(CNN) – Barack Obama is delivering a speech on education in Riverside, Ohio.

Obama is expected to discuss "his plan to ensure that our children have the skills to compete in a global economy, and how the Obama-Biden ticket will do what’s right for the next generation even if means breaking with tradition," according to the campaign.
