Therefore his VP needs to be someone who 1) Understands and has shown skill in the legislative process (like actually having sponsored a bill and getting it based and don't give me the Ethics bill thing); Knows how to get down and dirty when it comes to twisting their party's arms for votes; and finally, can stand up and tell it to him like it is.
