Biden's focus turned to Israel in his stump speech this morning in Florida.
Biden's focus turned to Israel in his stump speech this morning in Florida.

JUPITER, Florida (CNN) – If you didn’t know where in the country Joe Biden was speaking Wednesday morning, the additions to his stump speech would have provided easy clues.

In a speech that has seen little variation in recent days, here in southeast Florida, Biden accused John McCain of supporting the privatization of Social Security as well as adding a section on the Democratic ticket’s plans to work closely with Israel.

“I got elected when I was 29 years old to the Senate,” said Biden, “and I’ve worked with every prime minister of Israel from Golda Meir right through to the present prime minister.

“That’s why Barack and I know, we know what the Israelis know and all our friends know,” Biden continued, speaking to supporters in the spring training ballpark that serves as the spring training home to the St. Louis Cardinals and Florida Marlins. “The greater the respect for America, the stronger America is in the world, the more secure Israel and the rest of our friends are in the world. So folks, this is a direct connection.”

The mention of support for Israel comes as the McCain camp pushes a new line of attack that looks to link Obama to a prominent Palestinian-American activist. In the closing days of the campaign, McCain and running mate Sarah Palin have seized on Obama’s 2003 praise of Rashid Khalidi, a Palestinian scholar and professor at Columbia University whom the Republican ticket is calling a spokesman for the Palestinian Liberation Organization. Khalidi has denied the charge.

The Delaware also senator put forward his and Obama’s platform to help seniors, while tying McCain to President Bush’s plan to privatize Social Security.

“Can you imagine if in fact Social Security had been in the stock market?” Biden asked. “Can you imagine now the last couple months if Bush and McCain had succeeded in privatizing Social Security?”

“We believe there should be no privatization of Social Security. No raising of the retirement age. And we believe, we believe there should be no income taxes for seniors for who have an income of less than $50,000 a year. Zero.”

After a three-day Florida bus tour, Biden joins Obama Wednesday night for a final rally in the state before heading to Missouri.

GO JOE!!
Palin needs to be blasted back to Alaska. The sooner the better....only 6 more days to go. . . . . . . .

One things for certain, we sure couldn't accuse Palin of having ties to any professors.

Too bad we have no real choices. Too bad NO one votes in light of the constitution. Just a piece of paper, right? I really miss Ron Paul. It was fun to have someone running, for once, that would REALLY change things FOR THE BETTER!!!! Get ready for the world to come crashing down no matter WHO is elected this time. Say goodbye to liberty. We love our money more. Goodbye America. It was nice knowing ya.

Let me make this easy for Sarah, the hockey mom, to understand.

The Republicans deserve to spend the next 4-8 years in the Penalty Box so they can think about what they have done to America and its people!! After some due consideration, introspection, and changes, they might be ready to lead again – but not until then!!!

It's your choice, America!

From another point of view, Sarah Palin is NOT a friend to Israel – just look at that video of her with her witch doctor minister – if that isn't enough to scare you then maybe this will...When John McCain talks about "those people" who made the mess on Wall Street and in Washington, who do you think he is talking about? We've seen that kind of talk before, in Germany during the late 30's and early 40's...NEVER AGAIN!

You got a problem with that?

Hey "Hardworking American for McCain" – get your facts straight about Obama changing the national anthem and the flag – that was a hoax. You got your information that he said all of that on Meet the Press on Sept. 7. He was never on Meet the Press on Sept. 7 and it was a satire on what all you Republicans wished he had said. Quit spreading lies like you buddies!

I'm thrilled that Obama shares the Jewish priorities of justice, taking care of each other and repairing the world, and that he has a pro-Israel stance. His position on protecting women's reproductive choices and gay rights are also congruent with the values of Conservative Judaism. I appreciate his emphasis on working with faith-based organizations, and I think it's a big advantage to have an open-minded President with a multicultural background and friendships with many diverse individuals.

Nik   October 29th, 2008 4:58 pm ET

Khalidi is allegedly antisemitic. So, while McCain questions Obama's ties to Khalidi, Americans need to question McCain why he gave tax payer dollars to Khalidi's organizations.

You are so wrong that its so impossible to put you right. This election is not about Dems or Repub...Its about America. Its about economy, Foreign policies, Education...To show you how slow you are in your comments. I am not registered to any party. I didnt vote last election but this time is different. Mcacain never gave me any reason to vote for him. Sen Obama gave me a lot of reasons to vote for him. President Bush erroded the confidence the international community has in us and and if a smart thoughtful, visionary leader is not elected...We will loose our hard earned standing in the world.
Republicans have been the ones from the start that are despirate sell their soul for power..Its a shame to even come in the lineage of Repubs

What does Israel have to do with your 401K, education, health care, social security, retirement, Iraq, 10 trillion in debt, etc., etc.,. If we don't elect a president with some intelligence, original thought, integrity, maturity, leadership, respect for people, presidential temperament (OBAMA!), there won't be an America to support Israel! How can you be a defender of someone else when you're weak and divided. The only political strategy that the Republicans know and use is DIVIDE AND CONQUER. Together we stand. Divided we fall.

McCain-Palin should stop with the allegations about Khalid. According to CNN, Senator McCain has ties to this gentleman as well.

Franco   October 29th, 2008 4:17 pm ET

WHY DOES CNN NOT REPORT THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STORY?

But McCain has his own connection to Khalidi.

In 1993, McCain became chairman of the International Republican Institute. He still chairs that respected organization.

That same year, Khalidi helped found the Center for Palestine Research and Studies, self-described as “an independent academic research and policy analysis institution” created to meet “the need for active Palestinian scholarship on issues related to Palestine.” (Its archived Web site is HERE.)

Khalidi was on the board of trustees through 1999.

According to tax returns, the McCain-chaired IRI funded the organization Khalidi founded and served on to the tune of $448,873 in 1998 (click HERE to see the tax return)* as first reported by Seth Couter Walls at HuffPo.

The IRI continued to give money to the CPRS after Khalidi left the group as well.

The United States has always been an allie of Israel. That is not going to change at all under Obama. More fear, hate, anger instigating. These people are so low they are beneath a snakes belly. I love it though. It is truly showing America what the "Christian" moniker is all about.

M. WINNERS   October 29th, 2008 3:50 pm ET

Nice try Joe, but I think it's to late to reach those retired Israel supports – They are having the bejeezez scared out of them about Obama by the 11th hour "fear, smear, mock and LIE" campaign that the McCain/Palin camp is running.
As you know when old folks get scared they go with who they think they known even if they have to pinch their noses when they do. Sad but true fear trumps truth in the late stages of a campaign and those old folks can't see the difference...

Nick   October 29th, 2008 3:50 pm ET

Bologna.
Biden is going to say anything to be elected. Everybody knows that Obama and his spiritual adviser rev. Wright don't like Israel.

Drew, Hoboken, NJ   October 29th, 2008 3:50 pm ET

Our support to Israel is crucial as they are one of few true allies in that region, however we need focus on establishing a long-lasting peace! Jersualem has equally religious significance to the Judaic, Christian, and Muslim faiths. If we American's can be leaders and establish this long-lasting peace in this region, what will that say about us to the rest of the world. We are a country that never gives up, never quits, and we cannot quit on peace! Biden is the best man for that job and to be honest, the best pick Obama could make for that reason!

I say he should make Bill Clinton Secretary of State and between him and Biden, we can achieve that piece and do something about the battle against HIV/AIDS.

Now if we could only find a place for John Edwards to do his thing for the poor, how many of us have forgotten about that!

Obama/Biden 2008!!!

Even inside Obama's campaign, some of his people already feel that everything is just about Obama. With over $600 millions raised for the Democratic campaign, Obama has not given any to help out with campaigning at Congress or Senate level or even help out with Clinton's debt. All money has been poured into Obama's image. $600 millions!!!

The most liberal and egotistic candidate ever. You don't help the people sitting in the wagon by screwing the one pulling it. That's the message to all liberals. After hours of pulling the wagon, when refreshment comes, the people sitting in the wagon get it first. What a deal. America, please vote rationally, not emotionally.

Lewania Chapman   October 29th, 2008 3:46 pm ET

America, America, the world is watching. The world knows as do millions of Americans if Senator Obama was all-white the race for President would be over right now. A n all-white Senator Obama would have turned every state in the union blue by now. Just look at Senator McCain, his face is one of pure desperation. Look at his choice for Vice President, this woman is about as smart as Joe the plumber and pig in lipstick. If it helps, close your eyes and see Senator Obama's mother, I'll close my eyes and see his father and together we will vote as one for the better candidate.

I really feel sorry for the republicans they have stooped so low. I am a 57 year old black women. I came through the years of segration and hate and disrespect for people of color. I agree with Mr. Lewis this do remind me so much of those days. When a campaign is so desparate and vile that they do and say the things that divide a nation that have worked so hard at coming together as one is deplorable. Who could respect a party that won under those circumstances. The US would be a joke when we tell other nations to respect the rights of people different than them and to embrace diversity, when we have the republicans trashing Obama and driving as much separation and disrespect between people as they can . And please do not try to tell me that it has nothing to do with race. They have played the race card by trying to get the white people to be very afraid if a black man became president. Obama represents all people because he is not just black he is white also. He knows what it is to have nothing and then have something. His wife never showed up anywhere with a $300,000 outfit. Palin is the biggest joke ever. I pray that no one let them fool them. The US will never be regarded as a respectable nation again under their administration. The republicans are a sick joke. God help us all if they win. Signed a nation once again divided.

Funding for Israel is through earmarks, so McCain would be the greater risk.

Better yet, why isn't CNN pointing out that all of this is fear-mongering? Oh, yea, I forgot for a minute. Never mind.

Ayaya   October 29th, 2008 3:21 pm ET

Bush isn't campaigning but has already voted for McCain. The reason why McCain wants to deceive Americans with an idea that he is different from Bush is because he thinks that voters are out-of-touch like him. He is just another old joke made in Republican party. If McCain were a voter will he vote to re-elect another Republican after this Bush-McCain administrative blunder? If McCain were true maverick, he should have bolted out of the Republican party and run as Independent. Sarah Palin and Republicans call Obama a redistributor but they forget that Palin herself has been bragging that she gets oil revenue from companies in Alaska and redistribute it to Alaskans. McCain voted for the 750 Billion bail-out and is asking for more for his wall street friends. McCain is a complete joke; he needs to simply retire. Palin's policy statement today was a nightmare and shameful to stick to the image of this great country. Why in the world did McCain pick an ignoramus who transferred credits from several colleges to manage obtain a Journalism degree. McCain is full of poor judgment on Iraq war, our financial turmoil, healthcare, education, energy, foreign policy, etc. McCain who cannot run an effective campaign cannot run America and the world. He just lacks the right judgment to do the job.

Go Joe!! McMoosie seizes on Professors and attacks them because she has no relevant political education at that level or any level. It took her 6 years to get a journalism degree, one of the easiest she could have gotten. She doesn't get it, new ideas, new people, fresh thoughts. Let's show those GOP's. They are all scurrying like a bunch of rats trying to abandon a sinking ship. Can you believe it? Even Libby Dole is scurrying.

Obama supports Israel pure and simple.

The McCain campaign is once again throwing mud at the walls to see what sticks. And every time they try it, they get more on their faces than anywhere else.

It cracks me up that the American electorate actually behaves as though there were the slightest chance that a U.S. Presidential candidate who ran on anything less than giving Israel whatever they asked for whenever they asked for it, could ever get into the White House.

OBAMA/BIden all the way

milo   October 29th, 2008 3:12 pm ET

"Why does he need to do this?"

Because that clown Joe the Plumber said yesterday that electing Obama would mean "the death of Israel".

And because McCain, instead of repudiating such an asinine comment (even the reporter at Fox who talked to 'Joe" pointed out how horribly misguided it was), he seems to be running with it.

And because the press has been giving publicity to someone who really has nothing to do with the campaign.

Sure, Biden SHOULDN'T have to address this, and yeah, it's ridiculous that he even has to.

This Jew is voting for Obama   October 29th, 2008 3:12 pm ET

We need someone like Obama to gain our international respect respect back. He already has international respect and would have international clout to deal with other countries. Internationally Palin is a disgrace and a joke to America. We would stand for weakness if McCain/Palin win.

J J   October 29th, 2008 3:08 pm ET

If Biden is so great, why has he utterly failed as a presidental candidate in the past?

CanIcallyouJoe   October 29th, 2008 3:07 pm ET

You guys – really. You need to settle down.

Now, I am voting Obama, and do not support anything McCain or Palin stand for, but if you vote Obama – do just that. Vote Obama.

You don't have to flip out and write in all capitals and sling mud every chance you get. Sure, the GOP has demonstrated how out of touch and backwards they are, and I vomit a little bit in my mouth each time Palin speaks, but that doesn't call for me or you to yell in their faces. Just tell them that they are wrong.

Fanatics are not needed. Fanatics get us into war. Fanatics get us into economic hardship. Fanatics shout racist things at rallies.

Being a Fanatic won't help anyone if it's just all the time out of control. Calm down. Disagree. Say what you think in a calm manner so you retain some credibility, and end it. If you don't like it, say so. People generally listen to those people who aren't hostile and shouting at them. And will react in kind.

Missourian for Obama/Biden '08. Just knowing. Just voting. Not shouting.

First of all the use of all caps is irritating to readers. Secondly, you are precisely why this country is moving away from the right, why you are going to see Republicans lose by wide margins in all government positions. Most Americans are sick and tired of the ignorance, fear mongering and divisiveness of people like you. Why is it that so many of the Right Conservatives, those that claim the cloak of Christianity, are such angry and hateful people? You are buying into the deceit being spoon fed to you by the Repugs. Shameful, simply shameful. I cannot wait until this country moves into a new direction. Get over it, change is coming.

I have been hearing them talk alot , but not about anything they are going to do for us. Please , explain your policies to us, make us understand how you are going to make things better. Republicans for Obama   October 29th, 2008 2:54 pm ET

McCain himself has an extensive relationship with Khalidi, including providing his group with hundreds of thousands of dollars in grant money. In the 90's McCain was the chairman for International Republican Institute , McCain distributed several grants to the Palestinian research center co-founded by Khalidi, including one worth half a million dollars. She should Google the facts before she goes out to give her attack speeches and end up looking like an idiot.
McCain go away use one our your 13 cars to drive yourself to one of your 9 houses and stay there. On the way drop off Palin at the airport she needs to go back to Alaska so she can keep an eye on Russia.

Just say you can't vote for Obama because he is Black. At least that is more believable than the lies going around.

Also if Obama is a terrorist (like many republicans say) then Palin and McCain are both guilty of treason. Palin's affiliation with the AIP and McCain's actions in Keating 5, Libby and others.

We are in this mess because of ultra conservatives who want the rich to get richer. Now we have someone you don't agree with and they are instantly a "terrorist". What happened to the days when words like that had actual meaning.

Michael M, Phoenix AZ   October 29th, 2008 2:50 pm ET

Gotta like this attitude. I love the idea of no taxation for seniors making under $50K a year. I receive Social Security, and work part time now since my "pension" funds at the company I worked for got "lost" during the company's filing for bankruptcy. No reason to tax social security benefits. Right now at least Arizona does not tax it as income. I don't think any President will let Israel fall, just as I don't think Obama wants Iraq to fail. Pulling back troops in the Mid-East is a good idea since we seem to fuel more anger the longer we are there.

Iowa Obama   October 29th, 2008 2:50 pm ET

Independent Vet: you are one truly misinformed person. First of all, Obama never said he would change the flag. That's just complete nonsense. All the charges put forth by a conspiracy theorist against Obama re: his birth certificate have been proven to be false. If you want a legal analysis of the fabrications and lies about Obama you can check the website "what's your evidence?". You are just talking nonsense and repeating a bunch of smears and lies. The scary part is that your basing you voting decision on information that is false. You should use your judgement and think for yourself instead of just take whatever comes from Mccain's mouth at face value. DO YOUR RESEARCH!

DMD   October 29th, 2008 2:49 pm ET

If we privatize Social Security, would not that mean it would go into something similar to a 401K, for instance? And would not that mean when hit with hard economic times, such as we have now, this privatizated Social Security fund will lose money like my 401K is doing now? If the answers are yes, why would I want my Social Security to be privatized? Just doesn't make sense.

Independent Voter   October 29th, 2008 2:48 pm ET

What a joke ! - the McCain camp is stretching to link Obama to a prominent Palestinian-American activist Rashid Khalidi. In the story, Obama praises Isreal and gave a small speech about the common ground of both Palestine and Isreal. The McCain camp attempts to demonize the L.A Times and Obama is baseless. Even Isreali Leaders who were there at the function praised Obama for his support for Isreal. I found my sources from the L.A Times article posted yesterday on their website.

Jon   October 29th, 2008 2:47 pm ET

Anyone who thinks Obama is not going to support Israel is clearly confused. They're our best ally in the region and no president is going to threaten that. You gotta love that Joe Biden. Not sure how this will affect voter turnout or how people will vote, but Joe did it again by lowering the beginning of what will be considered as rich people. It has gone from $250k down to $200k and now Joe slipped that he and Obama must have had a conversation where he wasn't supposed to tell anyone, and Joe being the honest guy he is, let it slip. It is now $150k and who knows, it may go even lower if they are elected.
Damage control is out looking for more duct tape right now."

Great job Joe! Just keep talking about the issues-something the two "rejects" know nothing about. You have an amazing wealth of knowledge in foreign affairs. America would be greatly helped by what you could bring to the table. Don't let McTrash or Ms. Moose knock you off subject. They are idiots and Obama knows this so does the intelligent portion of the population. We are not looking for another 4 years of sitcom. Although we seldom could laugh at Bush. We are looking for a president with lots of energy, ideas and intelligence. McCain and Palin lack in all three categories.

Keep up the good work.

I am an engineer who has been involved in alternative energy technologies for over twenty years. Since when does being the Governor of an oil-producing state make them an expert on energy?

Please do not think for a second that drilling for oil somehow gives someone knowledge on energy technology expertise, especially alternative energy.

It is an insult, I repeat, an insult to remotely suggest that Palin is an expert on energy.

Palin’s claims suggesting that, since she is the Governor of an oil drilling state, makes her an expert on energy is on the same level of naivety as her claims that she has extensive foreign policy experience with Russia due to Alaska’s proximity to Russia!!

Let’s see (consistent with how Ms Palin pretends to establish credentials)…..

……if she were Governor of Michigan, does that mean she would be an expert in manufacturing cars!

Israel will always be protected by USA regardless who we elect to be president. My concern is that the media try to convey that the candidates, and in particular BO, somehow are responsible for what their acquaintances/friends say or believe. Fox has been pushing this notion ON BEHALF OF THE MCCAIN campaign and frankly this borders on abuse of freedom of speech and on hate/fear mongering. I want to vote for MCCAIN but if I am not voting at all is because FOX made me hate everything about this election.

Oh, please. And McCain and his bible thumpers have a love for Israel? Even the average educated Christian is not aware of the Rabinic period, but sees Judaism through a biblical lense as it was 2000 years ago. The Christian fundamentalists not only lack a knowledge of Judaism as it is today, they see Israel and Jews as being an intrinsic part of their apocolypse scenario. They do not respect the religion of Judaism in its own right, and they certainly do not love Israel outside of their fantasy that the world will end in Megiddo. Jews who side themselves with these rightwing fundamentalists are warming a viper on their breast.

Irma in North Carolina   October 29th, 2008 2:23 pm ET

Ya John wouldnt that be something if you could not even win your home state, you and sarah better do some campaigning there.Your own people dont even like all of your attacks and slezzy adds.

THE US OF WHAT?   October 29th, 2008 2:22 pm ET

Why wouldn't he care about Isreal, but to be honest why do we have to prove to Israel anything? We have stood by them in the past and thats it.

Rob   October 29th, 2008 2:22 pm ET

But wait, didn't Barry attend a dinner party for the former mouthpiece of the PLO?

Is this one of them 250,000 no 150,000 a year gaffes, or is it business as usual on the Obama-Biden snowball express? Looking at all the fools supporting Biden here, my guess is the snowstorms are a' comin' early this year.

Obama Supporter   October 29th, 2008 2:21 pm ET

I'd actually be more impressed if Obama *were* a Palestinian supporter.

Has anyone taken the time to educate themselves on what the Palestinians are going through at the hands of Israelis?

Alex   October 29th, 2008 2:21 pm ET

Israel will always be USA's ally. I think that is a given fact for any president, republican or democratic for that matter. If RNC is trying to fish jewish votes by fear-mongering, I wold have selected someone credible and with full credentials. It wouldn't be Joe the Plumber. Colin Powell will be great if ever they can wish harder. Mr. Gergen was absolutely right that this is beyond ridiculousness. I wonder if Mr. Gergen can tell me who is voting for. I know it is personal but I am very curious.

hurriCAIN PALIN   October 29th, 2008 2:21 pm ET

nauseating to see nobama democrats praising this clown of nobama the false prophet messiah saviour. disgusting... filth. nobama aint goin to bring change and hope. cant believe he suckered you nobama democrats. anybody claiming 'change' and 'hope', would be a viable candidate against mccain.

Carl   October 29th, 2008 2:21 pm ET

I'm Jewish and If I had relatives in Florida, I'd be calling them up to support Barack as well. What McCain doesn't tell you is that our funding to Israel is through earmarks!! Oh, well maybe we won't "reign in" all of the government spending with that dumb hatchet you talk about. Who is the real leader, who is the one that understands what to spend money on and what not to? Barack Obama, that's who.

So think about everything McCain said, and think about what this country needs... I think you will realize they just don't match up.

Essay   October 29th, 2008 2:20 pm ET

Do the research people. McCain also has crossed paths with Rashid Khalidi. He has attended dinner parties and even given over $800K to the foundation headed by Rashid Khalidi. This is a non-issue. This issue was raised in 2007 and early 2008. This is, as usual, another smoke and mirrors attempt by the GOP. Don't fall for it, better yet, do your own research. Get out and vote! Make your voice heard.

FL for OBAMA   October 29th, 2008 2:20 pm ET

Privatization of Social Security under the Bush/McCain plan would have been another economic disaster.

Also, Obama & Biden will uphold our strong alliance with Israel, while restoring our diplomatic efforts with the rest of the world.

Obama/Biden '08
May God Bless America!

VON BISMARK,Vienna.   October 29th, 2008 2:20 pm ET

This is really pathetic when you know that even McCain has ties to this same individual and that Sarah Palin has the closest ties with sessetionists and witch hunting Pastors.

Vegas Barbie for Obama   October 29th, 2008 2:20 pm ET

We love you, Joe! Can't wait to be referring to you as "Mr. Vice President!" I heard that speech this a.m. and you nailed it, as usual! People can relate to Joe Biden and he tells it like it is in a commanding, yet likeable way, unlike Palin, who starts out at a shriek level of "plug your ears, FAST!"
OBAMA/BIDEN '08 & '12 YES WE CAN!!!

abc   October 29th, 2008 2:19 pm ET

after all we said and done, VOTE! vote before Nov. 4th or on the date! this is going to be great... my friends in Asia & Europe are all very excited and hopeful America can be an innovative & responsible leader for the world again :D

JD in Moraga   October 29th, 2008 2:19 pm ET

Go Joe!

One car, one house, one spouse – one message!

How refreshingly different from the muddle coming from the other Party!

Super D   October 29th, 2008 2:19 pm ET

You're a fool if you think Obama cares about Israel.

Any Jew who votes for Obama is shooting themselves in the foot.

Another reason why Obama and his stupid and naive policies are not fit to lead.

DEFEND AMERICA! DEFEAT DEMOCRATS!

karen Raleigh   October 29th, 2008 2:19 pm ET

You go Joe Obama/Biden 08

Barack the Deceiver   October 29th, 2008 2:18 pm ET

Why won't the LA Times release the Obama-Khalidi videotape?
What are they afraid of?

jaye   October 29th, 2008 2:18 pm ET

Joe Biden was excellent in Florida today.... he gets his message across is a very meaningful understandable way. He is not only a powerful man, he is also a man that gets into your heart.
JOhn McCain and Sarah Palin make me sick! They have crossed the lines of dignity and respect way too many times, and I sincerely hope they are shamed on election day.

who are the liar's?   October 29th, 2008 2:18 pm ET

Tell 'em what they want to hear.. and do the opposite. The way of the Democrat.

C   October 29th, 2008 2:17 pm ET

The shameless tactics used in American politics are appalling.

RDS   October 29th, 2008 2:17 pm ET

Why isn't the McCain campaign talking about how McCain was a sitting member on a board that gave a group Khalidi founded almost half a million dollars...oh yeah i remember because that wouldn't make Khalidi look like a radical. They are so pathetic!

No Hillary = No Obama   October 29th, 2008 2:17 pm ET

Why doesn't the Obama-Biden campaign give some of that 660 million dollars it collected for themselves and redistribute the wealth. We could all use a couple of million. Bunch of hypocrites.

PA Man   October 29th, 2008 2:16 pm ET

CNN report that a RNC committee gave Khalidi's group big time money. Please invetigate and post.

Hardworking American for McCain   October 29th, 2008 2:16 pm ET

Joe, the used car salesman, Biden. You know he's lieing when his mouht is moving!

Bit   October 29th, 2008 2:15 pm ET

That's right Biden, strike back at John McCain and his so-called "Joe the no-licensed 42,000 a year plumber."

McCain should have repudiated those remarks from Joe. McCain's judgment is sick!

Lu   October 29th, 2008 2:15 pm ET

Thank you Joe, after listening to Ari on Larry King last night, you set the record straight. The Republicans are using every trick in the book to try and change the outcome of this election, but America is alot smarter now than they were 4 years ago.

Blue By You   October 29th, 2008 2:15 pm ET

Pour it on, Joe Cool!

Terry, Lakeland, FL   October 29th, 2008 2:15 pm ET

plan to privatize Social Security? That was never anyones Plan. factcheck.org has already shown this to be a lie. Here we go again, Obama using the normal Washington insider playbook. How is this change? McCain NEVER voted on the privatization of Social Security. This is a lie Obama and Biden have been spitting out. How can we vote for someone who will lie just to get elected? Do people think the lies will stop once he reaches the white house?

Obama = No Change

ANGIE   October 29th, 2008 2:15 pm ET

The Republican party have became Disgusting this year what did W do to the Republicans they have resorted to an all time low pathetic!

When shall you stop this deception!   October 29th, 2008 2:14 pm ET

Unfortunately many republican politicians do not spare anything when they go after their opponents, and this election cycle has really shown how far some people are willing to go. It is so disturbing that people one once had a great deal of respect for in the past will stoop so low!

- Why are Sen. McCain and his team using Joe the Plumber to insinuate that "Obama's Presidency will mean the death of Israel"?
- Why has Sen. McCain not allowed Sarah Palin as promised alone to do interview with Larry King Live, if she is qualified to be a VP of USA? Hiding something?
- Why is Sarah Palin’s windfall tax distribution to Alaskans not wealth distribution and “socialism”?
- Why are those checks from Bush Administration last May not wealth distribution and “socialism”?
Sarah Palin is a Fraud and must bet stopped before she messes up USA and the world!

vote! OBAMA-BIDEN NOV.4th   October 29th, 2008 2:14 pm ET

a vote for obama-biden is a vote for all americans, not just the select few that mccain palin want, the pro americans, & the parts of america, VOTE OBAMA-BIDEN FOR ALL AMERICANS.

Anonymous   October 29th, 2008 2:14 pm ET

It's the FL Marlins, not the Mariners

Obama/Biden08inJesus'Name   October 29th, 2008 2:14 pm ET

Barack & Joe will protect Israel! They will stand up for our troops! They will bring down our enemies in Afghanistan! They will end this war in Iraq! Do not allow the Hate Talk Express to win! If McCain/Palin wins, bigotry and hatred win!

KC   October 29th, 2008 2:13 pm ET

He's lying. Obama has no love for Israel.

vic   October 29th, 2008 2:13 pm ET

BTW – Elizabeth Dole lost a LOT of support in North Carolina.
All the republicans and their horrible nasty vile attack ads have sealed the fate of the republican party for years to come.
They are shameful!

David   October 29th, 2008 2:12 pm ET

You go Joe, McCains campaign is imploading, not only will Obama win Florida he is looking great in even Arizona.

greedyboy   October 29th, 2008 2:12 pm ET

Go Joe. Talking about what a vote for the Obama/Biden ticket will do. You have slammed McCain/Palin when necessary, but the focus is on what you and Obam will do.

vic   October 29th, 2008 2:11 pm ET

I love Joe Biden! He gets his message across, gaffes and all, and he is a well respected man! He will be an excellent Vice President!!!
