The Republican secretary of state just put into effect a law that says if your drivers license address doesn't match what's in the Supv of elections system, you will not get a ballot but will instead get a provisional ballot. You will get to vote on it but you will have to go to the Supv of elections office within a couple days to prove that your vote should count. If you don't it will be thrown out. This will primarily effect the poor and minority voters who would tend to vote Democratic. This will cause delays at the polling place as people are challenged and many will probably get angry and leave. This is what they are hoping….

Now I just read an article a couple days ago that the Sec of State in Wisconsin, also a Republican just instituted the same law. The polls in Wisconsin are very close and the Democrats normally win there so I think they are trying to tip the scales in there favor there.
