It takes cojones to do what Lynn Rothschild did. Obama has zero experience with anything. Voting present won't cut it. And you clowns want that in the white house? I and all my Dem friends are voting for McCain/Palin.

When he blew Hillary off, he blew me and a WHOLE LOT of my friends off too. This was the first really BIG decision of Obama's political life, and he told me everything I needed to know about who he really is. And so did McCain, for that matter. Show me what you do, and I'll show you who you really are.

Obama was against offshore drilling and is now for it. He was against the troop surge and now agrees it worked. Against charter schools, now for. Against Bush's tax cuts, now will extend them. The most frightening thing is his vow to nearly double capital gains. The Clinton administration lowered them and that created wealth. My distrust of Barack stems from his record of very poor decision making. We really don't know where he stands - he votes 'present'. This is America's problem with him. I supported Hillary but will not vote for Obama this time around. McCain has a solid record of bipartisanship.

No doubt the first of many. It's funny to see the squeeling children frustrated by a free-thinker. How can you trust a guy who's main claim to fame is he doesn't have a political resume? He showed his colors by selecting Biden as his runnign mate. Same old Same old tired tax and spend elitist.

Being a simple man I look at what drives a person and their actions. I see on the top of the tickets.. One man driven by self engrandizment and peer validation. Anouther a proven patriot making the last stand of his life for this country. One man seeking identity and resume and anouther knowing he will soon die and the maturity to know it is not his legacy that matters but the legacy of this country he loves. One is far to the extream in their party. And the other is spat on by his own for being to far to the center.

With the (D) capitulation and compromise on the energy bill; that doesn't allow drilling and gives no incentives or revenues to the states. who do they think they're fooling?
The ban on drilling dies a natural death of its own anyway; I hope they get wise and just let the bill die; Nany Pelosi is the biggest fraud only just slightly less a fraud than the last speaker who was a Repube.

Truth is in the pudding, so to speak.

While the US economy is in a "Crisis" or as Obama termed it on the campaign trail "America is facing the worst economic crisis in history". Obama, the "just an ordinary hard working american" is hobnobbing & rubbing elbows with the Hollywood Elite lining his pockets to the tune of 9 MILLION DOLLARS in donations this very night, 09.16.08. Do you think $28,000 a plate dinner is excessive? How about contradictory, while lecturing americans on our wasteful habits on everything from energy to goods and services. Hate to burst your bubble, but Obama is ELITE. Don't you know how those HARVARD graduates think!

I have never been a conspiracy hack on the Clintons. That is, I've never bought into the numerous theories regarding outrageous and nefarious claims of Clinton misdeeds (ie Vince Foster, etc).

However, the news that a prominent Hillary backer, on the DNC platform committee no less, will endorse McCain vice Obama lends credence to the supposition that Hillary does *not* want Obama to win in 2008 so that she can gain the DNC nomination for 2012.

As someone who voted twice against Bill, and didn’t think that Hillary had a chance to become Senator in New York, I’ve learned not to under-estimate the Clinton team. As a side show to this election season, I’ll be watching for more people from the Hillary camp coming out for McCain, as well as lackluster support for Obama from the Clintons themselves.

Excellent, finally "some" liberal people are seeing the light!

Exactly what has Obama done...........?, still waiting..........and waiting....................., oh, nothing that you can specifically state....

Oh, wait today the news just came in on the four (4) liberal media platforms Obama controls. He says he was the author of our stimulus package which gave us our rebates checks this year................., but he didn't even bother to vote on the bill "he created", wow, he must have really been busy reforming.......his campaign, of........change you can believe in. No doubt that slogan is TRUE look at all the zombies......they believe in NOTHING for the sake of the rah, rah! Oh quick somebody fainted again.....

Lynn Forester de Rothschild, she is not against Obama as a black, or a man, she is against a guy who can't make a decision, even on "his" landmark simulus package... "Hey advisers, should I go to congress to vote on that bill I created or should I give a speach like I did in 2004?"

How laughable. Liberals relax your panic grip, notice your knuckles are turning white, and they will be bleeding by Nov 4th, ha, ha, ha, ha.

Obama will lose because most Americans, unlike you elite, liberal communists, we are reasonable, practical, and can actually pull up our own pants in the morning. We aren't looking for a handout, and we definately don't need the old tired liberal playbook that government (name higher taxes) are going to solve anything. You guys have been doing the same thing for over 60 years, and what have you solved? NOTHING. This sums up Obama's campaign of "Something the Same that only the hysterical can believe in"

Have fun believing for another 50 or so days......

Really? Because McCain's policies are so close to Mrs. Clinton? I was a Clinton supporter and to just let everyone know, we all aren't liitle crybabies that will take our ball and go home if we don't get our way. I guess him not choosing her as a running mate was the final straw? How could he? The Clinton campaign practically painted him into a corner on that subject. I think it's been said before, this lady is PATHETIC!

the best candidate is obama, as far as this republican, catholic, conservative ,retired veteran of 21 years is concerned. you know black veterans and soldiers have died for this great realm of ours, too. looking for and fighting for the time when skin color would not matter. maccain has sold his soul to the devil, just as hillary did when she sat at the table with her sworn enemies, the mellon-scaithes, the sean hannities, and the bill-os of this world just to get elected. now i hear where karl rove is advising mccain. what has happened to that great gentleman, i really once did admire? he could deliver such great speeches. what has happened to you john mccain? i do believe that obama will pull in the younger voters, who will propel to the finish line on 4 november. john mccain, what happened to the straight-talk guy you were in 2000? you know how the bush campaign railroaded you. i thought i heard you say that you would not do that to your opponents. boo! hoo!

The first poster is not aware that Alaska has always had high unemployment rates due to the seasonal nature of fishing and tourism and large Native American villages which are heavily reliant on social services.

To say Palin is responsible for this condition ignores history. Goes to show there are liars and then there are statistics.

Many women were outraged over how the rules committee of the Democratic party stole the nomination from Clinton. No wonder they are jumping ship.

I just get a kick out of how Obama supporters have eaten up his mantra about McCain being the 2nd coming of Bush! How shallow thinking is that? It is the only thing Obama can do to scare his voters into pulling the lever for him!

Any person with active intelligence will actually see through that. They might not necessarily vote for McCain, but if they vote for Obama, they will do so for a totally different reason! The McCain = Bush is just so much Koolaid for automatons to consume. Get past that tired old scare tactic and find something substantive to use for fodder for Heaven's sake! Got that "irony"?

All you people that talk about job loss, how many jobs you created.?
Government does not create jobs. They are tax-collectors. If everyone of us waits around to be hired by the Government, I bet you the unemployment rate will be about 90%. Think about that you idiots who don't understand that the so-called Obama's tax cut on the rich are those that put some food on your tables.. Lest see what will happen to you if their businesses go down and so are you. They are the ones making the magic number $250,000.00 per year. Obama should encourage them to expand so more people could be absorbed into the work force.

Here is what I do not understand. You democrats preach tolerance and inclusion and as soon as someone disagrees with you they are called names and dismissed. What has happened to the democrat party? It seems the party has descended into hate and dishonor. First you say you are for womens right to choose then when the woman chooses life you have a fit? Also where is the evidence that Barrack Obama has more experience than Sara Palin? What exactly has Obama done? Where has Obama led? Just today we find out that Obama was given more money from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac than everyone other than Chris Dodd. Also isn't the guy that was in charge of vetting and choosing Obama's vice-presidental pick a CEO at Fannie Mae? Why aren't you seekers of truth discussing this? And lastly what makes any of you think you are right about Obama? He has admitted to using drugs and has never stood up for anything and he made a horrible decision by not choosing Hillary as his VP. Wise up!

Oh, the Obamatrons never stop, and you wonder why HRC's supporters don't want to support your candidate. You're allegations of racism never cease to amaze me. You're consistent use of name calling as your weapon against us is not working--it didn't work six months ago and it's not working now. Go ahead, question our loyalty and trivialize our intelligence, as in the end, at least you'll know why Obama lost. Don't worry, I have switched parties at this point and am now an Independent. I no longer want to be part of a party that touts inclusion--as long as the people think just like everyone else does. What's the difference between that and the Republicans who are more inclined to wear their exclusive status on their sleaves? I don't want anything to do with any of it--I'll vote independent of a party for the first time in twenty years. Thank you--I feel liberated!

It's a silly argument to malign Palin. SHe's done tons more than Obama has. What's HE done in the Ilinois senate? Send Resco in to make millions on rehabs and but Obama a house with a lot for pennies. But what DID Oabama do? Memorable bills? none. Same thing in the Senate..what's he done? memorable bills? not one.

It's obvious that Obama, Pelosi, and Howard Dean screwed Hillary's supporters over. Now, it's payback time. Lynn Forester de Rothschild is like a highly touted 5 star football recruit out of high school; everybody wants them, but only one team will get their service. Get ready to play ball, Obamessiah. Your jig is up.

When Government creates a job and then hires a person to do that job, that's one less person creating wealth. It's another person taxpayers have to support. So Palin eliminating government jobs is good for the economy. As for gas prices, you don't have to look any further then Mother Pelosi, she created that mess through legislation. Look up the 2007 legislation. She's also responsible for the soaring food costs as well, same tactic used.

A POPULARITY CONTEST??? What in the name of all that is holy do you think an election is????? IT IS A POPULARITY CONTEST!! That is why Obama the Slickster spends so much time cutting down Sarah Palin!! SHE IS POPULAR (which is a good thing for a politician): BILL CLINTON WAS POPULAR. RONALD REAGAN WAS POPULAR. Judas Priest, for supporters of Obama the new age Messiah, the INDONISIAN HERE TO HEAL US ALL (as he said, he is the ONE that we have been waiting for) have a lot of nerve now to complain that this is reduced to a "popularity contest."

YOU DIDN'T COMPLAIN WHEN YOUR SLICK AND EMPTY SUIT WAS AHEAD!! What was that fiasco in Denver all about?? He wasn't content to receive the "crown of fig leaves" in the Pepsi Center WITH THOSE WHO ELECTED HIM, NO HE HAD TO HAVE THE ADORING THRONGS, IN THE HUGE OUTDOORS BRONCO FOOTBALL STADIUM, WITH HIS VERY OWN STYROFOAM COLUMNS, LIKE ANY OTHER GRECO-ROMAN CONQUERER!!

(Forgive the rest of the country from laughing) the fact that YOUR CREEP TRIED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE IRAQi GOVERNMENT (TREASON) AND TRIED TO BULLY THE GERMANS (AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION) AND PULLS A BONER GAFFE EVERY SINGLE TIME HE OPENS HIS MOUTH (to the point now that he has to BRING A TELEPROMPTER TO A RODEO, the funniest thing ever to happen in politics) ONLY MAKES YOUR INDONESIAN FELLA LOOK LIKE A SHINY-SUITED SHYSTER BULLY WITH JUG-EARS!

But, we can't hold all that against him too much, after all; OBAMA THE IDIOT DIDN'T SET FOOT ON THESE SHORES UNTIL HE WAS 18 YEARS OLD, AND THEN ONLY TO GO TO FANCY COLLEGES AND LAW SCHOOLS (affirmative action) AND THEN HE WENT TO CHICAGO TO BECOME A "NEIGHBORHOOD ORGANIZER" [that's code for Sal Alinsky brand Marxist / Leninist / socialist / anarchist / and chaos training AND THAT'S WHEN HE CHANGED FROM BEING A MUSLIM TO BEING A BLACK SEPARATIST "CHRISTIAN" THAT BELIEVES IN REPARATION AND SEPARATION OF BLACKS AND WHITES (PROVIDING THE WHITES GIVE ALL THEIR MONEY).

Then, there is his American hating WIFE who wears the pants in the family (ASK WHY and I will tell you that OBAMA likes his guy-fun and she knows she can DESTROY HIM whenever she wants to (PLUS HE WANTS TO BE HEAD OF THE NATION OF ISLAM ONCE OLD LOUIS FARRAKHAN KICKS THE BUCKET AND MICHELLE CAN MAKE OR BREAK THAT DEAL (hint: her brother is part of the package; he can break OBAMA into little pieces).

Have you noticed anything peculiar about sara palin's behavior? Do you think that she may perhaps be more confident than she should, given the fact that she is virtually unknown, lacks a great deal of foriegn policy knowledge, and fills in the gaps with chatter about anything that will get a reaction from the crowd? Take her speech in Nevada, for example. Utterly ridiculous, yet she stood there without
any seeming ability to be self conscious enough to know that she was not coming across very clearly. Nor did she seem to be making much of a point at all, or talking about issues. After her her comment on Charles Gibson where she said "you can't blink"--I became scared of her, that is the kind of thing that very impulsive people say!

Obama is a liar, corrupt, two faced elitist. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. The two big economic problems in this country are a result of liberal/democratic policies that NObama is part of it. We need to DRILL and get back to nuclear and alternative sources of energy as well as to maintain a stable political system in the countries that supply our oil needs, exactly what NOBAMA is not, and guess who blocked all attempts to regulate Fannie/Fred, the democrats, Cristopher Dodd, and guess who got political bribes from Fannie/Fred, the democrats, and ahead of the line NOBAMA, and guess who is one of obama main economic advisors is , the CEO of Fannie/Fred who also led the VP selection effort. WE CAN NOT Afford more of the SAME crook politics , we need HONOR, TRUSFULLNESS, REAL CHANGE and EXPERIENCE in the white house. and OBAMA is NOT

Hillary did ask if we were there for her, and yes we were because she represented the Democratic Party and not the party of a mythnical phony. Obama is further from being a Democrat than McCain. He IS an elitist, He is full of himself and now he is waffling all over like a fish dropped on the deck of a ship. The Pres helped elect the Dem. nominee simply because he was black, not because he was new and had a great message. He had no message other than that he wanted to be President and he and his campaign staff are blowing it worst than any campaign in history.

Did they not think his racial comments, use of the race card and obvious distain for America got by the people? I don't cling to any guns and he can believe all that crap if he wants. He simply does not represent the core Democrat and that's that. His speech has become a broken record. He cannot talk about the issues without a teleprompter and when he does everyone is saying "huh?". He never should have been the nominee and race should never have played the guilt card. Now we are stuck with a dud.
