Do you think $28,000 a plate dinner is excessive? How about contradictory, while lecturing americans on our wasteful habits on everything from energy to goods and services. However, the news that a prominent Hillary backer, on the DNC platform committee no less, will endorse McCain vice Obama lends credence to the supposition that Hillary does *not* want Obama to win in 2008 so that she can gain the DNC nomination for 2012.

As someone who voted twice against Bill, and didn’t think that Hillary had a chance to become Senator in New York, I’ve learned not to under-estimate the Clinton team. As a side show to this election season, I’ll be watching for more people from the Hillary camp coming out for McCain, as well as lackluster support for Obama from the Clintons themselves.

Did they not think his racial comments, use of the race card and obvious distain for America got by the people? I don't cling to any guns and he can believe all that crap if he wants.
