This is so funny, this small minority of so called Hillary supporters only supported her because she was a woman. Now, since she was not chosen as VP they are going to vote for McCain, a man who is doing the greatest disrespect by treating them as puppets.. lol wow. McCain could care less about Hillary and if she was chosen as VP he would have and has shown that via the millions of negative ads he has made about her.

So here we are, these so called hilly supporters hate the man who actually shows them 100% more respect than that of McCain.

Let see Obama has:

Helped pay some of Hillary debt
Iincluded her as a primary speaker in the convention
Included her husband as a primary speaker (who spoke some pretty overtly negative comments) in the convention
Shares the same political views and stances as HIllary.

Go figure.. I guess ALL americans dont have principles. lol

Wow, open registration and the Obamabots invade the place. LOL

All these Obama supporters who are complaining about the Hilllary supporters are really being stupid.. Hey, she did get half the votes. In any other convention there would be a legitimate roll call vote and/or she would have been the VP. Are the Obamabots trying to help him lose? They obviously haven't been to many conventions and seen floor fights, this could have been a good convention. Obama is trying to exert too much control and it won't do anything but tick people off. Hillary and her supporters are entitled to have their say. Conventions are supposed to be the whole party not just the nominee's supporters. If the posters here are examples of the Obama supporters, he's going to lose. They're just as arrogant, self-centered, and totally ignorant of how to handle the friendly opposition.

Oh, and I am not a Hillary supporters.

You know who is not on this blog? The "lunch pal" Democrats, the "Reagan Democrats. Neither party is worried about loosing their base, they are worried about the Independents or the ones that vote according to the candidate and not the party.

It doesn't matter if somweone on here is a "true Democrat" or not if they say they voted for Hillary in the primaries, Obama needs every last one of them.

Any voter who claims to be a Clinton supporter and is now planning to support McCain is full of limbaughbrains. McCain is the antithesis of Hillarly Clinton. I would be asking these people just exactly what qualities do they find in McCain that caused them to first support Clinton? They have little integrity and far less soul.

McCain "Doesn't Disagree" With Draft
Presidential candidate John McCain appeared at a town hall meeting in New Mexico today. And, for some reason, tacitly endorsed the draft.
It all went down when an audience member turned the topic toward veteran's rights and said, quite astoundingly, "If we don't reenact the draft I don't think we will have anyone to chase Bin Laden to the gates of hell."
To this McCain replied, "Ma'am let me say that I don't disagree with anything you said and thank you and I am grateful for your support of all of our veterans."
So McCain would rather force America's young men to serve in the military than lift Don't Ask, Don't Tell, which has deprived our military of an estimated 12,000 able soldiers? That's simply mind boggling.

I will say this as clearly as possible. All of you so-called DEMS (supporters of Hillary) show your behinds and vote for McCain. Go right ahead. But, please know that Hillary will NEVER be president in 2012 or beyond. We can spin this wheel for years to come sweeties.

By the way, for those who remain stuck on the Clinton legacy,
only one of two people will be sworn in on January 20, 2009.
Senator Obama or Senator McCain.

Gues what, Clinton will still hae her lofty position as a Senator, have her lifetime pension set up as a 2-term (at least) senator, and finally her $100 MILLION. So, this election will not affect her or bill or Chelsea in any particular way.
You on the other hand, will have to deal with the bleak outlook of a McCain administration if you don't get off your ego trip of not wanting to support Obama.

I have always voted Republican, but I have been so impressed by Obama this year that I plan on voting for him.

I am tired of paying half my income for gas, and I am tired of hearing about my neighbors dying in a war that we now know shouldn't have been started in the first place. My son wants to join the army, and I am torn between allowing him to serve our country, and knowing that he would be fighting a war that does not represent what I have always loved about America.

While I am a Republican and plan to vote for Obama, I am surprised that all of you Hillary supporters are so quick to jump to the McCain camp. While McCain has his pros and cons, it is very clear that his policies are close to Bush's. His experience as a POW does NOT qualify him to be president, although he is a war hero.

If you supported Hillary, why would support McCain? Obama and Hillary are very similar politically, and ALL candidates are negative towards their competitors in the primaries. Hillary fought the best fight she could have, and she lost. Let's remember that voting is not about revenge. ANY candidate who was as close as Hillary to making history would have done the same thing. But now that she is out, let's all move on and make Obama the next President.

I know Hillary supporters are upset and feel gypped, but do you really want McCain's Bush-like policies for 4 more years? Think about it... Skyrocketing gas, Plummetting economy....and more dead neighbors coming home from Iraq. Think about it... Think about our children. Vote Obama.

Carly Fiorina and McBush forgot to share ALL the information about the HOUSES that McCain didn't work for................daughter like dad.............There's also the matter of the McCains' daughter, 23-year-old Meghan. While many 20-somethings are lucky if they get a car for a college graduation gift, Meghan's present for finishing at Columbia University was a $700,000 loft in a hip section of downtown Phoenix.
A GQ profile of Meghan McCain, whose only job at moment seems to be blogging on her father's behalf, described the loft's interior as looking "like a spaceship furnished by West Elm." Wooden block letters arranged above McCain's kitchen cabinets spell the word indulge.

One wonders if this is a lesson the young McCain learned from her parents, who, by the way, according to property records, paid for the condo in cash.

McCain will march your children off to war...the draft will return.
In addition,
McCain has voted AGAINST ALL women's rights and issues.
Obama has voted FOR ALL women's rights and issues.
McCain wants to take away a women's right to choose.
Roe vs. Wade could be overturned , with the Supreme Court justices he would appoint.
Think very hard before casting your vote for McCain, it may come back to haunt you.

If Barack Obama loses, don't you think that will be the end of Hillary's political career? Don't you think she will be held personally responsible for having such a divisive campaign and giving McCain all of those sound bites - "I have a lifetime of experience, McCain has a lifetime of experience, and all Barack Obama has is a great speech in 2002." I can't remember Obama saying anything about Hillary that McCain could use in an ad. I do remember one he said, "You're likable enough." (Well, let's give him the electric chair for that.)

I also think that Hillary is too emotional to be President or Vice President. When she made her concession speech (the one where she said she had 18 million votes and would make no decisions now) showed her selfish and divisive nature. Obama, on the other hand, praised her and said that she would have a prominent place in his administration focusing on health care.

But I guess that wasn't enough. If he loses, she's toast.

If Hillary was such a great leader...then why are her followers not listening to her pleas? I see no leader. A great leader would stand up to the podium and would say "I will not run in 2012 if Obama loses". THAT is a leader's comment.

Question - If there are so many Clinton backers for McCain, why do we only see Cynthia Ruccia, Will Bower, and that theft Daragh Murphy? Also, why have they only raised $50,000 if there are supposingly millions of them???? Just asking. Also, why haven't they raised any money to pay off Hillary's debt??? Again, just asking.

18,000 plus disenfranchised,

The question to you is why is it that your support for Senator Clinton not translating into;

1) Supporting her decision to support Obama ( well, unless your support for her didn't include trusting her to make sound political decisions).
2) helping her get out of debt

This is what happens when people don't get what they think they ALONE are ENTITLED too. That is why the emotions and frustration are so high. LIsten to them-- McCain policies did not attract them, they accused Obama of running them away.

Memo to Hillary Supporters -- Is Obama one of the few Dem canidates for which there is no footage showing him endorsing McCain. Republican want your vote and to use your anger the same way they are using Hillary's comments.

A message to Obama supporters:

You need to understand that a GREAT many of us have questions about Obama NOT because of his race (as simple-minded people would like to believe) but because of his political leanings, past history, and relative lack of experience. He talks a great game, but get behind the golden speeches (hard for you soundbyte-based people I know) and you don't see a lot of substance. You accuse McCain or other politicians of using "loopholes" to question voter legitimacy??? Look at what Obama did in Chicago. As for experience...try to identify some major initiatives that he led, rather than times he simply voted "present".

Most of us have concerns about Obama because we see him for what he is...a golden-tongued speaker that is actually a ruthless Chicago politician, and with incredibly liberal leanings. He will DO anything and SAY anything to get elected.

Try opening your eyes and seeing reality for what it is. As for race? If Colin Powell was running for President, I (and probably most of the country) would vote for him in a second. So much for race as an issue. Get over it and try to deal with the fact that your "messiah" is simply a relatively inexperienced politician with the gift of gab.

McCain,my man, that won't be hard, once the DNC finishes slapping all of the Clinton supporters around. They will be asking you "what they can do for you" ,in about a week, maybe less. We just had to give the undeserving, one more chance to make things right, before giving up on many needed changes. But if you can promise a comprhensive health care for Americans, you'll win over even more than the PUMA's.

I mean did you vote for Her because of her beliefs and where she stood on the issues or did you vote for her because She was a woman. I am a former republican i changed my party after hearing obama speak. i have never been so inspired to help restore our Country to it's respectful place in the world before hearing him. If mccain is elected we will stay in Iraq probably go to war with iran and lets not forget Russia they're begging for a fight. All John Mccain knows is war. he is surrounded with george Bush, Dick Cheney and The biggest criminal of them all Karl Rove wannabes. I am a 45 year old white female former republican Obama supporter!!!!!

You don't have to stay in the party, if you don't believe in the candidate. It is called freedom to vote. While Obama and McCain are contrasted in the issues, McCain is more centrist than his fellow Republicans, just as Obama is more to the left than the Clintons. If Roe V. Wade was to be overturned, BUSH would have done it already. I am a 38 year old female that has voted both Republican and Democrat, mostly Democrat, and I feel that the democrats, under Nancy Pelosi, Howard Dean and Harry Reid, have hijacked the party and pushed the Clintonites out. SO, forgive me if I don't BELIEVE in the FAKE UNITY this democratic convention is trying to shove down our throats. Touting Jimmy Carter over Bill Clinton, is honestly, the last straw.

It is extremely noteworthy the lengths the cable media will go to try to find something to say. The fact they, including C.N.N., want there to be a rift between Obama and Clinton, and will go to great lengths to create one is sad. When ever I hear C.N.N say in their promos that they demand the truth I can't help but laugh. They don,t want the truth if it lacks controversy. So why not report rumor as fact then approach the news makers with the "facts" and ask for a response. I am sorry C.N.N. you have fallen on hard times and lack the morals or professionalisim to change.

I'll be watching the convention on C-Span. I'm so sick of the constant negativity toward Barack Obama on this network and the constant pushing of Hillary Clinton just to cause trouble. If the Republicans love her so much, why doesn't McCain put her on HIS ticket? Oh, weren't the Clintons their favorite punching bags until Obama came along?

Democrat for McCain. No need to be won over; I already have been. We need an honorable man or woman in the white house, not Mr. Obama. If Obama had chosen Senator Clinton - the ticket would have had my vote - 100%. At this point, even the Clinton's cannot convince me to vote for the Celebrity Obama and all is cultish kids who follow him. Nothing against Biden, just want the right Man to be president and that's John McCain. Democrat for McCain 08 and VERY much look forward to the floor getting mopped up with Obama.

Sharon Walker:
I need you to answer the question for me. Why have any of the Republican Presidents in the last 30 years done to overturned Row vs. Wade? What have they done to end abortions....nothing!
This is a election ploy to get people like you to vote Republican.
I do not believe in abortion but it sickens me to see how the Republicans use that over and over again to get elected and then do nothing to stop it. Think about it. Reseach it and get back to me.

I will be shocked and amazed if Obama wins this election. I said from the beginning that the republicans would win again. This is the same country that elected George Bush twice. This is the same country that likes it when their president uses small words to communicate with them. And they certainly don't like anything that's different and Barack Obama is different. I think the country deserves the mess they find themselves in now and will find themselves in in the future. The lack of intelligent reasoning people makes my skin crawl. I am overwhelmed by the ignorance....was that too many syllables?

I wish someone would turn the channel though. I'm tired of watching Hillary Clinton hold the country hostage...all she needs is a bunny and a boiling pot of water.

McCain campaign tactics exploiting democrats' sound bites to turn democrats against Obama spells D-E-S-P-E-R-A-T-I-O-N. It will backfire, as the TRUE democrats including those upset that Hillary didn't win the nomination will soon realize what is really stake--voting for McCain would amount to abdicating their life-long commitment to democratic principles and prolonging the agony of the American People who has seen nothing but misery under 8 years of Republican administration. Of course, there will be dems that will vote McCain, but their numbers will be canceled out by the number of republicans voting for Obama. Both group constitute only the minority in this election.

Women have the most to lose if McCain wins and packs the Supreme Court. And yet, some women are so upset that Hillary didn't win that they'll vote for McCain anyway. Curious.

I've noticed the majority of those bloggers saying they're from Chicago or Illinois don't have real kind words for the junior Senator from Illinois. Think maybe they know something from following him before he became a national figure? His 2004 convention speech catapulted him into the national spotlight, but those of us from the land of Lincoln and Chicago politics knew a much different politician then the one who presents himself to the nation now. Be careful what you wish for people.

The DNC already quashed democracy in FL and MI, now they and the Obama campaign are trying to stage a "fixed" vote on the nomination at the convention. They are hoping to interrupt the roll call in Denver and put forward the motion that the convention"annoint" Obama the nominee by acclaimation. Democracy is dead, your vote means nothing.

Obama supporters are suppose to be educated but they're not. If they were so educated they would have known Obama was going to lose a long time ago. Now they want to blame it on Hillary, blame it on your inexperience, empty suit wearing, I have a dream speech giving candidate Barack Obama. I bet my friend $50 that Obama was going to lose if they knocked Hillary out of the race. As of today I want to collect my money.

I agree whole heartedly! Obama has managed to change the Democratic Party in to McCain Supporters ,and has little chance, after afronting millions of clinton supporters,of regaining any kind of momentim. As soon as the DNC initiates their little skeem to try and unify the Party behind Obama, and the Clinton supporters realize that the DNC never intended to have a fair discussion, debate, and voting of delegates,to decide between the two candidates, the PUMA's will walk out and join the McCain ranks. The DNc will never admit this calamity was their fault, and will try every way possible to make it appear Hillary's fault she can't control her supporters. The DNC is still acting like the people,in general ,are stupid, and with a little,Kumbaya talk, and we all walk out united. It's not going to happen. They have literally slapped the majority of people voting Demoractically this time,in the face, with all of their disenfranchisements. They made the stupid rules that punished innocent voters, now live with it!.

To be honest, I really think this is a GOP plot to give an illusion that democrats are divided. If they were truly divided, Clintons 18 million would have retired her debt. Also, it would be more than a 25% of clinton backers going to mccain. None of this has happened yet.

This is nothing more than a Limbugh/Rove, GOP, media speculated ordeal. Nothing substantial. Get over it.

PLEASE POST. Thanks a bunch:-)
