Senator Obama , Senator McCain has enjoyed years and years of gratitude from the American people ! He demands it, and constantly talks about it. Enough already, why is he more deserving than the thousands of soldiers that never made it home, are suffering terribly as we speak! What about the families that suffer everyday in ways we can't imagine ? He is responsible for a horrific war that should never have been! Who the hell is this guy who says YOU have 'nt the judgement to be Commander in chief? He does not have an original idea ! Read Jack Cafferty's column, about McCain, it's right on the money ! Beware this man !

Obama neds to step down NOW and let a REAL leader take charge. The job of running the most powerful country in the world should not be handed over to a kid who has to ask his wife and his mother what he should do.
The game of lets pretend to be president is OVER!!
Our country needs a REAL LEADER and Obama is NOT qualified to lead this country.

IT's time , it's time, it is time, for SEN. OBama to break the baseballbat,
and go to work on John MCcrazy's knees, he must pick HRC, as running mate, so she can lay the smack down on the republicans.

EXPERIENCE DOESN’T GUARANTEE GOOD JUDGMENT. OTHERWISE PEOPLE WOULD NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE OVER AND OVER AGAIN. McCain has consistently shown poor judgment both in the senate and this campaign trail. HE IS TRIGGER HAPPY. Always ready to go to war. May be he is at war with himself. The reason why the media has not called him on his rants is what I can’t seem to fathom.

Better a patient man than a warrior, a man who controls his temper than one who takes a city.

A man of knowledge uses words with restraint, and a man of understanding is even tempered.

A fool finds no pleasure in understanding but delights in airing his opinion.

He who answers before listening –that is his folly and his shame

Obama, will you stop saying "I honor his service, but". You are kissing his butt and at the same time attacking him. PLEASE, do not contradict yourself and attack him for who he really is. It's bugging the hell of me that you have to praise him first.

What are we voting for? Sound like the biggest bunch of garbage. Regardless of who wins, they are going to have their hands full. It doesn't matter which party wins. This country wants strong leadership. You can't make everyone happy. A lot of this unnecessary garbage trickled down from the CLINTON years. Read your history. What a headache. We sure do not want that repeated.
Sounds like the White House is competing in the Olympics.

CNN it is unfortunate that a Canadian has to tell you who the VP will be - but here goes...it will be Hillary.

Send me a thank you message after it is confirmed!!

Obama and Hillary will destroy the Repubs in this election.

McCain is still fighting his personal war in Vietnam. See if you can help him get some psychological help. It will be alright once he finally comes to learn that the war is over!

Seems like Obama is trying to keep the public confused as to his choice as VP. Trying to keep people guessing. Well, just think if he gets in the White House what it is going to be like. He is not going to know which end is up and what the left and right hand are doing. Everyone else will be running the show. He might has well throw in the towel.. Good loser.

I agree with McCain. Lower taxes for corporations and people making over $500,000 every year and pay for it by raising taxes on people making less than $100,000 a year. It is brilliant!

Obama thinks that by giving all the tax breaks to people making less than $100,000 a year that they'll spend it all paying off their debts and buying things from their local businesses. What nonsense! Only rich people can save our economy. The little people should be on their knees thanking us rich people that we give them jobs.

Great! Obama! Now stop praising John McCain!! He is not your friend! McCain is getting nothing but "praise" in the media, in the frm of "Puff-pieces" like CNN is doing.......Show your contrast Barack.....Show McCain for the mythological creature he truly is!! He is no "hero", except maybe in his own mind!! And he had a "call to serve", purely on ambition!!!

Writing in Hillary on November Ballot - hey you morin, why hasn't mccain released his VP choice yet??!!! He has been campaigning singularly a lot longer than Obama. God, what ignorant folks you are. You can't even think of why you hate Obama, you just know that you do. I think mccain would probably be a worse president than bush in alot of ways, besides being ghetto minded but I don't hate the jerk. Jeez!

Raymond Duke - Raymond, raymond, raymond. Remember it was Hillary who said that white, uneducated people voted for her my love. That is a fact, so stop with your usual trash talking and try and tell the truth for once.
HRC will never be VIC-POTUS nor will she ever become a POTUS as long as she remains with Bill. That being said if you support HRC then get behind Obama and the Democrats so we can get our country back. We will see change once this happens. So people don't accept fear anymore. Hope is where we need to be and hope is where Obama and the Democrats will take us. Believe in CHANGE and change will happen.

The reason CNN has to duplicate post is because so many of the bloggers are ignorant of the reality of the issues--and will post different responses on the same issue just based on the key words.

Its been almost a year now and I have had the same home phone number and cell phone number and I have NEVER EVER EVA EVA EVA been polled. So my advice to all you who have not been polled, don’t believe this because after almost a year of campaign polls that the media keeps reporting on you cant tell me AFTER A YEAR they could not have found the time to call either of my phones by now.

As a matter a fact no one I know has been polled. I bet CNN won’t post this because they don’t want people to know that these polls are a load of BS and that they are Media Driven.

CNN STOP INSULTING MY INTELLIGENCE

Note that Obama, in the CNN poll of polls, is at 46% right now compared to McCain's 43%. He's been at 46% consistently for the last couple of months. This is even factoring in all the PUMA types who insist they will never vote for him. So consider, even with so-called Democrats saying they'll never vote for him, Obama still has 46% and even will all the so-called Democrats saying they're going to vote for McCain, McCain is still behind Obama.

There's a lesson there.

An old song once said...

Nothing from nothing leaves nothing, ya gotta hve something, if you wanna be with me....

Obama has nothing. He has nothing new. It's all the same old tired Democratic shell game of tax the rich and give to the poor. The top 50% of the wage earners now pay 97.2% of the taxes.

Let's tax the oil companies and give money to the poor. If you make above a certain income, even though you're an earner, you don't deserve a refund check.

Sooner or later, the camel's back will break.

Stephanie - right on! I totally agree, it does speak volumes about his great character and should show americans something. Sadly, alot of americans have a gutter mentality and cannot appreciate a man like Obama. And to all those repugs out there attacking him, I feel sorry for you that you can never ever spout john's good qualities cause they are few and far between so all you have left is to attack Obama. How sad for you sheep.
And Obama, say NO to hillary!

I want to ask a question to ALL of you people that say Senator Obama is not experienced enough, or his resume is thin, If Bush was experienced and had a thisk resume and knew how to run this country, why are we in the shape that we are in. High gas prices, high food prices, people loosing jobs. Why didn't Bush experience stop this from happening?

Can all of you idots for McCain and Independents, Shawn Hannity, Rush L., answer this question?

A little history lesson.

It's popular to slam Jimmy Carter, but he was more honorable than many who have served in the White House. His main downfall was the hostage situation in Iran. How many of you know that Reagan/Bush were making secret arrangements to have the hostages held until the inauguration? They met in Paris with Iranian officials to accomplish this.

Jimmy Carter is one of the most successful ex-presidents we've ever had. You don't have to agree with his politics to admire his work with Habitat for Humanity, for instance, and his efforts to bring peace to different areas of the world.

I hope CNN prints this.

Obama is by far the most intelligent candidate we have, light years ahead of H. Clinton and especially of J. McCain.
McCain is DAngerous, egocentric and delusional. I can't believe we Americans don't realise how out of touch he happens to be.

If it happens, Kaine will be the biggest mama's boy to be the nominee and ultimately the VP (if Obama wins) and then potentially the biggest mama's boy to become the President (if he runs for the office after Obama's is done with his 2 terms)...... all is great but a mama's boy potential President who will start every sentence with

".... and my mama loves that".....

I like him but for VP and for the P, I am NOT so sure

Unite the party and pick Hillary for VP.

Let all democrats have what they deserve...the strongest possible ticket to not only win the general election, but to CHANGE things for the greater good of this country and it's future.

McCain has been Senator for 26 years. For 20 of the past 28 years we have had Republican presidents - and look where it has gotten us. McCain is a part of that GOP club. He wasn't able to accomplish anything significant in 26 years so why should I vote for him now? GOP - goofy old party.
