You'd think people would have realized by now that this is how the media operates with celebrities. Build someone up then knock them down, then do it all over again with some other sucker. It's just Obama's turn.

CNN is no different people.

Oh and thank you CNN for manufacturing drama for your own ratings increase. It's amazing that the GOP can get free ad time but anything Obama puts out in respinse or ads in general never get played. I can no longer support or watch CNN

Thanks Hillary. You hate losing so much that you would rather hand over the white house for another 4 years to McBush.
If you are really on board to help, you had best do a much better job of endorsing Obama, the real winner of the Democratic primaries. Oh, and you husband too.

I seem to be on CNN's no-fly list. Don't know why

Senator Clinton should either denounce these ads, or demand the VP slot on McCain's ticket.

There are way more supporters of Obama-Biden then either republicans or Hillary voters combined then why does CNN wants to create this division by such articles. Is CNN now the new faux news.
A note to Hillary voters: pls don't fall for this divide and conquer tactics by republicans, we all know Hillary will have a position in govt far better then VP. Think about it since when was a VP position any important in the past.

Now we know why Hillary wasn't announced as a VP. Her comments are very damaging and undemocratic. She shouldn't be nominated to speak at the convention. She has caused much division and little unity. What a Prideful person. Do she actually think that if Obama looses and McCain somehow won that she will be able to run in 2012 and win? She has polluted her Clinton name is her negative campaign will go down in the hx books as shameful politics.

Anonymous, you hit the nail right on the head! They are playing these disgruntled, bitter, emotional Hillary supporters like a fiddle!! The Republicans are sitting back and laughing at these sheep who they have driven to the slaughter!!!! Maybe these people ARE too emotional, irrational, and spiteful! All I can say to these "sheep" is "wake up and smell the coffee......you are being used and laughed at".

Just remember all of you who have commented:

McCain is too old and has been in the game for two long

Biden is just the same as McCain. He as been in the same position for about the same amount of time. He is just as old.

So if you think voting for Obama is change. Why would you pick a vp candidate that has been in the same place as McCain with the politics as usual crowd.

Hillary supporters and undecides should think about voting for a Third party candidate to bring fresh ideas to the field and not the same democrat politics as usual, and not the same republican politics as usual.

Clinton supporters, do the nation a favor and vote based on the issues. If you look at the real problems facing our nation and still want to vote for McCain, then you were supporting Clinton for the wrong reasons. If you find your stance is closer to Obama's then vote for him. If you agree with Obama, but can't move past the primary, then stay home.

Just imagine if Hillary was the VP. It will be a nightmare for Democrats. Hillary ran a very bad campaign. I am happy Obama chose Biden.

I Think people need to take these ads with a grain of salt. Understand, the RNC is running them and could less about poor Hillary's feelings or political stances. Their main objective is to minimize Barack's political chances and they wil stoop to any means to achieve that.

I am no fan of Barack Obama or John McCain. I actually supported Hillary and still feel she is the best candididate. However, John McCain is steadily proving to me he is not a man of his word. His claim to run a "clean" campaign can be thrown out the window. McCain has pulled his sleeves back and is politically wailing away. Quite frankly, I find his ads void of Presidential quality.

Paul Begala warned CNN about Hillary supporters not voting for Obama WAY back in the EARLY primaries. January or February and CNN brushed it off….. I believe he said it was 24% of her voters would not vote for him at that time. Not much difference today. And I'll tell you when it started. When he said "You're likeable enough, Hillary." Then progressed and got solidified when he stated so arrogantly, "I'm sure I can get her voters, I'm not so sure she can get mine."

There was only one MAVERICK and that was James Garner!!!

I may have disliked some of the tactics Hillary Clinton used against Barack Obama used during the Primariy season, but I dislike it even more that the McCain campaign is resorting to dirty tricks as well as running a disrespectful campaign.

How any Hillary Clinton supporter vote for John McCain or not support the Democratic Party ticket is beyond me! The mere thought of voting for John McCain and continuing the Bush policies of the last 8 years is horrifying enough.

I want the guy who doesn't have a long history of political compromises, and right now, that's Barry Obama. In four years he'll be an insider who owes everyone a favor, and we'll kick him out. Do you people think we voters are married to these politicians? I dislike them all, Bush and McCain leading the list right now, and only vote for them to keep from having to do this work myself.

Seriously? How can people fall for this crab again? How can any democrat ever vote for John McCain? Senior citizens voting for someone who wants to privitize social security. Women voting for someone who voted against equal pay and birth control. Blue-collar workers voting for someone who has and will continue to ship their jobs over seas.

I know Hillary supporters are hurt, but for God's sake listen to reason (and listen to Hillary). The "I'll just wait four years" position is just completely selfish. What about your friends, family and neighbors who can't wait 4 years? There are people losing their jobs and homes every day. REMEMBER THEM?

Everyone knew at the time she said it, it would be used against Obama sooner or later. No surprise there. Let's wait and see who McBush picks for the VP spot. Dare he pick Romney ?. If he does the same thing is going to happen to him. Maybe they (Obama's camp) should go ahead and use some of Romneys words that he spoke about McBush during the primaries. It's coming down on the Dems for the moment, but it won't matter in the end. The American people are not going to put up with 4-8 more years of the same. There is a change coming.

Tabloid media uses the same level of division as the RNC. Imagine the distasteful ads McCain Republicans would be using if they were running against Hillary.

Most Clinton supporters understand that she will be better suited to lead a higher level position in an Obama and Biden administration (i.e. Supreme Court Justice, cabinet position, etc.).

The RNC is comprised of a bunch of slimeballs!!! The people that were for Obama will always be for Obama. This reads: HILLARY CLINTON LOST FAIR AND SQUARE. With even a small number of her voters in the Obama camp, he'll still win the election. She should protest these ads, but notice that she's not doing that. The Clintons will go down in history as the GREAT DEMOCRATIC PARTY DIVIDERS. GO HOME CLINTONS!!!

When will the Clintons understand that it is not about them. They are history, and they need to move on. Nothing short of speaking on Thursday night will make her happy. Get over it, you lost. I keep thinking about what you did to Gore over the years. He is my hero because he is truly a southern gentleman. You can't bully your way through life and always come out on top. I really wanted Gore to be our nominee, but we need a democrat in the Whiste House, and that has to be Obama. Hillary get out of his way.

Quite bluntly, I am astonished and dismayed that ANYONE who supports Senator Clinton, her causes, and her ideas can support John McCain for president. She is pro-choice; he is pro-life, having said he will use overturning Roe as a litmus test for Supreme Court nominees. She opposes offshore drilling and drilling in ANWR; he has moved to a position favoring both. She does not support continuing the Bush tax cuts; he does.Their positions on same-sex partnerships, the occupation of Iraq, and alternative energy resources are all markedly different. In ALL of these areas, she lines up much more closely with Barack Obama than with John McCain.

The next president will likely get to pick replacements for two of the more liberal members of the Supreme Court (Ruth Bader Ginsburg and John Paul Stevens) and possibly a third (Steven Breyer is 70 years old). McCain will further pack the court with Scalia-esque votes. The court would be far more conservative than the country at large for, quite literally, decades.

If anyone who supported Senator Clinton supports McCain over Senator Obama, he or she is engaging in the worst kind of personality politics. The issues are the key.

Why does CNN have to keep serving up this kind of trashy reporting. Some of your reporters just gush over McCain and need to have a muzzle placed on them if they cannot do fair and accurate reporting. Reading CNN lately is like looking at the Enquirer on the rack while standing in the grocery line.

This is a dirty tactic to attract angry Clinton supporters. The democratic party is imploding right before our eyes and McCain is taking advantage of its vulnerability. Typically, when parties are split, the other one wins.

Republicans taking the page from the imperial countries like UK how they ruled India - divide and conquer. That is exactly the theme of republicans a low tactic which will fail this time. Hillary voters are way more smarter to allow this division. McCain knows he cannot win with issues so he has to go after such low tactics...even republican voters are ashamed of the way McCain is acting. Where is the morality.

Hillary would have done that to Bill, if she were running against him and thought it would bring her votes. She shifted her "constituency" every time she hit a new town- "NOW, I get it"....puleeze

Almost all of McCains attack ads have been based on Hillary's work during the primaries. She wouldn't quit when she needed to and handed over a full blown play book for the GOP. She and Bill lied to the electorate in unrealistic expectations and whipping up a frenzy that now definatley won't go away.

Unfortunatley, I don't belive Obama will win with Biden on the Ticket. Saddened by his selection. He let recent pressure and events drive his decision, which means he is not a bold as his visions. I will vote for him as a stauch supporter, but my enthusiasm was definately dampened with his selection.

It is not foreign affairs people are concerned with... it is the economy . And for all his pouting, Bill will speak really well on the economy. The public is tired of Foreign Affairs.
