And that is why Obama is the clear choice. Day after day, he is out there talking about the problems average Americans face and coming up with ideas on how to solve them. That's what Americans want to hear. They don't want to hear petty attacks that have no bearing on their bank accounts. They don't want a VP candidate who continues to lie about abusing power even though a bi-partisan report said she did.

I believe that at the end of the day, families who are struggling to pay bills and put food on the table will look at these 2 candidates and see that Obama has been a steady voice all along. He has been consistent in the direction and focus of his campaign, while McCain keeps trying to fling anything out there hoping something will stick no matter how sinister it may be.

What we needed to do was spend those 2 rounds of "stimulus check" funds on investing in long-neglected infrastructure, education needs, and research and development to create real jobs and long-term economic viability. I weep for those lost opportunities.

McCain-like the elderly woman on his campaign she thinks Obama is an ARAB. Wow, that makes a big difference! I'm guessing that a lot of McCain supporters are old and uneducated. It's a shame that this people are still thinking the OLD WAY!

No wonder the American people are leaning toward Obama, and no wonder there is more positive reporting about Obama/Biden: they are the team with a positive message and REAL solutions!

These are times when people may need to dip into places they normally wouldn't to make themselves a little bit (LITTLE BIT not TOTALLY) more secure in their finances. And there is no need to for them to take an extra hit like they with normal penalties.

These are short term shots in the arm so we can start to rebuild our economy. They are not meant to solve the entire problem. If we rebuild our economy, them people can start rebuilding their retirement plans.

Wake up and comprehend what you are reading! Stop and think with whatever rational part of your brain you have left instead of only the "that person isn't in the same political party as me so I must insult or put down everything they say" part for a change.

Are the repubs saying that was not enough money to expand and create jobs and if we just gave them another $1B in tax cuts that would make all the difference and they would start creating more jobs?

Haven't we had EIGHT years of a president and vice president who have abused their power with : torture, lies and all kinds of illegal activity?

We've had enough of the Bush/Cheney/McCain lies, hate and division.

And we can ALL thank Bush/Cheney for the $10 TRILLION DOLARS IN NATIONAL DEBT: OWED TO CHINA, SAUDI ARABIA & DUBAI.

Of course, McCain does not want to talk about the economy since the economy was just fine, when his buddy Bush took office and now that Bush is leaving we are facing the worst economic crisis of our life time!
