WASHINGTON (CNN) - Lynn Forester de Rothschild, a prominent Hillary Clinton supporter and member of the Democratic National Committee’s Platform Committee, will endorse John McCain for president on Wednesday, her spokesman tells CNN.
The announcement will take place at a news conference on Capitol Hill, just blocks away from the DNC headquarters. Forester will “campaign and help him through the election,” the spokesman said of her plans to help the Republican presidential nominee.
Forester was a major donor for Clinton earning her the title as a Hillraiser for helping to raise at least $100,000 for the New York Democratic senator’s failed presidential bid.
In an interview with CNN this summer, Forester did not hide her distaste for eventual Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama.
“This is a hard decision for me personally because frankly I don't like him,” she said of Obama in an interview with CNN’s Joe Johns. “I feel like he is an elitist. I feel like he has not given me reason to trust him.”
Forester is the CEO of EL Rothschild, a holding company with businesses around the world. She is married to international banker Sir Evelyn de Rothschild. Forester is a member of the DNC’s Democrats Abroad chapter and splits her time living in London and New York.

Finally, the Democrats are getting smart! We McCain supporters are always called racists – but when you listen to the women on the View and the media in general – all I hear is bias comments towards Obama. Could it be that we McCain supporters actually support the guy because he has actual experience? I don't want to vote for a man who is running for President of the United States who has to rely on the man who is running for Vice President on his ticket for experience. It just does not make sense.
I've had it with all this garbage in the media. What people should be paying attention to are the facts and actual platforms these men are running on. And so far – Obama had done nothing but spout off Democratic rhetoric.

Obama and Biden has been talking about the ISSUES before McCain hired...ops...picked Palin to make woman fight against women. The media ran from Obama and Biden as they talked about the REAL SERIOUS ISSUES to cover this woman lies, attacks and false credits and experience she states she has. They were always taking about the issues until McCain approved ads that were full of LIES and he HAD to address them to fill in the lies with the TRUTH.
SO again Obama and Biden has and continue to talk about the real ISSUES we face, it's just that the media has dominated the air waves with this pit bull who was sent to lie and cheat to steal VOTES from the American voters.

Hillary was at least pragmatic and attempted to be centrist. Besides, John McCain is about as moderate of a Republican as you could get. It is not that far of a stretch.
This is part and evidence of the deal brokered by the Clintons and McCain. The plan is to undermine Obama by covertly throwing their (Clintons) support behind McCain (the '18 million' Hillary supporters included) to ensure that he wins this term in office (he hinted he will serve only one term if he wins), thereby paving the way for Hillary to run for office in 2012. An Obama loss in 2008 would justify Hillary and her supporters claim that she is the better 2008 candidate and equally so for 2012. Keep your eyes and ears open. There is more to come.
