In 2002 McCain said about his own campaign that he was driven by ambition because he thought it was his last chance to become President – he admitted in his book that he lied to the American people just to become President.

Maybe that's why he thinks everyone would do the same ?

McCain is appealing to the uneducated and those with underlying racist feelings in this country. Is this Good Judgement? When this election is over, I certainly hope hate crimes do not go up because McCain has definately stoked this fire.

Obama is not a terrorist. He is not a muslim. I think all of the people out there that are questioning him are not listening or reading. Many news outlets have covered this AYERS nonsense. All of stated exacly what Obama has stated. You people just won't give it up because you want McCain to win.

It doesn't make any sense to come out with this sort of ad now – it is vicious and oversimplifies the situation. The only people this ad will play to are their supporters – not the undecideds. People who at this point are undecided I have to believe are those that are continuing to weigh the issues and sifting through things. Really trying to understand the issues and what each platform is proposing. Those who can be swayed by emotional propaganda have already made up their minds. This can only hurt, not help, their cause with those that are still deciding.

Since Reagan's election in 1980, all we've heard from Republicans is "deregulate, deregulate, deregulate". And, "government isn't the solution, it's the problem." And, "the free market will protect us all, and resolve all the problems." Now, McCain's ad tries to pin responsibility for this mess on "congressional liberals"??? Please. Conservative economic philosophy, represented and advanced by Reagan, Bush I, and Bush II and their acolytes, is what got us here. Most of the country now knows this, and the Republicans can't even acknowledge their part of the responsibility for it, instead trying to shift blame off of themselves. Sleazy and contemptible. And Repubs wonder why they're in trouble in this election. Americans, DO NOT VOTE FOR THESE REPUBLICAN JOKERS AGAIN !!!

While the McCain team is using their brains to come up with all of the negative ads, they should be going back to the drawing board to figure out how to fix the economy and rethink their presentation to buy bad mortgages. I am very dissappointed in the Republican team. I always thought that they were the sophisticated, educated party but Sarah Palin does not exemplify these traits and is a great dissappointment being on a National ticket. I am sure the world is saying, "what is happening to the great USA?"
With the troopergate issue and Todd Palin seeming to be her Lt. Governor, Alaska and the Pain administration appears to be a political "Payton Place."

What frosts me the most is your current offerings to the American people. A governor with “executive experience” and an I.Q. slightly above her shoe size. After seeing the way these people behave at the McCain-Palin rallies I have decided to vote Democrat for the first time in my life. If McCain didn't agree with what these people were shouting, he would stop the rally and have them escorted away. Booing is one thing. Shouting "kill him!" is another. According to their own logic used against Obama and Rev. Wright/Ayers, if you don't speak out against something right in front of your eyes then you condone it. Period.
