(CNN) – Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Senator Barack Obama has ruled out Senator Hillary Clinton as his vice presidential running mate, a senior Democratic official told CNN on Friday night.
Clinton - Obama's main rival during the primary season - has been informed by Obama's campaign that she is not his choice to be his vice presidential candidate, the source said.

I like the way the story is worded....."Clinton not the VP pick"....and at this point Obama is not the "P pick". Don't count your chickens people....there are a lot of undecideds out there who could go either way, and this type of language doesn't help.

I had predicted seven months ago that if Obama wins the nomination, the president will be a republican.
If what is stated in this article is true, than my prediction becomes a reality. The only way for Obama to have a chance at winning this election was to pick Hillary as his running mate.
Obama will be making the worst mistake of his entire campaign if he fails to pick Hillary as his VP. She is the only way he can win in November. I always thought he is smart enough to know that. But if he has been swayed by power-drunk Washington democrats into choosing another person, he will end up a runners-up in November.
