Obama first lied that he and Rezko had never talked about the house. He most recent story is that they saw the house together but he didn't know Rezko was going to buy the side yard. The story that the media has swallowed is that the owner wanted to sell the house and the fenced in side yard at the same time but making two seperate lots out of them. The fact is that isn't the way real estate is done and Rezko is the first owner ever of the lot. Meaning Obama had to know Rezko was buying the lot while he was buying the house. Rezko never does anything with the fenced in, accessable only to Obama lot for several years (while he is going bankrupt ) and then ultimately sells part of the lot to Obama, making the rest of the lot less valuable at a time he desperately needs money.

Rezko most definitely did not receive $14 million from taxpayers, this money was for an apartment development for seniors which was built and is now open. Was it the most effective use of taxpayer dollars? I don't know, was the war in Iraq?

Perhaps it is time for the Keating 5 stuff and the fact that the McCain's haven't paid taxes on their San Diego condo in four years.
