Stevens has been found guilty on all counts.
Stevens has been found guilty on all counts.

WASHINGTON (CNN) - A jury Monday found U.S. Sen. Ted Stevens of Alaska guilty on all seven counts of making false statements on Senate disclosure forms.

Stevens had been charged with failing to disclose hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of gifts and work on his house in Alaska.

The 84-year-old senator is locked in a tight race for re-election, hoping to retain the seat he has held since 1968.

Sentencing is set for January 26.

On Sept 11, 2001 we were attacked. Attacked while the republicans held the white house and both houses. The republicans are INCOMPETENT and UNABLE to protect us.

We need democrats who know how to keep us safe, and not allow us to get attacked! Vote Obama for the safety of our country, in terms of both economy and terrorism, democrats are proven true. Republicans are incompetent!

Actually this makes Stevens perfectly qualified to serve on the Chicago City Council. Maybe Barry could put him in touch with some slumlords, a domestic terrorist, maybe a racist minister or two.

Please fellow Democrats: For the good of our nation – Let us remain dignified. – For the good of what we're hoping to accomplish in a little more than a week – let us be noble.

Wonder who Sarah is endorsing in the Alaska senate race.

So Democratic Representative Jefferson gets caught with $90,000 in his freezer and nothing happens to him but Stevens, a Republican, gets convicted in court for basically the same thing. whay is there a double standard? Maybe because the congress is run by Democrats? Stevens deserves what he gets but so should Jefferson and the rest of the crooks in Washington without regard to party.

The Repubs are worried that too many Dems will take control of the Senate and House in the Election. Well, if the Repubs in Congress would have some kind of ethics reform and keep American taxpayer concerns a top priority, they wouldn't need to worry about losing their grip in Washington.

Ramen Dude   October 27th, 2008 4:50 pm ET

But, but, .... Ted Stevens can not be possibly indicted! I mean, what will his Sith apprentice do? Sarah has a lot to learn from this Senator Palpatine, including the wicked usd of "I can see Russia from my home"-force.

Remember what happened the last timethe Dems got 60 under a Dem President. We all enjoyed the double-digit inflation and 12-16% mortgage rates that resulted.

That might just be a picnic compared to the spending plans of a Pelosi/Reid co-Presidency.

Ted you should have backed down a lot sooner.

Palin IS NOT Hillary Clinton NOR Geraldine Ferraro! Palin is a ULTRA-conservative woman, who has LITTLE in common with the VAST majority of American Women! Only last week, after first admitting she is a feminist, she said NO she is not!

All one has to do is LISTEN to her rhetoric to know that Palin IS NOT a woman ..........MOST of US, can relate to!

SHOULD WE VOTE FOR A WOMAN BECAUSE SHE IS A WOMAN?

OR SHOULD WE DO WHAT THE FAR-RIGHT IS ACCUSING AFRICAN-AMERICANS OF DOING?

Vincent, Conroe,TX   October 27th, 2008 4:45 pm ET

I hope he dies in prison. He is a prime example of why the country, the economy, the environment, our own government and our standing in the world are so diminished. He doesnt make enough money being in the senate so he has to get freebies, and in exchange for what? He wasnt on trial for any of his voting record or things he might have been a part of outside the representation of the people of his state.
We will never know just how corrupt this turd was or what postions of the government he might have influenced. I do know that 30 years ago we had the same problems with oil companies and foreign oil and not one thing has changed since then. He was there the whole time. He would have gotten the guillotine if he lived during the French revolution. Dying in prison is way more than he deserves.

Simply_kris, NE   October 27th, 2008 4:45 pm ET

GOP You are done !!

Bill   October 27th, 2008 4:44 pm ET

Stevens and people like him should not only be forced to pay everything back ten fold, but also serve time in prison. Any government employee that accepts gifts over a certain amount would go to prison, pay a high fine, and never be able to work for the government or anywhere a security clearance is required.

I don't even believe politicians should be able to accept campaign contributions either since they are nothing more than gifts. Look at McCain, Obama, Biden, Palen, Clinton, and all the rest that ran for president and vice president. The state or federal government pays them a salary and they spend the whole year campaigning instead of doing a job.

As a government employee I would love to campaign for myself at government expense, instead I would be fired.

Ken in NC   October 27th, 2008 4:44 pm ET

With a possible sentence of 5 years on each charge, does he make small ice cubes out of big ones? I do not think so. Given his age, I would consider his expulsion from the Senate, a fine not to exceed 1.5 times the estimated cost of repairs and upgrades to his home and supervised probation for 5 years. Senator Stevens should furthered be ordered not to seek to be elected to or appointed to any public office for life.

Gosh, has he said he's happy to be vindicated and found innocent yet? Can he still be running for Congress? Can Alaskans actually elect a cheat? Is it possible that justice can prevail in the Palin case as well? Oh, wait, she supports Stevens, and actually was quite happy with the earmarks he sent to Alaska. Plus she had her $500,000 mansion built for free after she awarded the arena contract. Guess she pals around with felons. I'm sure Obama had something to do with this, you betcha.

So many questions...8 more days...get out and vote for honesty, whatever that means to you. I'm voting Democratic almost down the ticket. I'm voting for the possibility of peace and prosperity returning to the whole USA, not just the "pro-American"...i.e. pro-Palin, parts, but all of America. And I hope never to hear Plain's name again after Nov. 5.

What are you talking about?

Ferraro lost because she was running with Walter Mondale, Jimmy Carter's VP against a hugely popular Roanald Reagan.

Clinton lost because she was trumped in the "historic" contest, by someone with a better story and a better organised campaign.

Palin will lose because she's awful.

At this point John McCain has got to think someone is playing a really freakin cruel joke on him!!! But I wouldn't get too excited.....You know how George W loves to help out his friends in need by throwing out the "pardon card" to white collar criminals, while possibly innocent people ( or at least a hell of a lot of reasonable doubt) won't get a guy on death row more than a "stay of execution".

it is reality McStupid   October 27th, 2008 4:35 pm ET

For all the idiots out there screaming "socialist" or "marxist" due to the "redistribution of wealth" comments...please take a deep breath and think about this.

1.) We pay taxes...that is a fact and it is not going to change
2.) When you pay your taxes they will be distributed to many different areas, i.e. roads, bridges, school systems, military...etc.
3.) Different people will benefit from your tax dollars even if you don't. I pay taxes where I live, but the distribution of those funds will surely go to support an illegal war. That is Bush's and McCain's "redistribution of wealth".

Therefore, all politicians are socialists.

Simple enough for you.

STORIES INVOLVING INFIGHTING BETWEEN MCCAIN ADVISERS AND 'CARIBOU BARBIE' – GOING "ROGUE" AS ONE SENIOR MCCAIN ADVISER PUT IT – ARE HARDLY THE TYPE OF PRESS THE MCCAIN TRAIN DESIRES IN THE FINAL WEEK.
ADDITIONALLY, SEN. MCCAIN SAYING JUST YESTERDAY THAT HIS POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC IDEOLOGY WAS ALIGNED TO G.W. BUSH'S ON "MEET THE PRESS" VOIDS HIS ARGUMENT THAT HE IS AN AGENT OF CHANGE.

Maybe you should not listen to Rush or Drudge for anything remotely truthful. What Obama said was about changing occurring from the bottom up by organized coalition, rather than by court action. He was taking a more CONSERVATIVE view as to the role of the Court in these matters. There is nothing to this as there has been with everything the Republicans put out.

Good. It seems that no one is above the law. This will also makes to be the precedence on what will be coming out once FED is done investigating the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac issue, the no.1 culprit of this economic downturn.

It doesn't matter who will be the sitting President come January 20, 2009. What really matters is that some people in Congress needs to go such as Barney Frank, Nancy Pelosi, Chris Dodd and Reid. I just hope that Dodd will be investigated with the Countrywide favors he had received.

Palin's next in line for under-the-table involvement by Veco and others in the construction of her house in Wasilla, which was finished just about two months prior to the time contracts on the Wasilla Sports complex were awarded.

Did you check Al Qaeda website where they supported Jmac for American presidency...cos they belive he will ruin the economy enough for them to attack. I hope you remmeber that Mccain has been focusing on Saddam in Iraq and not Al Qaeda in Afganistan?
President Obama will take them out in less than 6 months in office...they dont need to attack us they got to pay for 911 on Bush/McCain policies WATCH. They didnt attack Pres. Clinton cos they know better. Same goes for Obama.. He his attacking first just wait and see...not focus on lies and FAKE WMD in Iraq

Hm-m-m, any gifts go into the building of Palin's house? Wasn't it built around the time of the contract for the expensive ice rink in Wasilla?

Barbara   October 27th, 2008 4:30 pm ET

Looks like Palin, isn't the only one in Alaska that had hidden agenda's in her own back yard in Alaska. Wonder if she will go back to Alaska and apply for his Job. NO she has her sites set on the White house. I wonder how the Election would turn out if Hillary would run in 2012. Look out for that one. It will be one big Cat fight. WOW. Palin is really dividing her party the way she's doing. I can just see what 2012 would be like. I was going to vote for that party, but they are so unstable, I'm voting for Obama NOV 4

Send Palin home   October 27th, 2008 4:30 pm ET

What a stupid liar this Palin. She thinks she will be candidate in 2012. Who's gonna vote for this millionnaire hockey mom?

JK Ashburn, VA   October 27th, 2008 4:28 pm ET

The difference between a Republican crook and a Democratic crook: Republicans get convicted and/or leave office. Democrats take over as committee chairs. Why is William Jefferson still in Congress and his idiot constituents in New Orleans likely to re-elect him?

I'm glad people like Stevens are getting cleaned out of office even if the Dems temporarily take the seat back. Between corruption and spending, the Republicans have lost their way in Congress. They can't outspend or out-criminalize Democrats and they look like idiots for trying.

Clean out the bad ones and open the place up for good ones after the Dems overreach with their socialist agenda under Pelosi & Reid.

Michelle D. - Atlanta, GA   October 27th, 2008 4:28 pm ET

Alaska currently has the largest amount of earmarks per capita. Palin has the nerve to say she's gonna "clean up Washington"? She needs to look at her own house first. Stevens set the example and she decided to follow it. She's a real "maverick", huh?

Joan   October 27th, 2008 4:28 pm ET

Gotcha!

Duane Allen Omaha, NE   October 27th, 2008 4:28 pm ET

Who knows... maybe there is a fair and just God. With this resounding conviction, along with the rest of the exorcisms of the corruption and/or perversion of the Republican Party in the past 36 months, we may see the day the American people can again regard Washington with trust and respect. But, I suppose, in the meantime one can certainly point to more Republicans needing the boot of justice and, in all fairness, look at any Democrats in need of a permanent furlough too. Politically speaking, will we live to see a new Heaven and a new Earth?

ANGIE   October 27th, 2008 4:28 pm ET

John from White Plains, NY   October 27th, 2008 4:27 pm ET

If I recall correctly, if a Senator is convicted of a felony, by operation of law, he loses his seat and the Governor of the state would select his successor. How interesting that Sarah Palin is the Governor and also the likely loser in the '08 election. Since she can "see Russia from her house" maybe she wants to be a real "Maverick" in the Senate and take Stevens' seat, if Alaskans were foolish enough to re-elect a convicted felon.

I guess she'll start reading more papers and might need those clothes after all...unless of course, Alaska decides to do the right thing and elect a democrat....Wooohooooo

Perusing-Through   October 27th, 2008 4:26 pm ET

One more U.S. Senate Republican bites the dust.

Mickie in PA   October 27th, 2008 4:26 pm ET

I guess Palin and Stevens thought Alaskans would never find out. It's funny how Karma works. When you rise to your level of incompetence, it is bound to catch up with you. After all, Palin and her husband were in favor of cessation, maybe she thought she would be president of Alaska. I doubt that the moose would vote for her though.

Ken   October 27th, 2008 4:26 pm ET

"holding my breath" - please keep doing so. We'll let you know when to exhale. Hopefully the good folks of Alaska will see that the Republicans in their state are completely incompetent. Ted Stevens, Don Young, and then Sarah Palin.

Dee   October 27th, 2008 4:25 pm ET

@AlQeada in the U.S...how dumb must you be to realize that they do not have to come on U.S.soil in order to harm us..with McCain wanting to keep our troops in Iraq for 100 yrs, us spending billions a month on the war, they don't have to come here to attack us..they are wearing us out financially and our troops are spread too thin...they are tired and exhausted and are fighting on enemy turf..they probably prefer OLD MAN MCCAIN in office for that very reason...THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX please...

@holding my breath..you were going to vote for McOld anyway...who cares? try again.....Obama said that many years ago and has sense grown intellectually...just on Sunday, McOld said he and Bush "shared many of the same ideas/thoughts"..you don't have a problem with that?

MissouriMom   October 27th, 2008 4:25 pm ET

I guess Sarah Palin can now decide she's against him – something she apparently couldn't do earlier when asked... just in case it put her on the "wrong side".

She's as bad as Stevens anyway – didn't SHE also get her house built by the company she gave that WASILLA SPORTS CENTER contract to?

I'm just saying.... ethics isn't her strong suit. Apparently, that's a common theme in Alaskan politics.

Great   October 27th, 2008 4:25 pm ET

Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin began building clout in her state's political circles in part by serving as a director of an independent political group organized by the now embattled Alaska Sen. Ted Stevens.

Palin's name is listed on 2003 incorporation papers of the "Ted Stevens Excellence in Public Service, Inc.," a 527 group that could raise unlimited funds from corporate donors

mbg   October 27th, 2008 4:25 pm ET

Hey now he might not be the only one from Alaska to abuse his office for personal gain. There are some pretty suspect characters coming from Alaska these days. Since Gov. Palin lobbied this man for funds does this means she was palling around with a covicted felon? Just another nail in the GOP coffin! I wonder if Palin ever gave the money back to VECO! What a joke the Republican Party! Good ridance

turning IN blue from Chicago   October 27th, 2008 4:15 pm ET

haha this is comical the Republican Party is falling apart. Could this, coupled with a corrupt Gov. as the VP candidate, make Alaska a battleground. THAT WOULD BE INSANE!!!

OBAMA BIDEN 08
FOR THE CHANGE WE NEED

JAS   October 27th, 2008 4:15 pm ET

Shame, Shame, Shame!!!! "What ever happened to ethics?"

geecee827   October 27th, 2008 4:15 pm ET

That's one more Dem. seat in the Senate this year. Hope they get the 60 they are pushing for. I have to hand it to the Alaskans. The Anchorage newspaper endorses Obama and the jury finds Stevens guilty. These people do have some "smarts" even if Palin is their governor.

dustin   October 27th, 2008 4:14 pm ET

good, now lets send him to jail

Sylvia B   October 27th, 2008 4:14 pm ET

Everything is going against these crooked Republicans. The worse offender is G.W. Bush. He should go to jail for sending to war over 4,000 American soldiers and causing their death as well as 10,000 or more Iraquis because he had a vendetta against Sadamm Hussein because of Big Poppa Bush.

Obama/Biden 08!   October 27th, 2008 4:14 pm ET

OMG!! A republican found guillty of lying?? Say it aint so!! Now if they can just get Rove and Palin sentenced there just may be hope for the repubs!

Marie Ontario   October 27th, 2008 4:14 pm ET

Even so he is not as bad as Sara Palin should maybe he can run against her for governor in the next election.

McCrazy   October 27th, 2008 4:14 pm ET

Another winner from Alaska!!!

Danny from Phoenix   October 27th, 2008 4:14 pm ET

Umm.. I thought Palin reformed Alaska? I thought she took on her own party and cleared out the corruption? Oh Gee.. she must have missed someone. Poor Sarah. She's looking more idiotic by the second, and I laugh at anyone posting here claiming she has a shot in 2012. It is an absurd thought.

ayeshah   October 27th, 2008 4:14 pm ET

If Alaska votes Stevens back into office, then I understand how they could love their Gov. Palin.

Latina-Indepedent-4-OBAMA   October 27th, 2008 4:14 pm ET

Of course! And Palin will be found guilty of abusing power and ethics violations.

There is justice after all!

Women Disgust Me   October 27th, 2008 4:13 pm ET

Women have now rejected 3 different women for National office. They are from different parties and have vastly different political views, So it has nothing to do with politics. The three are Geraldine Ferraro, Sarah Palin and Hillary Clinton. Why?

Obviously women understand themselves and their emotions; and knowing exactly who and what they are, they are terrified to put someone like themselves in the White House. It's sad.

Cindy Carlyle–New York

Henry Maxwell   October 27th, 2008 4:13 pm ET

So how much Federal Jail Time does he get ?7 months?10 years like a drug addict seems fair to me.And put him in a supermax so he won't do it again.Well at least the D's will probably get another seat in the Senate unless Gov.Palin re-appoints him or a family member .

GA Independent   October 27th, 2008 4:13 pm ET

Watch Alaska re-elect this convicted criminal. It appears that the state doesn't have a high regard for ethics, following the law, etc. otherwise we wouldn't have Palin to "kick around"...

Vote Obama!

Joseph Adewole   October 27th, 2008 4:13 pm ET

Its not new; The Republicans are all like that; that is why John McCain has been criticizing Barack for saying that he (BO) will tax the CEO unjustly; these CEO 'see' the Republicans behind....Thank God, a real change has come to America.

SPENCER/VIRGINIA   October 27th, 2008 4:13 pm ET

What's up with these crooked Alaskan politicians? First Palin, now Stevens. What's in the water up there?

tulsa   October 27th, 2008 4:13 pm ET

next?
Governor Palin? Can you say "abuse of power"

Scott   October 27th, 2008 4:13 pm ET

Justice! Just another prime example of how the GOP is tainted. This ought help Obama.

Obama/Biden '08

Praetorian   October 27th, 2008 4:13 pm ET

Next stop...Harry Byrd.

JakeJamahl   October 27th, 2008 4:13 pm ET

Another republican hypocrite placed where he belongs...IN JAIL!

Save room for W, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Gonzales, Ashcroft and all their ilk....

Stevens Trial Model for Obama Impeachment   October 27th, 2008 4:13 pm ET

Obama will probably be impeached sometime in 2009 as he fails to end the Depression and Americans are selling apples on street corners.

The Stevens trial will be a good model for impeaching Obama.

And Joe Who? will be President. Can't wait.

I'd like to apply now for the moving van contract to move Obama out of the White House next year.

Josh In North Carolina   October 27th, 2008 4:13 pm ET

Just another Republican taking favors and money. Throw all the Republican crooks out of the Senate...

California Voter   October 27th, 2008 4:13 pm ET

Guess he will retire from the Senate now . . ???

Matt - QC, AZ   October 27th, 2008 4:12 pm ET

Funny thing....it turns out Sen Stevens' "Bridge to Nowhere" actually leads to a federal prison......

(:   October 27th, 2008 4:12 pm ET

aha. oh them Alaskans.
who knows what else they've been doing up there.

Obama is for UNITING of the PEOPLE   October 27th, 2008 4:11 pm ET

U.S. Sen. Ted Stevens of Alaska partners in crime will be joining SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Republican Woman for Obama   October 27th, 2008 4:11 pm ET

not surprised...

marylee atlanta,ga   October 27th, 2008 4:11 pm ET

Another seat fot the DEMS !!!!

You're Next Sarah?   October 27th, 2008 4:11 pm ET

Well, they convicted him finally. Now, how about "Troopergate", the "Per Diems", charging the State of Alaska for family travel and all the rest of the Palin questions out there. The monetary about is about $100,000 more than the RNC paid for Palin's wardrobe, but it's the lying and deception that hung Stevens. Opening for the GOP on his seat? Count on it!

Irma in North Carolina   October 27th, 2008 4:11 pm ET

Gosh you mean to tell me your governer Sarah could not pull some strings for you.

Nick - Arlington, VA   October 27th, 2008 4:11 pm ET

Another seat for the Democrats!

FLORIDA for Obama   October 27th, 2008 4:11 pm ET

Another one bites the dust. Another one bites the dust. Hey, Hey.

ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST, HEY HEY!!!!!!!!!!

Donald, Canton,NC   October 27th, 2008 4:11 pm ET

Now two things need to happen immediately:

(1) The Senate Ethics Committee and Senate as a whole needs to make him stand in the well of the Senate to be censured in public, stripped of his Senate seat and kicked out publically. No RESIGNATION or RETIREMENT - ONLY censure and removal from the Senate.

(2) Next, he should withdraw his re-election bid and forfeit it immediately.

If not, then the Senate and the Senator are disgusting examples of what's wrong with this government!!!!!

Wendy NC   October 27th, 2008 4:11 pm ET

As a former Alaskan, I say One Down, One to Go (troopergate, no-bid pipeline, per diem irregularities, state paying for children in $700/night hotels, possiblility of kick-back-built free home in Wasilla)

WHAT'S GOING ON IN ALASKA??   October 27th, 2008 4:11 pm ET

First Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin was found guilty of abusing her power as governor and of violating State ethics laws, and now Alaskan State Senator Ted Stevens is found guilty of making false statements?? What the hells going on up in Alaska? Someone needs to get up there and clean up the mess Palin and Steven's have created. No more crooked politicians, please!!

Kiah G.   October 27th, 2008 4:11 pm ET

More corruption for Alaska! They sure do know how to create winners up there don't they?

Druid Hippies for Obama   October 27th, 2008 4:11 pm ET

Well, all the liberal lib-tards will be all over this one, claiming the high ground, as if their party isn't the main leader in corruption (it is). I guess CNN won't be giving us any details of the ACORN investigations or how big of a crime they might be commiting. Of course not, because that would hurt Obama's chances of winning. Instead, they'll do light weight pieces on ACORN, but I'm sure CNN and other liberals will continue to hammer the GOP about Palin's wardrobe or Cindy McCain's prescription drug abuse. Nevermind Obama's radical ties or unprecedented ultra liberalism. If some GOP nominee were to run for President and be the most conservative on record ever, it would be front page negative news every chance CNN and the NY Times could muster. Journalism is dead.

Too good   October 27th, 2008 4:11 pm ET

Oh gee – another Republican who's guilty of an ethics violation... There will come a point at which this is no longer news!!!

ted   October 27th, 2008 4:10 pm ET

Great news.. one more corrupt politician from Alaska. I know Republicans will come up with some reason.

GO OBAMA ..

MaryanneAZ   October 27th, 2008 4:10 pm ET

Now what happens? Information please.

Al, NY NY   October 27th, 2008 4:10 pm ET

Hooray! Hey Stephens, take that other corrupt Alaskan politician back with you. Her 15 minutes is up and I cannot wait to never see that face and hear that whiney voice again

HUFFINGTON POST   October 27th, 2008 4:10 pm ET

AND PALIN IS NEXT!!!

Ola   October 27th, 2008 4:10 pm ET

Alaska is turning blue?
Here we go towards a filibuster proof majority. You go folks! Let the dems fix the country under Obama's leadership.

Bradley in Colorado   October 27th, 2008 4:10 pm ET

First off, would the moderators of CNN please post my comment instead of leaving it in "moderation" limbo like they usually do.

That said, I can't say this new surprises me. Corruption seems to be the only thing Republican politicians can do anymore. No wonder the Dems are in such a position to win big next week.

Democrat 08   October 27th, 2008 4:10 pm ET

Is Palin next in line for abusing her power??????

Alissa in Kansas   October 27th, 2008 4:10 pm ET

Dang! The Republicans are getting bad news all over the place, and this one especially *shakes head* that's gotta hurt!

Thankfully I'm a Democrat. XD

otis   October 27th, 2008 4:10 pm ET

What Sen. Stevens did sounds a lot like what Ms. Palin did when she changed the travel reports to reflect "official business" for her family's trips on the State's dime. There must be something in the snow in Alaska.

kwesi   October 27th, 2008 4:10 pm ET

Next up...Sarah Pailin!!!!

Vote or Die!

Ola   October 27th, 2008 4:10 pm ET

One corrupt Alaskan public official guilty of corruption; one more to go down for abuse of power.

Kurt from Canada   October 27th, 2008 4:09 pm ET

Another nail in the coffin. Couldn't come at a worse time for the Republicans... or a better time for the Democrats.

freshdem15   October 27th, 2008 4:09 pm ET

oooop I spelled Alaskan wrong
got too carried away I mean you could have knocked me over with a feather that this man was found guilty .......

Gosh what a shock that a leader from Alaska would be caught in lies

Flo   October 27th, 2008 4:09 pm ET

Now, Obama has a chance to carry Alaska. Kick all the Republican crooks out of office a start anew. Palin trial on non-disclosure of gifts will be next on the agenda............I bet she's shaking in her boots that her guy has been convicted. Next, Palin on the chopping block.

We need change!!!! VOTE PEOPLE...

Obama Supporter from FL   October 27th, 2008 4:09 pm ET

Wow. Somehow it doesn't seem like Palin eradicated all the corruption in Alaska. Especially since she used the same firm as Stevens to get all the earmarks for Alaska.

Alabama Voter   October 27th, 2008 4:09 pm ET

What? Another Republican LIED. Wake up America they all lie.

VA will go blue!!!!!!!   October 27th, 2008 4:09 pm ET
