Hooray! Obama picked the one condidate who can really help him make a change. I truly believe Joe Biden is the best person for vice-president and will be a force for good in an Obama administration.

Of all the democratic candidates running for president Biden was my first choice. Obama came in second... so now the order is reversed but my confidence level in Obama's judgement is soaring. I truly believe he will be a thoughtful, fair, and wise president.

I agree with, "tired of wash.insiders" – another white-haired old wrinkly dude is right! He's like the 100 year old Democratic McCain! Obama just lost any chance with me.

Obamabots, Joe Biden voted for the war and thats why you didn't want to vote for Clinton. You wanted change and guess what, Biden has been in Washington longer than McCain. Obama made a fool out of all of you. He just wanted your vote. No change here, just the same old Washington politics. Ha Ha

thought Obama wanted 'change', so why didn't he pick Hillary. Doesn't look good for the democrats. I have respect for Biden, but he didn't make the presidential cut so what makes him think he can make the vp spot. Biden even told Obama that Obama doesn't have the experience to be president, so is Biden just another kiss***. How can you work with someone you know can't do the job. This just goes to show how unexperience Obama really is. Obama/Biden??change?
Hillary keep your superdelegates and beat the pants off both these guys.

A President Hillary Clinton would take a phone call at 3am.
Leave it to a President Obama to call YOU at 3am!

Obama supporters don't be fooled by Rethuglicans in sheep's clothing.....i.e. " I may have to re-think my vote"

These idiots would never vote for Obama...even with the ghost of JFK on the ticket

Now Obama has to worry about being shown up. Biden is the most qualified of the candidates who ran in the primaries, Obama the least. Biden comes across so much more genuine and presidential than Obama, who is antipodal to those characteristics. But then again, Obama's got the Britney Spears factor going for him and that's all you need here in America.

So when it comes down to it Obama picks experience over CHANGE and that's why many voters will choose McCain (experience) over Obama (change).

If you watch C-Span you will know that Biden is the perfect choice. With Obama's judgement and Biden's experience the two will be able to over come the racist white blue colloared nuts who would have voted for Obama if he were not black.

Great choice-anyone voting for McCain and who-ever he picks as his running mate, get what they deserve and have no right to complain when they get the same of what we've had for the last 8 years...
This Obama/Biden ticked is a great balance no matter what the pundits and Republicans will be saying. Team work is what is needed to make what was once a great country, before Bush, great again.

Biden is the wrong choice, he is Old Washington and makes no mention of change that Obama has been preaching about. This ticket will be no different than Bush/Cheney. Younger president and older more experienced VP. Makes me wonder who will be pulling the strings.

Picking Biden with a text message at 3 AM just sunk the arrogant fool. Nice way to unite the party. Just proves that this goofball, done nothing, knows nothing empty suit is all about show and no substance. I am a Hillary supporter and this puts it in the bag for me. I'm voting for McCain.

You all realize that Joe Biden has had nothing but great things to say about John Mc____(fill in blank with your favorite childish put-down here), and nothing but criticism about Obama.

I'd say "Let the feeding frenzy begin!", but I'm already too late.

At this point George H.W. Bush could run against this pair and be a shoo-in.

I'm looking forward to hearing all of the Orwellian 'doublespeak' to come out of their mouths as they pretend that they've always loved each other forever..HaHa.

I'm sure the whole world was waiting breathlessly for this news (fist bump). Hardly worth the build up. But at least Obama picked someone who knows which way is north in Washington. Obama hasn't spent enough time there to even figure out the beltway yet.
