Wow – a high ranking politician household with an AGI less than mine- shocking. Perhaps her salary is merit based. Take a hike Palin! You have damaged the cause of intelligent , capable women everywhere.

I feel sorry for the Palin family and very angry at John McCain.

They are adorable, but there is no way she should be on a national ticket. It is painful. McCain knew what this would be like for them - especially the pregant daughter - but poll numbers said she would be clever choice. There were lots of older more experienced women he could have chosen.

Forget Palin and Todd. Given the news today that Freeddie Mac and Fannie Mae have been giving millions to McCain campaign manager Rick Davis to fight stricter regulation, we need his tax returns instead.

Get over this crap, people; this country has issues to deal with! If you think Obama's got the answers, fine, vote for him. Or vote for McCain, or Ralph Nader, or whomever you think can do the job. Just for Pete's sake stop obsessing over these stupid non-issues like who released their tax forms first and who disclosed the most years. Go over and read Hilary Rosen's column–at least her criticism of Sarah Palin is intelligent and issues-based.

Cheryl, don't you understand that most of America is supporting Obama for that reason? We woke up and after eight years of GWB as president, our once GREAT country was practically into the gutter. And now John McCain wants to continue most of those policies that got us there. That's why we support Obama, because he is the only one that can possibly bring about change and restore this country to the greatness that she deserves – IN A GOOD WAY!

How can you Mccain people keep ignoring the facts about your candidate, one after the other, lie after lie, their are a lot of questionable people and lobbyist he's tied to, including himself, Mr keating 5; if any body needs to wake up it is definately you. I cannot understand for the life of me how any woman can support him after he immdeiatly left his first wife and children, for Ms. Cindy, when he returned home. Oh, and This will be a different United States when Obama is elected president, and in a very good and unified way, so get clue please. gosh darnet.

Two years is better than none. It's basically her years as governor. However considering she is making a campaign argument about her years before governor then the should have released more.

Too late...Obama has already won the election. McCain's campaign is just a formality at this point. Sorry Republicans...you lose.

You are so jealous that the McCains have money. They worked hard for it and as liberals you want them to give it to you

ACORN looks like a mostly good organization that unfortunately has had some members commit voter fraud (who were fired). Am I wrong about this?

Listen Sara Failin, you can release 20 years worth of your tax returns...but it the end you'll loose. Start realizing it. Alaska needs you. Please stay there.

Governor Palin, please discuss how your foreign policy positions will differ from the current administration's?

Hey, can I call you Gwen? Heckuva job, Gwen!

I'll betcha' my opponents are a-wishing that you had a Maverick representin' every Joe Six-pack, hockey mom – bless their hearts – ya' know? Darn right, a maverick does a heckuva job, not just kinda good, but honest-to-goodness heckuva job! As one of my heroes, Donny Rumsfield, once told me, "Golly gee willickers, that's a peach of a pickle!". So yes, I know a little somethin' about oil up here in the only Arctic state ;-)

It really isn’t necessary for the candidate’s tax returns to be open to the public. Nor should the candidate’s personal life need to be an open book. This kind of scrutiny does nothing but turn good people off on public service and leave us with the caliber of candidates we have today. Like we really can’t do better than McCain and Obama? Please!! Americans worry way too much about that kind of personal information and don’t seem to care about views on issues or qualifications.

Mrs. Palin don't be mad that Sen. McCain did not consult you regarding the pull out from Michigan. Remember for Mr. McCain you are only a decoration to attract audience who will listen to him during your political rallies. What do you think is your purpose. And congratulations you are attracting audience.

By the way, please don't blame the honorable Ms. Katie Couric for simple questions that she asked that you cannot answer. If you are really bright you can answer that right away. So please don't blame Ms. Couric. Blame yourself to enter a political contest which you are prepared. Ok!!!

OK, I smell a RAT here. My husband and I worked in Alaska for 16 years and together made nearly $200k per year. There was no way we could afford a fancy home on a lake, a seaplane and a fishing boat like the Palin's. Alaska has a high cost of living and I refuse to believe they made less than we did and live like they do.
