(CNN) - After hours staking out Joe Biden's Delaware home with no sign of the prospective VP candidate, reporters are now witnessing a flurry of activity.

Cars have recently pulled into the driveway - including a police car - and Biden's daughter, son, and wife are now believed to be inside.

Is the Delaware Democrat gathering his family ahead of a big announcement?

Biden has been in Washington longer than McCain and he voted for the war. He represents everything Obama is against.

    Bye Bye Obama and Biden

You people are ridiculous! Now you are hiding out in peoples bushes to see if there are any "activity" outside their house? Who cares?! When he tells us he tells, I don't give a rats behind who he picks. He is going to lose anyway.

I have noticed that CNN has a fascination with Hillary Clinton that no other news source has. CNN WHY??

I'm surprised Obama picked Biden. With that big ego of his, I never expected Barack to pick someone far more intelligent than himself. It takes a lot of guts, actually...

Biden/Obama would have been a much stronger ticket, though.

If he doesn't go with Clinton (which he won't) the smartest choice is Kain.

I think the media has gone entirely too far with the whole Vice- President selection process.

While I believe it is very important to know who the person will be, it is pathetic that people are outside Joe Biden's house watching what his wife and kids are doing inside.

Please put your people on a leash, they certainly need to be.

Obama revealed: Didn't even consider Hillary Clinton, although she was on "anybody's short list" - he's a liar and a egotistical - AND NOW EVEN CARELESS - politician.

He could have at least appeased us Clintonites with making us think he actually meant what he said whenever he praises her ...he needs her ... he needs us....and he just lost me ....forever!

This is purely ridiculous. America should have better things to do than paying attention to an announcement that that amounts to nothing but red tape. Obama is unelectable.

Oh who cares. Joe Biden is old school Washington. So much for "change". Isnt he as old as McCain? Did Biden even win ANY primary or caucus? oy vay....

If this is the pick... I will be very excited. Biden can kick this into gear and galvanize America's frustration with what is wrong with our current state.
