Isn't this a wonderful world we live in. the cold war is trying to make a comeback. It would seem some powerful folks inRussia and our own country wish the cold war back. Explain to me why there are two Russian bombers in venezuela running practice drills. Hello! McFly! why haven't we kicked them out of there yet? did Mr. Obvious go on vacation.

Obligations of citizenship? How about answering the question? Sure mutual responsibility, but what about birth rights and the correct an proper process for those who were not born here, not just managed to sneek in.

Obama is a man of natural truth and is of honest intention.

If he wasn't such a man, my heart wouldn't be smiling right now.

The interview with McCain was just more of the same... misdirection, and dilusion. God save us if he is put in charge.

Obama is not blinking those eyes like McCain was. I was always taught that when you blink a lot, your lying!

I am not worried about other countries crippling my ability to drive. I am worried about other countries crippling our government from responding to domestic and foreign threats. How dependent is our government on foreign oil? Anyone have a comparison between how much foreign oil an SUV uses verses a jet figher, etc?

Good, Judy–Obama is too lofty he takes to long to get to the point.

Now they want examples, but they did not ask examples from McCain. What is this? We have to get specifics from Obama, but not from McCain.

Is there any way of finding out whether Obama heard the questions put to McCain?

It is completely amazing to me that the moderators are so enabling of Obama. It seems like they work pretty hard to ensure the pitches ( questions) they throw at him are in the sweet spot.

Republican women can't get all bent out of shape when Barack Obama casually makes a reference to "lipstick on a pig" when Palin had refered to herself as a pitbull wearing lipstick in her acceptance speech. Come on ladies, you can't have this both ways – either you're playing in the big leagues for a big job or you're backing down & going home. This is not the PTA!

Barack really knows his stuff. He is right on the money. I just think that he has the right answer for just about all of our problems. Tell him we are a military family and my father, uncle, cousin, and brother have all served in the military. I for one am tired of this war in Iraq. I fell war weary. Please end it.

    Mr. McCain and Mr Obama,

Why is America exceptional, when your ecomony is based mostly on bombs and military equipment that is used on mostly Countries that cannot deffend themselves. How exceptional is it when America was built on the sweat of black slaves. How exceptional is it when you politicians keep saying you will fix health care and schools and violence, and have never yourself sat in an emergency room.
How exceptional is it when anyone can buy a gun to defend himself because paranoia is creeping under the skin of all Ameicans. How exceptional is it when Americans still drive their large SUV's when the middle east is sucking the economy out of the U.S. How exceptional is it when KAtrina hit, there was no plan to go in with the National Guard and bodies were floating all over CNN telivision like a third world country in a disaster. Actually Cuba does a better job in a hurricane Crises. I don't doubt that there a large majority of great people in America, but all you politicians are lost within your world of wining an election so you can use your power to help your friends and go down in history no matter at what cost to the innocent exceptional people of the planet. I beleive a large majority of Americans can't even point out on a map where France is. Remeber they gave you a large statue.

It's quite obvious that Obama heard Mc Cain's comments and is doing nothing more than repeating Mc Cain's thoughts and ideas!!!!!!

Does it really matter which one of these rich idiots is running the country. A president is there simply to keep the rich rich and the poor poor.

Obama is getting into the details. McCain gave generalized answers that could be plugged into every question. Obama/Biden 08

More empty words....McCain gives specifics but Obama is talking in glittering generalities. Obama doesn't get it – or should I say – the DNC doesn't get it. He won't play in Scranton.
