Examining body language: What did Clinton's say?

CNN

Watch a body language expert examine Clinton's speech.

(CNN) - What did Hillary Clinton's body language give away at the Democratic National Convention?

Dan Hill, a body language expert and author of "Face Time," told CNN that even while the words Clinton delivered offered an unequivocal endorsement of Barack Obama, her body language was much less affirmative.

"When she spoke about Obama, she really did not emote very much," Hill said. "The only thing she showed was a very weak smile, the cheeks didn't tend to lift very much, it was really almost what I would call a 'crocodile smile' where even the slight corners of the lips sometimes raise into a little bit of a smirk."

"I don't think that helped move the 30 percent of her supporters who say they won't vote for Obama," Hill added. "What she did do was appeal to voters at large, that she did more emotionally."

Wow CNN is really trying its best to try to somehow show that there is no unity. This network has become a stupid rumor mill, and is starting to sound like Fox with conservative commentators who outnumber liberals 2-1.

I agree, this is the hardest thing she ever had to do..

she does not endorse him fully,
she did not say he is ready to lead

the speech was all about her

    and mccain
and becuase CNN and the commentators are just anyone, who go with the flow
they say anything, they made it all about her,

    ohh please
i am so sick of the dynasty

    what is up with that

i am sure millions of young people feel the same

her time has come and gone, she and bill are the past,
    the dirty past

which americans (old ladies specially those who are so set in their ways and some men, like blitzer, and gerger, carville, ) wont let it go

    time to move on man

It would be interesting to have the same person do an analysis of one of her speeches talking about herself...

wow....well, it's unanamous...the media has become mind readers, and they've now tapped into "expert body language readers" to confirm their hopes: Hillary doesn't really like Obama. The ratings hype machine to fabricate contraversy can continue! Yaay!

    *changing to CSPAN*...

    This is RIDICULOUS!!!
I don't care if Hillary supports Barack for President. I don't care if her supporters support him. I want Americans to simply make a choice and live with the consequences and then SHUT UP!!

If you think McCain is better for the country, then vote for him and then shut up and watch what happens.

If you think Obama is better for the country, vote for him.

What is ridiculous is waiting for the Clinton stamp of approval. Look, they think Hillary is better. So what? They think any democrat is better than McCain. End of story. Move on!

Would you give me a break? I'm confident that no speech that Hillary could have given last night would've pleased the press; there'd be no story otherwise. But analyzing her body language? Has anyone ever analyze John McCain's body language? This is ridiculous.

You guys seriously need to see a shrink for your fixation on the Cintons and your need to amplify psycho-drama in this convention.

I know it's a bit hard to do since it might affect your ratings, but is it POSSIBLE to move the focus from personalities and PUMAs and start to cover issues that the rest of us common folks can relate to?

How long is CNN going to continue to beat this dead horse. Hillary supports Obama and the party is united. Quit trying to pick at the scabs of a few dead-end PUMA losers.

Nothing she can say can MAKE people cast their vote for OBAMA. I was a Hillary Supporter. I DO NOT LIKE OBAMA. I do not like him, the way he portrays himself, lifts himself up above ALL others. She could pay me 50.00 bucks, and I still wouldn't like the guy or vote for him. Has nothing to do with the fact I was a Hillary supporter...PERIOD.. Why can't some Obama supporters get it through their thick skulls........OBAMA ISN"T FOR EVERYONE.

Just what we need! More TALKING HEADs that go out of their way to TELL everone WHAT they want you to HEAR instead of letting everyone listen to what was really said. CNN you are too slanted. Hope McCain is paying you well for all the help.

I know this will not be posted, but worth a try
