Bill Clinton and Barack Obama have released a joint statement.

(CNN) – Barack Obama and Bill Clinton’s offices released a joint statement Thursday after the two met in New York.

“President Clinton and Senator Obama had a great conversation in Harlem today. They discussed the campaign briefly, but mostly talked about how the world has changed since September 11, 2001,” it read.

"Sen. Obama praised the work of the Clinton Foundation around the world and President Clinton applauded Sen. Obama's historic campaign which has inspired millions around the country.

"They also spoke about what the next President can do to help make the economy work for all Americans, as it did under President Clinton, and ensure safety and prosperity far beyond the coming the election. President Clinton said he looks forward to campaigning for Senator Obama later this month.”

Will Bill do the debates for Obama as well. Cuz that's the only chance he'll have to be elected.

At what point will the news medias print each candidate's policies and platforms. No wonder everyone refers to CNN as the comedy channel when they just air human interest stories instead of what the electorate needs to know.

The only reason I can think of why the above is happening is corporate America is bullying the medias to cover up the McCain/Bush policies so the public will vote on fear and slander.

Bottom line – If McCain is elected and dies in office, do you trust this woman to lead the world? Have not heard ANYONE from either side say they were comfortable with this scenario.

How can Bill stand a person who just last month called him a "RACIST" ??? or unless there is something that only he knows !

But as a Hillary supporter, I can forget those venomous words Obama uttered from his filthy mouth just recently.

the clintons could care less that obama is sinking in the polls, they love it. this clears the way for hillary to run in 2012. the sexist dnc, and obama camp deserve to lose. the dnc forced this rookie down our throats, and treated hillary like crap! obama looks like a beggar, asking for the clintons help now, after he called bill a racist, and disrepected hillary. mccain/palin 08 hillary 2012!

Woah, stop the presses... I thought Obama NEVER needed the Clintons. I thought the Clintons were OLD POLITICS, Snakes, evil, and a bunch of liars. ( Of course thats what all these wonderful commentaries from CNN readers describe the Clintons, and apparently how Obama doesn't need the Clintons.). My what tangled web's we weave. Careful Obama, this time the fly may actually eat the spider!

Hillary 2012 and Other PUMA for McCains:
Just think logically. Hillay has no chance of being president.
    There are two possibilities:
    - If Obama wins, he will run again in 2012 and probably she will be too old ot run in 2016.
-If Obama looses, Palin will run in 2012 ans with 4 yrs of vice presidential experiecne it will be virtually impossible for Hillary to defeat her. Besides, I believe lots of African American will not vote for her either.

So, if you really like Hillary, you should support Obama for the best interest of the county, demoractic party as well as for Hillary. I am sure Hillary will get a very important role in Obama administration.

    Truth about Sarah Palin -

Palin's office approved a state job for a friend and campaign aide with whom she shared a land investment, financial records and interviews over the past two weeks show. She hired a former lobbyist for a pipeline company to help oversee a multibillion-dollar deal with that same company.

And she sent campaign e-mails on her city hall account while serving as mayor of Wasilla — conduct for which she later turned in an oil commissioner on ethics charges.

Funny – I hear the continuous b.s. from the media today that neither candidate is campaigning because it is 9/11. Funny – Obama is campaigning today. Issuing joinbt press releases with good Ole Bill – and good Ole Bill saying how Obama will win 'easily.' Funny – I doubt the press will update its odd interpretation of events today, 9/11, to acknowledge that Obama is, indeed, campaigning.

To all of your who proclaim yourselves Hillary supporters now for McCain/Palin..... EVERYTHING that McCain and Palin stand for is directly opposed to what Hillary stands for. Sounds to me like the only reason you voted for Hillary is that she is a woman, and the only reason you back McCain is that he's got a woman on his ticket. SOOOOOO...all of you who are screaming sexist at Obama should realize...you are the ones who are really sexist because you are letting the SEX of a candidate sway you. Their position on whats important is NOT important to you, just that one of the candidates has 2 additional X chromosomes.

    We'll win without you!
