Have any of you fools who keep slamming Bill Clinton actually LOOKED at the polls? McCain is beating Obama hands down and it's only August!!! Even Kerry was up by double digits by now. Hillary polled 6 pts higher than Obama last week and she's suspended her campaign for TWO MONTHS. Bill's point (and he's right) is that Obama CANNOT WIN THE GENERAL. He cannot pull in the center. He doesn't have the experience or record to show he can get things done. YOU PEOPLE will be the ones held responsible for throwing away the biggest cakewalk election in Democratic history by allowing the media and the DNC to throw democracy out the window in order to select an unelectable candidate. We will never forgive you or this party!

I stopped watching the Democratoc cenvention on CNN. Iam an independent and have a open mind about the candidates however your coverage is mostly about the Republicans when it should be about this convention. Also there is so much negativity from the commentators. Iam disappointed in the coverage so I just listen to the radio and read the papers. What will you talk about next week!!!! McCain is getting all of this free time with the ads that you all keep repeating over and over again...It is boring!!!!!!!1

It seems that the Clinton's have not received the facts that the message is not about them, it's about replacing a Republication Administration that has been disastrous to the USA. They should remind their supporters that this election is being watched all over the world, and what others are seeing is not "America, the land of the Free and the Brave"; but "supporters" saying they will vote for McCain instead of the presumptive nominee. Those people watching are going to register one thing, is the "Democratic Party" capable of a non-partisan election. These are the same people we are trying to sell "Democracy for all People".

This rivaley reminds the one betwenn former Prime Minister Jean Chrétien and aspiring Prime Minister Paul Martin. At the end the membership and the party as awhole have suffered the brunt of it and it still trying to find again its idebtity. If true, this is a unity killer and not good for the Democrats. It all depnds how bad they want the presidency! They will have to unite quick or suffer a lost at the hand of McCain. AS for CNN reporting, most of their analysts are over the top and obsessed with making the news eather then reporting it.

Obama couldnt even deliver as senator.

He said he was against the war but earmarked money to defense contractors and made some of their execs his campaign staff.

He says he is for universal healthcare but only covers children and requires his brand of insurance to be paid or stiff penalties to parents. Meanwhile drug company lobbyist work on his campaign.

I really have to admit, CNN has no credibility with how they report. Disregarding the past of John McCain, his numerous criminal activities and out right treason to the US. Their headlines are superficial and less respectful the propoganda films made by John McCain when he was in the Military.

I will freely admit I'm getting worried about the intentions of the 'free' press. Hey, they are free to do as they choose, but we need to be free to choose how honest and non partisan these people are.

They are making a mockery of 'freedom of the press". There has to be responsible reporting, equal reporting, and newsworthy news. Unless you have all three of those accounted for in an article, you are nothing more then a tabloid.

And to be fair, a bit of unfair press has gone to McCain, but nowhere near the amount of trash about his past that could be rummaged through and ferreted out. Where's the professionalism people?
