close to $300K over two years is not "joe 6-pack" income. normal americans don't have travel budgets paid for by tax payers. or live in Million $ homes.

this lady is a complete puppet. no substance, no intelligence.

at least Palin believes that gays and lesbians are fine, upstanding, moral individuals who need protection just like any other married people. Thank you Gov. Palin for setting the trend for future conservatives. The Gay and Lesbian issue is off the table and we ALL left and right, believe gays are God's children just as much as anyone else.

I also appreciate that Gov. Palin believes that government intervention in the markets is NECESSARY for the proper functioning of capitalism and that we need not question whether we need strong government controls over the economy, but rather how much intervention is needed at any given moment.

I also like the fact that Gov. Palin now agrees with Sen. McCain that Global warming is man-made, that Al Gore was right from the beginning and the oil industry must be eliminated in this century and replaced with carbon neutral fuels.

Gov. Palin, welcome to the world – we are ALL liberals now. Liberal ideology wins, if you win Governor.

Cheryl...please get a life. Stop trying to paint Obama as being this guy who hangs out with radicals. Take a look around will ya.

Sarah Plain...not Palin has a scandal going on...John McCain was involved with the Keating Five where people are serving jail time for. Does Barack Obama scare you or something? Get a life....and start looking at your own party.

You really need to do some research. If you do not like Obama it would be more honest of you to just say so. But I guess you have learned from the McCain-Palin ticket. You are the one who needs to "wake up" my friend. We are in a financial meltdown and it has to do with mortgage companies being DEREGULATED! Todd Palin was a member of the Alaskan Independence Committee, Sarah Palin has NO KNOWLEDGE of anything that she needs to have knowledge about to run for any office.

So once you can stop ignorning McCain and Palin's ball of lies that is starting to unravel before their very eyes, they maybe you can see them for what/who they are and represent (i.e. big business) then maybe someone may actually listen to you, until then SHUT UP!!!

@ Cheryl, who wants us to wake up and vote for McCain, we ARE wide awake. It is you and people like you who are part of the Legend of Sleepy Hollow which has lulled us into complacency and created the disasters we all live with now. You want to talk abou voter fraud?
I am worried about Diebold, the Republican-run company dispensing the voting machines that have refused to accept legitimate ballots. The only chance McCain has is that they will dispense enough broken machines to give him and the village idiot the election.

Wow, she is dumber than I thought. She makes less than $250,000 a year and still doesn’t have enough sense to recognize Obama’s tax plan would give her more money back than McCain’s. Now there is an intelligent person. We already know McCain could have to pay big time under Obama’s plan.

It look like the Palins' will be paying even more in income taxes next year when Obama is president !!!!!!!!! It looks like the Palins' are in the 5% of the american public that make more than $250,000 a year.

Watching the VP debate, it was apparent that Palin does not have what it takes to be VP. Heaven help us if she ever became President, with such a lack of knowledge. Sen. Biden has the experience to step into the Presidents shoes if sometjhing should happen.

PALIN can do what she wants...she hides behind her skirt when it's convenient and then lashes out with her oozie the next! Good luck getting ANYTHING truthful out of her!

At this point her tax returns mean nothing to me as a voter. Her grasps of relevant info and Todd Palin’s ability to answer trooper gate questions does. Something about her reminds me of other things we the American people were mislead about. Her whole appearance from out of nowhere, and shielded persona seems very shady to me. It has that feeling like after a magician displays a trick, you are impressed, but you know it’s an illusion. You know something tricky was behind it, but you can’t figure it out. That’s how Palin makes me feel as a voter. Don’t get me wrong. I can accept defeat if a legit candidate wins. At least I knew Hillary was a real candidate. But, something here still does not smell right. I think the Press knows it, but they can’t put their finger on it either. Hope someone does, and soon.

Who cares? This woman is a cliche' of why women have not done better in corporate America and in politics.
Her smartalic comments and snide remarks are catty. Her ability to speak in a complete sentence laughable.
There so many good, quality women out there that are being done a dis-service by this old fish wife.
Wake up America, even a dog can be trianed to jump through a hoop. Of course she looked OK last night- she took one solid week to learn her a few facts.

It is so sad that most Republicans still fail to learn that, when this is all said and done, it will no longer be about the "party." Instead, it will be about you and me that made another "foolish" investment for another 4 years!

We wanted the average Joe Blow, and we have had GW Bush for 8 years now. Looking at what we are facing as Americans from GW Bush, don't we have the common sense that this is no longer about "attachment" to a party, especially when that party is drowning this nation?

For the first time in 8 years, we have a Constitutional Scholar, baced by a brilliant VP. And all we talk about is Palin-McCain. What will these Palin-McCain group offer, not only the U.S., but the world that is waiting for America to lead again!

This does not make or break a person. Get to the meat of the election. My goodness. How about discussing the out right lies and mis truths that are made? This should be front page news no matter what candidate you want. So far, the democrats have the most lies. Where are the tax returns for Obama's advisors connected to Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac??????

You know, with the weather cooling down, I haven't noticed any acorns falling yet. The squirrels love them. What's all this talk about acorns? I think the wildlife lobby would love some discussion on acorns.

I went through the entire return for 2007 and I did not see one single penny of the per diem that she and her family claimed during that time. Also note that the only W2 that is on file for Todd Palin is from his income as an employee of British Petroleum and all other incomes have been estimated since "TP was not able to get a copy" of his W2.

Did you really think no one was going to look closely at this?

I am so angry with the press. Why don't you report the facts like Obama's links to Acorn and other unsavory groups. Are you afraid? you would do anything to get him elected. Well you know if that happens as an individual you may not be so happy in a year. Why are you all so afraid of Sarah? It is so obvious you are all one sided,
Get a grip if you have the guts and tell the truth.,
