A lot of the analyses also seem to be flawed. I live in one of the larger towns in Montana and have seen one McCain bumper sticker and a few yard signs. Meanwhile, Obama/Biden stickers and signs are proudly displayed in all but the wealthiest neighborhoods. Every person I know is voting for Obama. Granted, there are smaller towns and ranching areas that may be red, but "blue" is a very large presence in my state. During a recent visit to Texas I also noted the level of support for Obama versus McCain. As a native Texan who has long lamented the solid "red" status of my homeland, I was pleasantly surprised by the gains made by Obama all over south-central and south-eastern Texas. From ranchers to tattoo artists, construction workers to college students, support for Obama is inclusive. I think there might be changed a-coming, despite results from the last few decades. I don't know if cell phone users are polled and, likewise, if first time voters are counted. All I know is, come November, I pray the Democrats take back the White House. We cannot afford, nor do I think we will survive, another four years under McCain and Palin. It seems as though these polls being relied on are out of touch. He is nothing but a speech, as evidenced by his inability to not say ummm, uhhhh, errrr, five hundred times at his previous campaign rallies with no Obama-prompter support. The guy is the MOST LIBERAL SENATOR SINCE GEORGE MCGOVERN, failed to vote for bills which would limit infanticide, failed to take a position at least 94 times by voting "PRESENT" in the Senate. What is this guy, a low lying S.O.B. who plays everything political, avoiding responsibility by not voting YEA or NAY? Seriously you liberals - think for a minute. I know it's hard because you all love to "feel" everything, but the FACTS are, Obama is VERY RISKY, unprepared to lead, has never taken on his own party, never had any executive experience, and has had SHADY TIES TO DUBIOUS PEOPLE. You liberals KNOW if McCain had EVEN KNOWN, EVEN REMOTELY, somebody IN ANY PART OF HIS PAST, who was an UNREPENTENT TERRORIST, that he NEVER would have made it this far. You all are sad bunch of losers who will compromise every thing noble, fair, and proper about the presidential election process in order to get your "guy" elected. Obama is shameful, and it's a shame he has even gotten this far. You liberals should feel really badly about yourselves. I pray that people will put Our Country first by voting for the canidate that for all peoples not just a few.
