(CNN) - After hours staking out Joe Biden's Delaware home with no sign of the prospective VP candidate, reporters are now witnessing a flurry of activity.

Cars have recently pulled into the driveway - including a police car - and Biden's daughter, son, and wife are now believed to be inside.

Is the Delaware Democrat gathering his family ahead of a big announcement?

Stay tuned!

Mike Dukakis chose Lloyd Bentsen as his running mate and it did NOT help. Kennedy chose Johnson to solve a similar problem to Barack's. Reagan chose Bush. For Obama to choose anyone except Clinton,Kerry or Gore is, it seems to me, providing his opponent ammunition and making a difficult task unnecessarily more difficult.
    But what do I know?

Hmmm. Emile Jones, Illinois Senate President and Obama's mentor, just retired so his son could take over his seat in the grand old tradition of Chicago Democratic political nepotism.

Maybe Jones is being offered the VP slot for all the favors he did Obama by putting his name on legislation he never authored.

As a Geriactric Nurse I know the condition most men over 70 are in. I doubt that McCain has the mental aguity or physical stamina it is going to take to try to get this country into shape. Sadly enough, I think it is too big of a job for any one man to undertake.

Congress seems to be sleeping and if this election drags on any longer so will most of the citizens of this nation.

    We need more than change....
    We need a miracle.

Go drink your milk and fall asleep John, let the young and innovative people lead us into the 21st century, not an old washed-up Vietnam war loser.

If Biden is VP and Hillary is not my vote goes to McCain. No way I'm going to vote for someone with no experience and just fills the minds of despondent people with things they want to here and are not in the realm of reality just so he can get their votes.. Sick...

Make 'em all WAIT Obama! Send out the email on Monday! Everyone's talking about it – even the haters.

Too bad no one's excited over McCain's pick. It's simple, really. Repub/conservatives are in fits over the candidate in general, and his Veep "short list". So instead of jumping up in anticipation for the future and flag bearer of their party, they're busy trying to bring down the Dems and stoke Clinton anger among the party.

Don't worry G.O.P., America will focus on McCsame – and when they do, they'll see a wealthy warmonger maverick with no support from his own base, and who's going to get seriously hurt by the Barr libertarian candidacy.

Heck, even T. Boone Pickens met with Obama!

Obama/whomever will crush McCain/whomever. It's not even going to be close.

    Wow, RJ,

A poll without sampling error! They must have polled every American to not have sampling error!

Your ignorance is quite apparent! And as Glenn Beck has pointed out, ignorance is your God-given right! Yes, mathematics doesn't interfere with McCain's policies, why should it with your punditry?

How many homes does elitist Obama own again?
