Now most fair-minded people would agree that the War was wrong, and, that likewise the Surge was right.

I guess Obama’s being against the War and against the Surge would mean Obama was right before he was wrong!

And since McCain was for the War and for the Surge, McCain was wrong before he was right!

Now Biden voted for the War and against the Surge – I guess that makes, the so called strong on foreign policy senator, just plain wrong……100% wrong!

During this race I have seen (message boards) the worst America has to offer. A lot of the voters really don't care about the issues. It seems that many of us vote on race, age, and gender. Blacks voting for Obama just because he's Black, but can anyone blame us? We have supported white candidates since earning the right to vote. For the first time we have a qualified candidate who many of us feel proud to vote for. Most Blacks have a deep sense of pride in voting as I am sure most women do. Many of our ancestors were hung, castrated, burned, beaten, and jailed so they could vote. This is why I vote because men and women died so that I could. And I don't take my vote with a grain of salt.

Obama is so much more than an African and White American. He's ready and more than capable of leading this country in the right direction. Had it not been for Iowa I doubt I would have voted for him. I would have voted for Hillary. But Iowa should me as it did many Blacks that America is ready for a change.

Look at the number of women that have EARNED high positions in which party.

Janice I would agree. But we don't want ANY woman (this woman) in or near the White House, especially one that is running from the media, the voters and the investigators in Alaska that states she is guilty of abuse of power toward her bother in law. If she will abuse her authority in Alaska, just think what she will do with her power as a VP, we have enough of those in the White House already (don't matter woman or man they are still crooks)? I would love to see a woman in a powerful position in the White House also, but not one out of no that hasn't prove anything but only she can lie and do what she is told. Oh and it doesnt matter that the comment was by a woman. Carly Fiorina called Tina Fey's impersonation on SNL sexist of all things. Now thats pandering. To her credit apparently Palin saw the skit and thought it was funny.

Also, while perhaps an argument can be made about 'fluff' wording, the meaning was clear and fair. But the McCain campaign shouldnt make too big of a deal about it because it could have been worse. The first thing that came to mind was that at least she wasnt called a bucket of something else thats not nearly as pleasant.
