The McCain camp needs to get their messaging strategy correct. I work in advertising and they are not sending a cohesive message with how they are packaging Gov Palin.

On one hand they say she is a pitbull with lipstick, a maverick. And then on the other hand she is the victim of Democratic bullies and sexism. Pick one, and be consistent with it.

Sen Obama did not portray himself as a victim when at the RNC Guliani and Gov Palin attacked his character and demeaned his work as a community organizer.

I call for all Americans, Repblicans, Democrats, and Independents to hold ourselves to a higher standard. Let's demand that ALL politicians get rid of these stupid ads going back and forth. We are deciding our president, not who is line leader at recess. Calling out substantial policy differences is one thing, but distroting truths and attacking personalities is another.

If we as voters don't respond to their crap…they want put it out there.

While Obama has had some ads labeled negative, I still commend him for his campaign. Overall he has been less negative and has had to retaliate to several attacks made against him…but you don't see him acting like the victim.

If Obama or Biden disguss Healthcare or children they will trot Palin out to say she is being attacked for having a Down's Syndrome baby....if the word "lipstick" is said in an OLD saying (also used several times by McCain) then they will claim Palin's gender is being attacked. SEXISM they scream! McCain can't lecture us on sexism when places are selling "supportive" Palin shirts touting his VP choice's "hottness", or declaing her "VPILF"! When they tolerate sexist remarks so long as they garner votes from middle aged men, then don't try to sell us that EVERY negative comment about McCain/Palin is now sexist. Grow up.

McCain has no shame! It is so disapointing to see how far he has fallen in his attempt to claim the presidency. His campaign is full of outright lies, ads and fake emails to feed on the innate racism among some people, blatant tries to kiss up to the evangelicals (read that Dobson), etc. Who used the "lipstick on a pig" comment first – why McCain when talking about Hillary's health plan! Did Hillary accuse him of making a derogatory comment about her? NO! So what is this fake outrage when the comment is used by Obama about one of McCain's policies? It is a fake and phony attempt to use Sarah Palin to his advantage. What a hoax! I ask where's the beef in McCain's policies and solutions – he has none! I am so disgusted about the GOP – I was a registered Republican but I saw the lies and hatred in the GOP as it has become and I will not vote for McCain or any other GOP member as long as they are like this.

It's a shame that in our great country we have come to perceive more of what is not there than what is there. What the repubs are saying is that it doesn't matter whether their claims are true, just so long as we Americans believe them to be. AND their claims are largely aimed at women. So I say, as a woman, we women really need to wake up and be alert because as far as the repubs are concerned, this election is riding squarely on our backs.

Additionally, with what I am seeing from so many women who are falling so deeply for this tripe, I don't know if I will ever vote for a woman because I don't like the large amount of whinning we are doing. This is not what I would want in the WH, whether as Prez or V. Prez.

Choose a woman, because all women are stupid enough to buy into her simply because she's a woman. Check. This is very sad, It's because of predjudices because of race,age,gender,religion e.t.c. has halted our Nation from realizing its potential to be the greatest Nation and the world leader. I am sure I saw this same ad a few years ago, The GOP is going back to the same things they used before but we are not falling for them this time.

Over my years I have voted for the best candidate (in my opinion) regardless of my differences with candidate and Yes I have crossing party lines sometimes. But I am not gonna not vote for Obama because he is black.

Let's say that McCain was Black and Obama was white – I vote Obama!
