From

ST LOUIS, Missouri (CNN) - Building an embassy in Jerusalem is intensely controversial. Several candidates have made that promise...none have kept it.

She hasn't answered one question! What gives?

Cyrus   October 2nd, 2008 10:02 pm ET

So...Barack Obama is dangerous and misguided for saying that our reckless operations without intelligence is killing innocent civilians in Afghanistan and creating more Talibans? But Palin in the same sentence advocating for building schools and hospitals, and a civic society?

It's interesting how she can support something that she criticized 15 seconds ago!

Boyd@Boston   October 2nd, 2008 10:02 pm ET

Biden really an attack Dog. Attacking John McCain's voting records with facts. Palin did not do her homework well on Obama's voting record and facts

Kristy   October 2nd, 2008 10:02 pm ET

STOP PICKING ON HER! I am not a Republican but I want fair news reporting!

Chan   October 2nd, 2008 10:01 pm ET

She can only tell you what she remembers.

Jason   October 2nd, 2008 10:01 pm ET

It is hard to even fathom the difference between Biden and Palin in terms of experience in government and world affairs. Granted Biden has been in Congress a long time but I would rather have someone like him with all of his experience than her with none and just being a puppet. Bless her heart, she is a LION though, and she is swinging the battleaxe as best she can. She is a fighter, no doubt about it.

Scrootacuss   October 2nd, 2008 10:01 pm ET

All Palin is doing is ducking the questions and spitting out party dogma. No substance!

JennK   October 2nd, 2008 10:01 pm ET

But she's happy that we both love Israel! Is she kidding! I feel like I am watching a preschool show

Obama ALL day!!   October 2nd, 2008 10:01 pm ET

Maybe tonight after the debate Palin should go take a look at herself and the mirror and say: THANKS BUT NO THANKS!

Senator Biden is representing so well!

Students   October 2nd, 2008 10:01 pm ET

She has to step down – this is too much – it would be the responsible thing to do

Donna   October 2nd, 2008 10:01 pm ET

Han Solo...why would she mention that when she probably doesn't know that? that was in the newspapers

gbishop   October 2nd, 2008 10:01 pm ET

Well, she admitted she's representing "Joe Sixpack". You know, people who aren't qualified to hold public office. I'd expect nothing less than pronouncing nuclear just like Homer Simpson.

JBB   October 2nd, 2008 10:01 pm ET

Has Alaskan Barbie said one thing that is SPECIFIC to the specific question asked?????

Han Solo   October 2nd, 2008 10:01 pm ET

>n 4 years, I'm running for VP. All it seems to take is 3 days of cramming!

Screw that... it only takes a few months in the senate voting present, and your suddenly qualified for the big chair.

Fitzpatrick   October 2nd, 2008 10:01 pm ET

FLIP FLOP PALIN

J. Edward   October 2nd, 2008 10:01 pm ET

She's worse than I could have hoped for

amanda   October 2nd, 2008 10:01 pm ET

She is reading her notes. She doesnt even know what she is saying and Im right there with her. I cant follow her either.

john ippolito   October 2nd, 2008 10:00 pm ET

she is way, way, way, out of her league! someone needs to throw in the towel to help this poor girl. stop the bleeding!

mscott   October 2nd, 2008 10:00 pm ET

She is slipping from her talking points.

J. Bean   October 2nd, 2008 10:00 pm ET

Palin has complete lost me in her responses twice now. Am I the only one? She's going round and round. I can't stand that she's not engaged when Joe Biden speaks–she keeps looking at her note cards.

Her mannerisms are killing her. It's obvious he could chew her up and spit her out if given the chance. He's being a real gentleman.

TARUN KAKANI   October 2nd, 2008 10:00 pm ET

Man...she is still in her "soccer mom" mode...giving out eye winks, and talkign everything in terms of cheering slogans!!! that is not what we want to hear...:STORIES...we want FACTS!!! great job BIDEN.

P.S: i am not poalrised to any party.

Jason   October 2nd, 2008 10:00 pm ET

–Joe Biden mentioned a lot of George Bushes!....good , very good!....

ohio   October 2nd, 2008 10:00 pm ET

My head is hurting trying to keep up with her

ken   October 2nd, 2008 9:59 pm ET

Joe said that John and Obama both did not support the funding of the troops. Joe also said that John didn't support it because it had an exit strategy. Doesn't Obama want an exit strategy. Why wouldn't Obama support both the troop's funding and exit strategy?

Tracy Taylor   October 2nd, 2008 9:59 pm ET

I don't think she's ready to be vice president, but I also don't think she's ready to be governor of Alaska.

ines   October 2nd, 2008 9:59 pm ET

Folksey just does not cut it in foreign policy. I hear no plans from Palin, nothing different from the same policy George Bush has in place.

Kelly   October 2nd, 2008 9:59 pm ET

Another holocaust? It reminds me of a line McCain spouted one week ago!

Palin: "We both love Israel?" Sounds like she wants to give Israel a hug! Can see she Israel from her house too?

Mary   October 2nd, 2008 9:58 pm ET

Palin is so condesending – too much emphasis is given to Israel as if she heard of them 6 weeks ago! – does she know there are other countries that are our friends across the ocean? She is so smug – I can't see her negotiate with anybody

Emilio   October 2nd, 2008 9:58 pm ET

When she doesn't know how to respond to a question she changes her response to another topic and reguritates stump speeches.

New Day   October 2nd, 2008 9:58 pm ET

Palin started strong but is now sinking like a stone. I guess she ran out of talking points on her index cards

Accountant Guy   October 2nd, 2008 9:58 pm ET

Awesome job Joe, keep up the good work!! You are answering the questions and she is sidestepping every single questions!!

Obama/Biden '08

Christy   October 2nd, 2008 9:58 pm ET

In 4 years, I'm running for VP. All it seems to take is 3 days of cramming!

Mike, FL   October 2nd, 2008 9:58 pm ET

It is easy to tell that all her answers are rehersed since she keeps sidestepping a question she is not familiar with.

Lorelei Williams   October 2nd, 2008 9:58 pm ET

It may be an impossible thing to keep

Barney   October 2nd, 2008 9:57 pm ET

Surge?

Richie   October 2nd, 2008 9:57 pm ET

Joe finally got out a good one regarding the lack of change from Bush. First time I felt like he scored.

Cyrus   October 2nd, 2008 9:57 pm ET

It's pronounced "N-U-C-L-E-A-R"...not "NEW-KILLER"

Ryan   October 2nd, 2008 9:57 pm ET

Why would you not. They are our greatest ally in the region.

dustin   October 2nd, 2008 9:57 pm ET

if this debate is judged on specifics, biden wins hands down

texas voter   October 2nd, 2008 9:57 pm ET

I love the way she can lie as good as McCain. She is perfect for him

Eryka   October 2nd, 2008 9:57 pm ET

Did you see how frustrated Biden looked after Palin did her "I'm glad we agree on Israel" nonsense.

saint paul mn   October 2nd, 2008 9:57 pm ET

ohhh no here we go again

BUSH III all over again

nuculuear
weapons

she is so lost with this one

irt is so saddddddddddddddd

MARK - FL   October 2nd, 2008 9:57 pm ET

She is CLUELESS!

Han Solo   October 2nd, 2008 9:57 pm ET

Palin should mention that Hezbulla and Hamas have BOTH publicly endorsed Obama.

Barney   October 2nd, 2008 9:57 pm ET

Nukular?

Working Mom   October 2nd, 2008 9:57 pm ET

She is doing a stump speech! Why won't she answer the questions.
