Bill Clinton and Barack Obama have released a joint statement.

(CNN) – Barack Obama and Bill Clinton’s offices released a joint statement Thursday after the two met in New York.

“President Clinton and Senator Obama had a great conversation in Harlem today. They discussed the campaign briefly, but mostly talked about how the world has changed since September 11, 2001,” it read.

"Sen. Obama praised the work of the Clinton Foundation around the world and President Clinton applauded Sen. Obama's historic campaign which has inspired millions around the country.

"They also spoke about what the next President can do to help make the economy work for all Americans, as it did under President Clinton, and ensure safety and prosperity far beyond the coming the election. President Clinton said he looks forward to campaigning for Senator Obama later this month.”

Democrats and all the people supporting Obama donot have respect for woman. Does it behove you guys giving all these snorty remarks. I am sure you will run with the tail in your legs if you are asked to speak in fronmt of 20000 people.
What is Obama's record any way, where from all the money will come for fulfilling his socialist agenda. Now he is begging the Clintons when the heat is on. What kind of leader he will be when he will have to face tough challenges in office. The lady at least stood up to old GOP corrupt people, whereas Obama's leadership is to suck up to people like Mr Wright.
I hope CNN you will post it!

"Economic justice" is one of Obama's frequently used phrases.

"Economic justice" simply means punishing the successful and redistributing their wealth by government fiat. It's a euphemism for socialism.

I hope Bill will give him some helpful information on how to fight against the lies being spread by the opposition. McCain needs 7 people from the Bush Administration to rehearse and school Palin on what she should say. So she is being prep to lie just like McSame with No Shame. Obama needs to answer these false accusations and immediately move toward discussing the issues that are the major concerns of Americans– The economy, high food and gas prices, global warming, jobs, college funding, decent education, decreasing terroism and crime, etc. Biden should answer in attacks from Palin. Now let's go out and prove to them that Obama/Biden are Champions of Change!

Obama will have a wealth of support from both Clintons, Gore and any other Democrat or Independent he calls on. We are solidly united against McCain's ISSUE-LESS campaign.

I'm waiting for my Obama freebies. I'm tired of working and paying those stupid taxes. I want to be part of the 50% population that doesn't pay taxes and merely compains and waits for a hand-out. I want Obama to buy me some new Nike shoes with all that free tax-payer money. What a Sweet Deal. Osama, O'Biden and O'Freebies 2008.

You guys really don't want to have a deep look and comparison of the Clinton 8 year and the Bush 8 year economic states.

Just like the keating 5 was FOUR Democrats and McCain

Just like McCains first wife is still friends with McCain

If you look deeper you wont like what you see and doesn't help your cause.

FUNNY HOW OBAMA CHANGES HIS TUNE ABOUT BILL AND HILLARY WHEN HE HAS FINALIZED REALIZED HE NEEDS THEM. OBAMA HAS SAID BILL'S PRESIDENCY CAUSED MANY OF TODAY'S ECONOMIC PROBLEMS AND THAT HE WAS A RACIST. OBAMA SAID HILLARY WAS A LIAR AND COULDN'T BE TRUSTED. SO THAT MEANS HILLARY IS LYING WHEN SHE SAYS VOTE FOR OBAMA AND THAT HE SUPPORTS THOSE TERRIBLE ECONOMIC POLICIES OF BILL. OBAMA ALSO HATES OLD POLITICS YET HE HAS BIDEN, A GUY WITH 30 YEARS OF OLD POLITICS, AND KENNEDY, WHO IS 50 YEARS OF OLD POLITICS SUPPORTING HIM. OBAMA ALSO THINKS THAT HIRING ALL OF BILL'S OLD ADMINISTRATIVE PEOPLE IS A GOOD IDEA EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE OLD POLITICS AND THAT BILL'S PRESIDENCY BLEW CHUNKS. OBAMA WILL SAY OR DO ANYTHING TO GET ELECTED. HE IS AN ELITIST AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. HE IS ONLY INTERESTED IN HIMSELF. DID YOU SEE THE BILL O'REILY INTERVIEW AND HOW HE DUG HIMSELF INTO A HOLE WHEN THEY DISCUSSED THE WRIGHT ISSUE. VOTE MCCAIN. NOW THAT IS A GUY WHO WILL REACH ACROSS PARTY LINES AND GET THINGS DONE.

As a republican I am greatly disturbed by the selection of a very un-qualified VP by senator McCain. They must stop the spin and realize what is truly at stake for this country. McCain clearly has not put his country first, he simply wants to get to the whitehouse at all costs! That is not putting country first! If Palin was qualified they would let her speak un-scripted, that she has not had 1 interview tells it all. The VP does not have the credentials for the job! End of story, stop the spin – McCain is OLD, yes 72 is old! Therefore, her credentials are a great issue and again, she is not qualified. I don't know who they are polling, as for me and my republican friends we are not going to take this bait and I know we are going to vote for the Obama/Biden ticket and we have decided for the first time to talk to other friends and family because this is just pathetic, to say the least! Will all those who can think for themselves please do so and say aloud what is being said behind many closed doors! She is not qualified for the job! Stop the spin!

The reason why some comment pages are open longer than others is because the peron who wrote the colums closes it. You guys act as if all the stories are written by one person. You think it is a conspiracy. Its isnt, you just arent paying attention to reality.

Now there is a picture, two politicians that have spent the better part of their lives DUPING their spineless and mindless followers. The two of them together with 50 cents won't even get you a cup of coffee.

Obama/Biden are truly candidates of significant substance. They will truly help our economy and improve relations with other countries. I travel out of the Country every summer with students and we are not well received because of the distrust for Bush. They even yell out when we walk as a group down the streets, "We don't like George Bush." A large billboard in New Zealand read some very obscene words describing him.

It will be nice to be respected again abroad. Obama will accomplish that not McCain. "No Way, No How, No McCain".

Republicans pretending to Clinton supporters: You are wasting your time. You were figured out a long time ago. But, what a slimy, Rovian tactic. When you know nothing about the issues, or are wrong about them, what else do you have save deceit?
