Chad,

Jindal is a sitting governor. He is not the VP nominee, nor does it appear that he will be.

Obama is the one without experience. Experience counts in the repubican party, apparently not the case for the dems.

That's what I call dedication, Nobama has to settle for his wife, Hillary, and Hillbillie because he can't get anyone else, where McCain may have to resort to others because they have more pressing issues at hand. See the differance Nobama supporters.

Quite a few "big" Republicans are not going to the convention this year. Even Norm Coleman said he wouldn't be going if it weren't being held in his home state.

See people what true republicans do when the times get hard they run and hide or have someone else fight their wars for them. No surprise here for me.

Vote Democrat and get real results.

Now why is it important that "Daddy Yankee" supports McCain? How funny is this and who in the hell is he? Besides being from Puerto Rico and cheated on his wife...(wait now I get the comparison)...lol...This endorsement means nothing for the white voters, just more reasons to raise concern over his immigration policies.
**John McCain - The right one that's wrong for AMERICA.**

If Gov. Jindal can make a difference for the hard-hit residents of Lousiana, more power to him! Maybe he can put in an appearance at the Republican convention by satellite or cable? Taking care of his state is certainly more important than scoring political points.

This Guy should be President! At least he has intelligence and is a Governor. Sen. Obama the most liberal senator in history ignored 18 Million voters when he chose Biden as veep. Yeah, that's right 18 Million voters! Sen. Clinton has experience and voted for the war, just like Biden, but she got votes. How many delegates did Biden get in the Primaries? ZERO.

It is obvious Obama lacks the experience and judgment to pick a running mate. I mean how smart do you have to be to choose from one who received 18 millions of votes to another getting a few hundred?

Obama has caused disunity. We need to vote Clinton at the convention! It is not too late! I will support McCain if she is not on the ticket. Oh guess what, she is not on the ticket.

This is actually not "Mother Nature gets even" as you may think. The RNC put the convention on stand-by. Yes, money will be lost- like that's a problem for a Republican. The party says McCain is their man in a short, but unified demonstration. Shows more unified support for any area pre-strike and eventually struck by the hurricane with aid. Lets Jindal prove he's a true leader. Points finger at Dems saying they needed their convention cause their party is in shambles and disaray. Enjoy.

They pray for it to rain on the DNC Convention and what happens? God sends the storms to every state that a republican governs. He even dropped a little water on FOX TV. Ha ha ha.

Here's the thing, folks. Those of you calling to unite the party need to understand it's Obama's role to do so. The Clintons can only do so much. If he's a great leader, he'll prevail. Some simple things...

1. Stop bashing the Clintons. We've endured this for months (its been on both sides) and you will not make any friends by continuing this. He was the most popular president in modern history and I personally remember Bill keeping his word on many issues. We also prospered and we haven't had that for a long time. Like him or not, his legacy deserves some respect. Respect others.

2. Obama needs to put Hillary in an important position in his administration. Does he owe her anything? No. Does he need to acknowledge that more of the core democratic party felt Hillary was a better choice? Yes. So far, he has done little to try to convince us he's ready. It's his job to convince me - I've already heard from Hillary. By acknowledging Hillary in a key position many of the PUMAs will calm down as they feel they have been heard. Does he want to be elected or not? Most important goal should be to win, above everything else.

3. Obama needs to convince us he has sound judgement. I don't know about you, but having a friend for 20 years that is like an uncle and not knowing he was a preacher of hate? How many times has he been quoted "He's not the man I knew" and for how many people? The presidency is a big job. I need to know our president is a good judge of character. He's got a lot of work here yet.

4. He deeply criticized Hillary for her vote on the Iraq war...but ironically Biden cast the same vote as Hillary. Now I feel he thinks this is OK now because Americans are more worried about the economy than the war? I'm not sure if this is smart or an example of poor judgment. He needs to explain himself here. This isn't something Hillary can do for him...he has to earn my vote.

I was just reading thje previous thread on "The Clintons Prepare". Comments are closed ,but there is something that needs to be said. A writer identifying himself as "John in Ohio" talked about voting for Sen Obama in Columbus, Ohio. That did not happen. This is obviously a bogus post and its very existance calls into question the validity of all "drum beating" posts, whichever side of any given issue they support. These blogs were a good media in the early days, but they have lost all significance due to the large population of bulk posters with an agenda.

Why is it CNN spent the last 25 minutes playing and talking about various McCain propaganda commercials only to follow it up with Glenn Beck nocking on Barack and Hillary some more? They're doing McCains dirty work themselves. I really think it's becoming clearer and clearer that the people in control of the media of this country want nothing more then to keep us moving in a downward spiral. I resent the way they've been giving these republican pundits free reign to make any accusation they like without calling them out on the facts. Republicans are willing to spout pure poison just to see their cronies keeping control of our countries really disturbing to watch.
LETS TAKE BACK OUR COUNTRY NOW!

He was never on McCain's short list. McCain would lose some of his base because Bobby Jindal is a person of color. Also, he was a Muslim and you know how that is played in the media. Also he stated that Huricane Ketrina did not damage the oil platforms off the coast. He was dead wrong. It was the worst spill ever. He should have read up before he got the job.

They would rather suffer another republican administratioin than elect someone who does not look like them, no matter how good Obama is it will never be enough. Sad but true.

Do any of you PUMA's remember John McCain's joke about Chelsea? How can you people support this "POW" turned presidential candidate? In the real world he would be made to apologize for disrespecting someone's daughter. But you guys will vote for him to make sure Obama doesn't succeed. What a wonderful thought process by you idiots.

All those ACTIVE democrats will wake up after election night to listen to another incompetent and senile man keep the status quo in the White House and this nation. Perhaps even turn BACK the clock on minority and women's rights. So, let them go ahead and vote for McCain.

People should NOT forget that Obama had more than 18 million votes-- that is why he won fair and square; so, if he loses this election, no democrat (not even Hillary or Chelsea) will be president of the U.S. for the next 8 years; plain and simple!!!!

I thought the call was for evangelicals to pray that it rains heavily at Denver to disrupt Obama's nomination speech, how come the
Republican, Jindal will be getting the wrath from mother nature.

The favor seems to be for the DEMS, so far Denver has been dry!

Jindal is willing to make personal sacrifices for his state. Obama vacations in Hawaii and expects Hillary to unite the party. And texts out some generic sound bite over the Russian invasion of Georgia. Other than that what has Obama done?

Jindal alone has more experience and quick judgment to handle a crisis better than Obama. Obama's slow reaction to Russian's invasion of Georgia should be a preview of the inept president Obama would be.
