McCain: Don’t buy reports of GOP ticket friction

McCain and Palin rallied together today in Pennsylvania.

McCain and Palin rallied together today in Pennsylvania.

HERSHEY, Pa. (CNN) – John McCain unofficially declared this fair city a diva-free zone Tuesday.

In his first joint rally with running mate Sarah Palin since tension between their aides spilled into public view, McCain opened his remarks by declaring, “By the way, when two mavericks get together, you don’t agree on everything – but that’s fun!”

McCain has previously made similar comments at rallies about how he and Palin do not agree on everything, such as drilling for oil and gas in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (McCain opposes, Palin supports).
But this time the comment had particular resonance with a large crowd here in Pennsylvania, coming just days after a McCain adviser privately charged to CNN that Palin is a “diva” who’s not staying on-message, while Palin advisers fired back that McCain aides botched her rollout to the American people.

I'm disappointed that we haven't seen McCain lose his temper and fly to pieces yet in this campaign. I hope we get that in the next week. Double bonus if he explodes at Palin and calls her a trollop and a you-know-what.

Everything about their campaign is fake. They stage everything. She is no maverick either. She has questions back in Alaska that still need to be answered about charges she made to Alaska. She is on the take too. I think thats all they do in government in Alaska. Just on the take, all of them

And memo to the 2012 Presidential nominee (from the party that doesn't win on next Tuesday), try to not go with a gimmick unless you know for sure that gimmick will hold up.

Teenage pregnancy (now child is going to get married next year to kid who hasn't even finished high school)
Ethics violations (found guilty of abuse of power even though also found to be within right to make firing)
No foreign relations (out of the country once to a coupld of countries, heck even I've been to Mexico, Canada, England, France 3 times, and Italy all before the age of 40)

    I want a UNIFIED government

I want #1 and #2 to agree more than the disagree... and where #1 makes most of the calls but #2 gives useful advice

McCain/Palin can't even agree among themselves... do we want GOP fighting and the GOP fighting with Dems? That won't get things done.

When your destined to loose a campaign, you'll say anything. That's why McCain has let nothing but fear-inciting lies come out of his mouth and why Palin is beginning to distance herself. McCain has left his morals and beliefs at the beginning of the campaign and said anything that might help him get elected. If you fall for these lies, you should give your head a shake. They're moving apart because they're desperate, even more desperate than a few months ago.

This campaign is a joke. McCain should not trust Palin. This woman charged Alaska for living in her own house. She is a disgrace.

Here he goes again with the maverick thing. Didn't Joe Biden call him out on this. The "Maverick family" disapproves of John McLame using there family name as some puncline. And Sara "Oh Please" Palin definitely is not a maverick. The McPalin ticket are real low lifes. First the group who sings Barracuda told them to stop using the song, but they didn't. Then the Maverick family asked them to stop using their name, but they continue to do so. This just goes to show me that they don't care who they offen and that is evident at both of their rallies.
NO WAY, NO HOW, NO MCCAIN, NO PALIN.

John McCain is like the Captain of the Titanic as he too was clueless that his ship was sinking. To make matters worse, Sarah Palin is already sitting in one of the lifeboats with her designer life jacket on!!!

Funny how the religious right is CLINGING to their RELIGION and GUNS. Sales of guns have shot up 3X in the last two weeks, now that they're SCARED that a black man may win the White House.

So tell me, do we still think Barack was wrong when he said that fear makes people cling to their guns and religion?

Maybe someone should give the educated, EXPERIENCED guy the benefit of the doubt!
