1. He went to Washington as a political grandstand and got nothing accomplished so that he could turn around and blame Obama when it failed.
2. We knew that Gwen Ifill was writing this book, but we let her moderate because we wanted to have an excuse for our talking points after the debate.
3. Oh crap, our internal polling numbers are actually worse than what you guys are putting up, so we love playing this underdog role. Right?
