No more lies, no more repubs this year.

Obama 08/12.

debbie   August 17th, 2008 5:14 pm ET

Governor Kaine's best comment is to bash Bush. There goes another democrat blaming Bush for the problems with Katrina. The left has bashed Bush and bashed Bush for Hurricane Katrina and everything else. New Orleans was full of democrats and that's why it got so much media attention. What about all the people that lost their homes in the mid west this year. Do you remember that? I want to know why the governor of New Orleans didn't use the hundreds of school buses to get people out. Hundreds of thousands of people could have been saved. Ever wonder about that? No, because the left wing media didn't even bring it up. They just blame Bush. I am very proud of President Bush. He has taken every bash from the left with great courage and honor. Bush has had to deal with more than any president in my lifetime. You can think the democrats for high gas prices at the pump. Hope you learn how to beg, bow wow, do tricks, and wag your tail for the big convention coming up. Democrat politicians like to make you beg. The only problem with that is they feed you just enough to keep you begging for more. And don't count Hillary out yet folks. She really likes to see you beg.

Chief   August 17th, 2008 5:14 pm ET

PORKY Rove, what have you done but to put a dumb president that has destroyed your country.

Enlightened Voter   August 17th, 2008 5:11 pm ET

Karl Rove and John mccain are part of the evil repuglican empire that fortunately will be coming down in november. I think God has had enough!

Dayahka   August 17th, 2008 5:11 pm ET

Well, I hate to agree with anything that Rove does or says, but he's right–three years as governor is not a basis for a VP position.

get real   August 17th, 2008 5:11 pm ET

mama said knock you OUT!! .....nice!

Judgement over experience   August 17th, 2008 5:10 pm ET

Repuglicans are just pure evil and will be defeated. Karma will see to that. But I have a question – did it petrify anyone else besides myself how much mccain talked about vietnam during his well rehearsed answers? Something is not quite right with him...

SGJ   August 17th, 2008 5:08 pm ET

AWESOME !!!

Making excuses for not catching Osama is one thing but not helping people in your own country during a natural disaster is shameful.

The Chinese government did a much better job for its people during its recent earthquake.

Patriot   August 17th, 2008 5:07 pm ET

Karl Rogue finally met his match when he raised Kaine. lol

Too bad the US Congress isn't as stern with the Rogue, who campaigned ugly and governed even uglier and ran the country into the ground.

Barbara - 65 yr old white female in NC   August 17th, 2008 5:07 pm ET

Somebody needs to sue Karl Rove for all the crap he pulls.

How can half the people in this country think his lies and smears (and some of the other RNC tactics) are helping this country.

We need to get rid of the repukes and get someone in the WH that cares for THE PEOPLE OF THIS NATION.

Obama '08

keith Franklin, Tn   August 17th, 2008 5:06 pm ET

Amen to that Tim!!!!

Rove did more damage than five hurricanes and the whole Bush family. I guess Rove has forgotten Tom Delay, Cheney, Rumsfeld, etc.

I think Rove is taking some of Rush Limebaugh's pills

Mish   August 17th, 2008 5:05 pm ET

dont worry about it Gov Kaine, just consider the *Source*
the low dog food republican Rove
He doesnt have much respect from the american people
he will go down in history as the worst president in american Historys *Tiny Brain** hehe

Farrell, Houston, Tx   August 17th, 2008 5:05 pm ET

Karl Rove is very distinguished to everyone in his roll of the disasterous distruction of our country. Rove will go down in history for that and that's not something to brag about therefore he will try to drag everyone not responsible in the mud with him.

Barn's in the Freezer   August 17th, 2008 5:04 pm ET

Boo-YAH   August 17th, 2008 5:04 pm ET

Conservative Sam   August 17th, 2008 5:03 pm ET

I wouldn't be afraid of the Clintons' double-crossing anyone (smiling).

ANGIE   August 17th, 2008 5:00 pm ET

Rove you slimeball crawl back under your rock no one cares what you think!!!!

Sherry, Atlanta   August 17th, 2008 4:58 pm ET

IN ADDITION, THE U.S. HAS EXPERIENCED THE MOST JOB LOST IN MODERN HISTORY. . . ROVE IS VERY SILLY, POINTING THE FINGER. IT SEEMS TO BE A 'PARTY CHARACTERISTIC-NOT ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY'! ! !

REPUBLICIANS HAVE BEEN IN CONTROL (HOW MANY YEARS) ?

**AND THIS IS THE RESULT'S**

Juan from Spain   August 17th, 2008 4:56 pm ET

I am an pro-American European, as well as my family and most of my country. I am an Obama supporter due its strong opposition to Iraq war, an wrong and unfair war. SPAIN and most of European countries are no longer in Iraq because we realize the real reason for that war....OIL!!!
What Americans need to understand is that Europeans want to fight terrorism and we are fighting in Afheganistan where the talibans are much stonger today than they were 2 years ago. This is the result of Republican mistakes and we need a wise leader like OBAMA that will unite the world in a fight against terrorism.
MCCAIN= old politics and AMERICA alone in the WORLD
OBAMA= new Politics and AMERICA leading the world in the fight against terrorism

WORLD FOR OBAMA 08

Matt, Manchester, CT   August 17th, 2008 4:51 pm ET

Hey Mr. Governor of a State that's going to go GOP regardless of what you do, take a chill pill and stop being so thin-skinned like your party's standard-bearer. And don't worry, he's not going to pick you for the VP slot either way.

Ross in MD   August 17th, 2008 4:50 pm ET

Wow, good move Tim Kaine, good move.

Bring the fight to them. This election is about putting an end to 8 years of Republican greed and incompetence.

GG   August 17th, 2008 4:50 pm ET

Kaye- Jacksonville FL   August 17th, 2008 4:49 pm ET

Karl Rove should climb back under his rock and stay there. The man is total slime – he is the epitome of everything that is wrong in American politics. And the McCain campaign welcomes his covert guidance and let's him speak publicly on their behalf?? Anyone else feeling nauseous?

Mike, Los Angeles   August 17th, 2008 4:48 pm ET

Gov. Kaine's response was right on the money. Rove is just incompetent in giving advise to govern a country. That's why we're in a mess today.

mohmed   August 17th, 2008 4:47 pm ET

Karl Roves is moron and no body lisnt any thing he said he is ate up
looser same Phil garmm

Truth   August 17th, 2008 4:47 pm ET

Good for Governor Kaine. Rovian distortions turned me away from the Republican Party.

Vig   August 17th, 2008 4:47 pm ET

Whether people like it or not, Karl Rove needs to be listened to. Look, he was Bush's brain – every life lost in Iraq and Afganistan has Rove's bloody fingerprints all over it. Every citizen of this country, every day, is impacted, to one degree or another, by Rove's skill at puppeteering. Because of his obvious biases – his words need to be put through a strainer – you will find some pulp.

DR. YES   August 17th, 2008 4:45 pm ET

WOW! i like this guy! get 'em gov. kaine!you would make a fine vp.

MikeH   August 17th, 2008 4:44 pm ET

Jackie, don't use the lead-in phrase "By the way", it's not professional journalism.

Karl Rove is a criminal. Treason. Betraying the identity of a CIA Operative Director, who was involved in fighting terrorism in the middle east when we were at war with terroists, in the middle east.

There is no better reason to elect Obama as President than to secure the Department of Justice and remove the criminals running it so that Karl Rove can be prosecuted for his crimes.

Venus   August 17th, 2008 4:42 pm ET

Way to go Kaine! You tell Rove!

After all... what has Rove done for his country?

He should be in jail!

blinky   August 17th, 2008 4:42 pm ET

so he hasn't done anything himself, but aspects of his state of millions of people are well-respected. that's a harsh response? take that karl rove!

Morningstar   August 17th, 2008 4:41 pm ET

karl rove is a looser any way. Anyone who has helped Bush become a US president should be ashamed. Was he the best our nation could have? No!

Sam   August 17th, 2008 4:40 pm ET

Go get them, Kaine!

That's the way to take on the Rove/Bush machine.

RSB   August 17th, 2008 4:40 pm ET

Why is anybody still listening to Karl Rove? Shouldn't he be in jail for contempt?

darksideofthefunnyfarm   August 17th, 2008 4:40 pm ET

karl rove go away. pls get a cabin in the remote woods and never emerge. build model cars.

Voter   August 17th, 2008 4:39 pm ET

Another little snot Democrat in the Obama mold. Where DO they find these people?

Virginia didn't wake up one morning with all that praise – it took YEARS OF HARD WORK – and they did work hard – for a long time before this sniveling little water rat came along.

Business??? Virginia gets more federal defense dollars than any other state in the nation. They wrote that book, and nothing this little fellow says changes anything.

Danny from OH   August 17th, 2008 4:37 pm ET

The DEVIL with the ROVE will say anything against anybody. Americans are not as foolish as this administration thinks. The best thing that Rove has done is to attack people who do not share his views. This year is not their year.

Gene   August 17th, 2008 4:36 pm ET

Rove has no room to criticize anyone. It amazes me that he even has the audacity to open his mouth at this point. Rove is well known and recognized as amongst the dirtiest politicians, holding a job that officially amounts to nothing but political games.

When Rove can list his own accomplishments.. then he can come back and criticize others. At this point... I even have more respect for Bush.

pat C.   August 17th, 2008 4:34 pm ET

carl rove needs to be in prison! sean hannity needs to get off the air and maybe start a little republican cult somewhere off in the wilderness. i can not stand to watch or listen to anything either of them say. i am sure both are miserable people and get jollies by trying to bring good people down.

Kevin   August 17th, 2008 4:33 pm ET

Way to go Gov. Kaine, we've had enough of Rove did you all know that Rove doesnt like women?

ray   August 17th, 2008 4:33 pm ET

Karl Rove did more damage to our country than did Al Qaeda.

Diane   August 17th, 2008 4:33 pm ET

You go Kaine. Rove is an idiot.

TyWebb   August 17th, 2008 4:31 pm ET

The bottom line is – Rover is a jerk and he seems to be proud of that.
