"I'm sitting out?" Unbelievable!! People have fought and died for YOUR right to vote! Is any one politician worth betraying the thousands that have died and continue to die for democracy??? Really! Would your HILLARY want this as part of her legacy.

Dr. Phil is taking new clients.

Besides SEN. BIDEN DWARFS HILLARY. Don't be confused. Only BILL Clinton plays at Bidens level.

Besides, how good can she be if she lost the primary to a freshman senator???

What she learned and what McCain WILL learn is that we had one of the most EXPERIENCED administrations in resent history, and yet the have failed SUPREMELY in everyway possible.

A VAST AND NUANCED MIND TRUMPS THE EXPERIENCE OF THE MEDIOCRE ANY DAY!!

This democracy. Stop whining and get behind a Candidate that actually knows that Iraq and Afghanistan DON'T share a border.

For those thinking of going to McCain, I encourage you to see "4 months 3 weeks 2 days". this is what it's like where abortions are illegal. GROW UP!!

I am very disappointed in the way Obama went about announcing his choice - does he think it was wise to act like some big superstar and drag it out for hours and hours? All it did for me was make me disgusted enough to NOT vote for him. All I can say is grow up and try again when you have. The position you are applying for is not for an inexperienced person. We need a strong leader in this day and time, not a game player.

To all PUMA friends:
you don't want to vote for Obama who is a democrat like Hillary and whoes policy is very close to that of Hillary (more than 90%) , instead you prefer to vote for McSame who supported Bush 95% of the time. are you sure that you 've made a wise decision?
if you really support Hillary so listen to her and vote for Obama, and be sure once he elected as president there will be an effective position for her, but in Mcsame adminestration you can be sure that there would be no place for people like Hillary.

If there were enough PUMAs with enough guts to go out and work to change the election results, Hillary would have retired her debt by now. The enthusiasm shown by Obama's supporters is directly translated into financial support for his campaign. Positive thinking will always win out over a negative mindset, because it will change minds.

This is GREAT news! As one of New Yorks Senators in Washington she has done absolutely nothing! Many of we Democrats throughout New York do not support Hillary for any political office. She's nothing but a Carpet-Bagger and has done absolutely nothing for New Yorkers, except visit The State Fair and stay in Skaneatles!!!
Joe Biden is a great and best choice!!!

I encourage everyone to write Hillary in. That's much better than not voting.

One way Obama could've softened the blow to us Clinton supporters was to pick her as V.P. and double his strength, She's earned it and is the most qualified.

He shouldn't be favoring just his supporters now anyway. Looks like
the Dem's are going for the threepeat in losing the White House !!!

Hey Clinton supporters come on over.
We need your vote.
Clinton's policies were not going to work anyway and neither will Obama's. This was all a show by the democratic party to get attention on Clinton and Obama. Well it didn't work.
After the show we are down to real issues and McCain's vision and plan is what this country needs. Both Hillary and Barack's plans were the same which means they were both crappy plans to start with.

Vote McCain!!

Clinton is better off not being affiliated with Obama. He has been rude and disrespectful to her. Whether she could run the White House or not is not the issue. The issue is she has been treated WRONG! Lots of luck Obama - you should have been nice to her!

When Bill Clinton refused full disclosure - who had contributed to his
library and which businesses he'd become involved with since leaving office - he killed Senator Clinton's chances of gaining a spot on the ticket.

Hillary had to know that a presidential candidate could not accept a running mate whose spouse couldn't be forthcoming.

If she'd really wanted the VP spot she would have forced Bill to volunteer the info.

So, draw the conclusion. Hillary never wanted the VP spot. It's that simple.

Hillary people..... don't let your anger clout your judgement.

What's at stake:
1. Supreme Court
2. The two Wars
3. The economy
4. Energy policie
5. Health Care
6. Social Security
7. Justice department that doesn't break the law.

Hillary and Obama weren't that far apart on the issues. There contest was more about personality. I'm sorry you still need more time to take in her loss but the election is 74 days away. If you Hillary supporters burn the bridge for Obama this time, you also burn it for Hillary in 2012. I just don't see how you expect people in 2012 to turn around and help you when you're acting like this. Let's pick a good future for the country folks.

Obviously Clinton overplayed her hand, overestimated her importance to Obama and still even more thought she could bully and arm twist Obama into forcibly naming her to the ticket.

Could Obama have used her in a ticket.? Sure, but it would have been in very different circumstances. One where she showed restraint. One where she championed any democrat in favor of McCain. This she often failed to do. She ought to go the Liebermann way.

Obama will do fine. And all you petty, Clintonian sore losers, go vote for McCain. You think 2012 will be the year!. Payback is a ..!!

Any Hillary fan that isn't going to vote for Obama is an absolute fool. You are greedy, selfish, and Hillary would be ashamed of you. I supported Hillary in the primaries, but I know that Obama is millions of times better than McSame will ever be. Somebody needs to knock some sense into fools who are bitter enough to ruin this election.

Excellent.

I have liked Biden for a long time. The Hillary whining has, of course, commenced, because you just never can do enough to please them. But this has pleased me, and countless others.

Well it is clear that America is not ready to be lead by a woman, and I think that Obama moved very far from his charming image of a political newcomer by not acknowledging Clinton, at the very least. The silly "she rocks" comment right after she terminated her campaign has been a reflection of what the Obama campaign has been so far - just words. It is too bad that politics is a popularity contest above all. I do not find Hilary as appealing as some leaders, but I TRUST her power, will, and dedication to a cause. Obama is still too spineless and too commercial for me. He is getting ahead of himself and this hinders him. Even if he wins the election, I do not believe that he will abide by any of his promises and I think that he will not be able to withstand the callous international political world. Just like any politician who has been elevated by behind-the-scenes force rather than climb the mountain on his own, Obama is not ready to lead the country. Americans should have given Hilary a better chance and should have put more faith in her ability than in Obama's charm. In this sense, they are not ready to be led by a woman of Hilary's magnitude and character, either. So they will get what they deserve, but America will keep sliding economically, politically, and culturally, until a true and radical change of mindset occurs, and is manifested in a change of the political structure atop. Sorry for the pessimism, but all the intellectuals backing Obama are simply giving into trends and commercialism, and a need to prove to themselves they are forward thinkers by pushing for a representative of a different race. This does not count, sweeties: rather than dealing with your own complexes, you should have seen beyond your own taste and scruples and made a choice for America.

It truly saddens me that so many Hillary supporters are harboring such animosity toward Obama. Early in the primaries, I was tossed up between Obama and Clinton (after my candidate Bill Richardson left the race) because they were so similar on the issues. Honestly, their differences on the issues were very subtle.

As the primaries unfolded, it started to become clear to me that the difference between them was character and integrity.

The Clintons were very hateful and divisive, and what bothered me most was the way Hillary padded her resume and diminished Obama's. Hillary does have slightly more experience than Obama, but truly saying that everything she has done in the 35 years since she left college has prepared her for the presidency is such a stretch. Obama may have been in the senate for only a short time, but the type of work he has done since he left college seems to be right on track with what the country needs right now. And then the sniper fire lie just made me think "wow, lying comes so naturally to her that she even embellishes something like this which doesn't even matter. How can I trust her to tell the truth about important issues?'

Listen, I enjoyed the Bill Clinton years, and I thought he was a good president. But Hillary is not bill, and the times are changing. Obama is what we need right now. And again, it is his integrity and character which impresses me above all else.

If you got all of your information from Hillary and that is the basis for what you believe about Obama, then it is seriously time for a fact check Why don't you look into him yourself?

I'll leave you with this thought: Mark Twain once said "Anger is an acid which does more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured". This country is at a critical juncture. Please put aside your hurt feelings and think this through. What would Hillary do? Oh, that's right, she's voting for Obama.

I was a supporter of Hillary. She lost and I am willing to support Obama 100%. Why? I can't stand McCain's ideas of going to war whenever someone looks at us differently. In McCain's world, it is simply trying to look tough. America, we need to look at the issues that Hillary and Obama agrees on. Then you'll see that they share the same issues: Healthcare, stop the war in Iraq, energy independence, and growing our economy, etc. I would hate to see 4 more years of Bush policy. So please all, Hillary supporters. Dig deep and do the right thing for your country.

CNN you are catering to the Clintons by not uploading my earlier comment, don't think we haven't noticed. I am disappointed in your internet organization. The media favoritism is old and staugy.

Clinton lost this race on her own, period. (The GOP was holding their breath thinking maybe, just maybe he'll go with the former first lady, no such luck.)

I have been republican most of my life, and am a Evangelical Christian. I have grown more and more frustrated by the lack of concern for poverty and social justice issues with Republicans.

If Hillary was on the ticket, I dont think I could have voted for Obama. Clinton has always been , and always will be selfish, and unconcerned with anyone except her and Bill's fortune and legacy... makes my skin crawl.

I will now vote for Obama. He wlll win more of the middle Christian vote than people expect. Especially since he doesnt have "old politcs" hanging like an albatross around his neck

Obama for President... smart move!

Clinton supporters are so faithful, they are blinded by the bigger picture. You are viewing this like it's your favorite pick on a sports team or captain of the ship. Barak has the U.S. plans in line and ready to roll out, so we say he is weak in foreign policies, why got grab a V.P. that directly deals with that? Let Biden handle foreign, Obama handle the U.S. I agree, with H. Clinton at the Supreme Court position, she really can act as her own and make things happen.....Why would Obama pick H. Clinton, the race between the two became personal and degrading, now they should put on a "fake smile" so you will be happy? You acting like her, sore-losers. A true to the heart Democrat will acknowledge the winner and get on board for the big fight against republicans. Oh, or you'd rather vote McCain and allow him to win just to inflict consequences of personal sorrow, yes send the U.S. back to another republican while we ALL suffer, yea that will teach us!?!?

I was on the fence - if he would have picked Hillary I would have probably voted Obama. But now, that door is definitely closed. I mean, I have no respect for Obama as a candidate, but with Hillary, I would have probably supported the ticket. But between Obama and McCain, McCain is the better President.

Democrats - always ready to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

I hate the democratic party because they didn't make Hillary their candidate. I love Hillary so much that now I want to see the democrats suffer. I hope John McCain becomes president and destroys life as the democrats know it. That'll show you democrat dummies what a mistake you made.

For all of the comments from people saying "that's it, i'm not voting in this election, or I will vote for mcsame," because HRC has not been chosen as VP, all I want to say to you is, H i l l a r y LOST the DEM nomination all on her own accord. ENOUGH whining, tell Hillary the game is over and she can't control the complainers any longer. Oh and "NO" the wisest DEM nominee doesn't have to pick the one that lost, and lost BADLY I might add. Grow up and get over it, Hillary screwed herself and ultimately misjudged, misspoke and mismanaged her chance, her entire campaign. So if you choose to keep complaining about why she isn't on the DEM ticket, complain to HILLARY, now that is putting the energy in the right area.

I send you all LOVE and gratitude for being human beings on this planet.

Johnson nailed it:

"if you can't unite behind a person who has about 95% of the same view as the person you support"

Hillary supporters that are refusing to vote for Obama should be ashamed of themselves. They are highly similar democratic candidates.

Well that does it. I'm voting McCain. Obama's immaturity continues to show through with how he treated Clinton. And then he picks another arrogant senator (like himself). Here's one Clinton donor going from undecided to McCain.

Give Obama an oppportunity to show how good to the US and the rest of the world could be his mandate. I think He can be the first of many humanitarian US presidents to lead the rest of the countries to a unified front
